Freezer section coming through with fish balls, lumpia, beef tapa, bangus, and even ube.

Best plot twist of 2025: Filipino grocery items inside an Indian grocery in Hercules. :) I didn't expect this, but I'm genuinely so happy it's here. No more driving far just to cook something familiar, they carry Filipino grocery items and pantry staples for everyday cooking. They have essentials like Mang Tomas, pancit canton, and I was really excited to see lumpia and fish balls in the freezer. It makes such a difference being able to grab Filipino products close to home. And don't be intimidated walking in, the owner is really kind, welcoming, and easy to talk to. If you need help or recommendations, he's more than happy to help and actually takes the time to explain things. Also love that Sugartoof is right next door. If you're craving halo-halo, theirs is the best, and they also have Italian-Filipino desserts, empanadas, and hot food, perfect after a quick grocery run. There's even a threading studio here, which makes it a nice one-stop errand. 10/10 highly recommend. So glad to have this in the neighborhood. :)

I stumbled upon this place when I dropped something off the UPS store a few doors down. It's in the same complex as Home Depot. I decided to go in because I wanted to see if they carried Rasmalai (they do!). I've been here at least 3 times in the past couple of weeks. My coworker who went with me once even commented how the store was so organized and clean. Staff were helpful and friendly as well.

Perfect great store

There are prepackaged desserts in the fridge, but the owners let us know there are freshly made desserts and samosas by the cash register.

The veggies looked fresh. The line for food isn't too long of a wait. I watched as they packed the food to see if they pack as much as the other location. The lady who assisted me packed generously to the people she helped ahead of me. So of course I'm here thinking they do pack as much as the other location. But when it came to me, it wasn't even close. The palabok was packed where the container actually closed with ease. Same with the Kare Kare and Laing. The bihon pancit barely overflowing. If you check out the other photos of other reviewers, you'll know what I mean. And that's how the people ahead of me had their orders packed. I guess that server just picks and chooses who she wants to overpack for. I find that unfair. She looked the youngest out of the four ladies working. I spent practically $60 for what I got. Guess I'm better off going to Suisun city since I've never had been shaded on. The only good customer service I experienced was the sweet lady at the register who rung me up. She was pleasant and convinced to grab dessert. She's pretty much the reason I'm giving at least three stars for this review. The food was good, but probably would taste better if my experience was more positive. Only thing was the noodles in the palabok was a little overcooked. Good thing I got dessert cause the maja was exactly what I was expecting and enjoyed every bite. Other than that, I don't think I'll be wasting my time heading out to this location anytime soon. Took almost an hour to get here to begin with and had that experience as a first impression. I'd rather drive another ten miles to Suisun city.

The store itself is really cool, but the customer service is seriously lacking. I've visited 4…read moretimes now, and every single experience has involved poor customer service -- even after spending over $500 in the store. Most recently, we had a 10% off coupon that stated in large writing it expired in 7 days, only to be told there was a different expiration date hidden in much smaller print. We were only a few hours past the cutoff, and instead of offering any understanding or trying to help, the staff argued about it. Most companies with decent customer service would honor something like that. As someone with 15+ years in customer service, it's disappointing to see an establishment with so much potential fall so short in this area. The staff comes across as cold, monotone, and uninterested in helping customers. To make matters worse, there seems to be little to no manager or lead support available to assist with bigger issues. Unfortunately, the customer service here has been a zero every time I've visited.
