This is easily the best Indian/Nepalese in Manchester. We have tried it all, and we keep coming back. We love the service as well Our go to menu options are the buttered chicken, John Momo, chicken chow mean. Chicken momos(steamed), chili chicken momos(fried), hot garlic chicken and you can't forget naan

Wow. Truly top flight Indian/Nepalese/Himalayan cuisine in Manchester. What a win! I've long told friends that the one culinary shortcoming of New Hampshire, around me, at least, is good Indian. Well KS isn't good, it's excellent! We sampled cauliflower 69 (if I recall the number correctly app), veggie korma, Goan fish curry, saag paneer and garlic naan. All were as good as I've ever had anywhere. I specifically asked that the cauliflower be NOT sweet (as it usually is) and they happily complied. Savory and with just a bit of heat. The saag was smooth and creamy and the paneer of just the right texture. Goan fish curry has a unique flavor profile and they nailed it. The veggie korma had a nice variety of veggies and the sauce was creamy and mild, just the way our friend likes it. Finally, the naan came hot and fragrant. If I'd known they served huge amounts of basmati rice with the entrees I wouldn't have ordered two but, oh well, just more food for us as leftovers - no way I was going to leave all that good sauce behind. And food as well - the servings were generous and we couldn't even visualize finishing it all at one sitting. For sure, we're going to be regulars going forward.

I was surprised at how good this restaurant was. They lack curb appeal and have a cheap looking sandwich board by the door that advertises specials available until 2 am. But once inside, it's apparent that they have an immaculate dining room and tastefully decorated walls. The momos were great as well as the Indian dishes. They have an extensive Indian and Nepali menu.

I walked in and was directed to the bar. The place is a decent size with plenty of seating. I went on a late Tuesday evening so it wasn't too busy but seemed like they only had one server. But she was attentive and did a good job. I start off with the chicken lollipop. The flavors were good but the chicken was a bit chewy. Overall it wasn't terrible but not really memorable either. For my main course I went with the pork momos. Those I did enjoy. Good flavor and cooked well. You can order the dish at your preferred spice level and I went with medium. I probably would go for hot next time as medium didn't have much of a kick. I did enjoy my visit here and would make another visit if I'm in the area again.

We came at an off time for dinner. The restaurant was empty and one waitress was working. She was such a kind and attentive waitress. We ordered a mango lassi which we split between the two of us, lamb vindaloo, garlic naan, and rice briyani with chicken. For both entrees we opted with the medium spice level. It was for sure very spicy. I have a high tolerance for spice and enjoy it and even I had to eat slowly with multiple sips of water. The food was good, tasty, and hot!! The chicken in the rice was very tender and tasted just as good leftovers. The only complaint was there was not a lot of lamb in the vindaloo, more potatoes.

Went in for an early dinner and sat at the bar. We ordered momo and chicken pakora and a few beers. There was no official bartender so the nice young woman who took our food orders was delayed a bit in getting drinks as she was also taking all the other orders in the restaurant. The beers were cold and the apps were delicious. We also got tandoori chicken and a side of raita which was delicious! The only unfortunate part of the meal was how long it took for the food to come out. I'm guessing that was partly due to the sheer amount of door dash and Uber eats orders that came through while we were sitting there. There wasn't enough support in front of back of house to accommodate that and in-house dining. Hopefully that remedies itself in the future!

Stopped by during a roadtrip for a quick bite. We only had a short time, so we weren't able to eat all the food and the kitchen took a while to get all the dishes out. I enjoyed all the food though. The fried momos were different but really tasty. Nothing was too spicy and we ordered it all as mild. Would recommend the garlic naan and mango lassi.

butter chicken, butter garlic nan, coconut nan, Jhol momo, chicken samosa, mango chutney.

The flavors were absolutely OUTSTANDING, every bite was a perfect balance of richness and depth. It was my first time trying Indian and Nepali food, it was NOT A LET DOWN. These flavors will surprise you if you've never tried . HIGHLY SUGGEST.

    Great stuff at KS Kitchen

Delicious dinner on a Monday night downtown. The menu was huge but everything we ordered came out fresh and quick. Decor is a little dated, and the service took little prodding but took care of us with a smile. Delicious.

Lunch at Annapurna yesterday turned out to be an excellent choice. I got the chance to try not just…read moreone but THREE new foods in one meal, and the whole experience was both fun and delicious. We got a table right in the window early in the lunch hour, but for a Saturday it filled quickly so we were glad we got there when we did. The seating was spacious and attractive, and even when it got fuller didn't feel crowded. Our server was fabulous- not only knowledgable about the dishes, but ready with advice and suggestions, all of which worked out well. We started with the Annapurna tea with ghee and salt (new food #1!) which was a nice change of pace and I will definitely order again. For entrees we had the Buff Sukuti Dhido, Fish Thali, and goat biryani. The dhido (new food #2) is a lot like fufu in texture but wheat based, while the buff sukuti (new food #3) is sort of a spiced buffalo jerky. This had a great texture and flavor for my tastes. If you want to try the dhido with something a bit more familiar there are other options like chicken or goat. We did get the goat in the biryani and that was very good and came with a yogurt sauce two balance the flavor and heat. For the thali we got fish. Both the thali and dhodi came with several sides (greens, dal, potatoes, pickles, etc) which complemented the dishes well. Although two of our dishes (the thali and dhodi) were designed as dishes that one could eat individually, we actually shared all of our dishes which made for a super fun selection. There are many familiar south Asian dishes on the menu, but I definitely recommend a sense of adventure in approaching the menu because there are some really good new items to try at Annapurna. Tip: If you have leftover dhodi you can fry it up the next day.

The food was good, but nothing too special and have tasted better…read more Slow service, but was a weekday afternoon so can understand that. Restaurant lacked music or much character, very quiet and plain. Will try again in the next few months.

Another hidden gem located inside Bunny's Superette in the North End of Manchester!…read more Wow Momo and More operates a counter and kitchen inside Bunny's Superette, serving up Tibetan & Bhutanese cuisines and seafood. They offer a variety of momos, fried rice, chow mein noodles, shapta (Tibetan stir fry), stews, soups, seafood boils, fried seafood, fries, samosas, sandwiches, and mango lassis. The pricing seems pretty fair. They offer in-person ordering, online ordering through Square and DoorDash delivery (higher pricing). There are a few tables near the counter to eat your food. I've stopped by Wow Momo and More a few times already for takeout. I've enjoyed the Seafood Boil Combo ($14.99 plus tax) which had shrimp, mussels, sausage, potatoes, corn, boiled with spicy seasonings and garlic butter. One my last visit, they ran out of corn and gave me some extra mussels. My home smelled like seafood for a couple days. The handmade Steamed Chicken Momos ($9.99 plus tax) with dipping sauce was very good. The Fried Haddock (2 pc) with Fries ($11.99 plus tax) was a good portion that filled up the takeout box which had crispy haddock filets and crispy fries with tartar sauce and ketchup provided. The Chicken Fried Rice ($9.99 plus tax) was freshly prepared with a mix of stir fried rice, shredded veggies, scallions, egg, onions, garlic, and tender chicken pieces, hot sauce provided. The Fried Calamari & Shrimp Combo ($13.99 plus tax) had plenty of small breaded shrimp (cleaned) and breaded calamari (soft chewy rings & tentacles) with tartar sauce provided. Overall, Wow Momo and More offers solid good Tibetan food and seafood at fair prices and quick service if ordering ahead online.
