It is their policy to respond to a call the same day and they have done so every time I have called them. One technician showed up at 7p.m. after he completed all his other appointments and fixed the issue (my call was late in the afternoon) that I had placed. Over the years, they have replaced my springs twice. I called and they replaced my garage door opener system when the one bought with the house gave out. Everyone I met answered my questions, took the time to educate me on how to do maintenance on the springs and how to read and work with the garage door opener. They are efficient, patient, prompt, and professional. Jeff came out on the last visit and replaced the springs a couple of hours after my call even though he was preparing to leave on vacation.
