If you check out the other photos of other reviewers, you'll know what I mean. And that's how the people ahead of me had their orders packed. I guess that server just picks and chooses who she wants to overpack for. I find that unfair. She looked the youngest out of the four ladies working. I spent practically $60 for what I got. We were only a few hours past the cutoff, and instead of offering any understanding or trying to help, the staff argued about it. Most companies with decent customer service would honor something like that. As someone with 15+ years in customer service, it's disappointing to see an establishment with so much potential fall so short in this area. The staff comes across as cold, monotone, and uninterested in helping customers. To make matters worse, there seems to be little to no manager or lead support available to assist with bigger issues. Unfortunately, the customer service here has been a zero every time I've visited.
