    Vegetable Curry which is vegan

I appreciate the vegan options and how, if you call, the people there will patiently tell you what is vegan friendly. I've got the vegetable curry, which comes with basmati rice, and it was excellent.

Overall -3 Overall I give it 4 stars averaged out but really a 3 I would most likely try it again since location is so close to me but wouldn't go out of my way. Hopefully this was just a fluke and the next time it is a lot better. Taste -3 The tikka masala sauce was sweeter than what I am used to. It was almost like a coconut base maybe? The mixed grill was good but the chicken breast was very dry. Unlike other places where the chicken breast is very moist tender and juicy. The naan was good but there was a few hard dry spots like cracker texture but the rest of it was good. Service-5 The service was great it was a 90+ day and there was no sign of ac in there the ladies did their best. Owner needs ac. Presentation-5 Food was packed nice and neatly. Shrimp on top looked beautiful. Value-4 It was a good amount of food for about $25.

Never tried Himalayan or Nepali food before so I thought I'd give this place a try. Ordered the Lamb Korma, Aloo Paratha, Lamb Saag, and Mixed Vegetarian Pakora. It was all delicious! The paratha was soft, the Lamb Saag, and Lamb Korma we're tender and tasty.

We dined fairly early on a Friday evening and the restaurant quickly filled up. Since they are not located on the beach, there is plenty of parking. This location was formerly a pizza hut, but they did a nice job converting to a pleasant dining room. Service was very friendly, pleasant and efficient, and we enjoyed all the food we ordered. As others mention, portions are large (we took food home), and we found the prices to be fair, given the ever increasing cost of food lately. We started with an order of Pakora and onion bhaji. When the dish arrived I thought we were given the wrong order as the plate had what looked like patties, and not the usual shape of these items that we have had at other Indian restaurants. Appearance aside, we found them to taste as we expected. Perhaps a regional difference? We stuck to some of the more common dishes we have ordered so that we could compare to other restaurants. Chicken Tikka Masala and Palak Paneer were both delicious. The menu has everything that you might expect as well as some dishes I've not had. Extensive Biryani and Tandoori offerings as well. We are looking forward to trying some new dishes when we visit again. Give them a try, something new and different for Hampton!

I almost always sit at the bar and order the Mixed Tandoori Grill because it has consistently been generous, well-prepared, and worth the price. Unfortunately, my experience tonight was incredibly disappointing. The service at the bar was poor. Although there were other guests there--many of whom appeared to be regulars--the bartender spent most of his time chatting with them and largely ignored me. I had to ask three separate times before I finally received service. When my meal arrived, it was nowhere near the quality or portion I have come to expect. The Mixed Grill, which has always included generous portions of lamb, chicken, and shrimp, consisted almost entirely of chicken, with only about two small pieces of lamb and a single shrimp. It was a dramatic difference from what has been served for years. I politely mentioned this to the bartender, and his response was simply, "Tough times, less food." I found that response both dismissive and disappointing. If portions have been reduced, customers should not be paying the same premium prices without any acknowledgment. After years of consistently great meals, this was genuinely sad to experience. Spending nearly $75 on a meal that felt significantly diminished in both quality and value is hard to justify. Because of my long history with this restaurant, I may give it one more chance, but based on this visit, I cannot recommend it. It was a very disappointing experience from both a service and food standpoint.

The Best North Indian Restaurant I Have Found…read more For a long time, I had been searching for an authentic North Indian restaurant that truly delivers outstanding food. One day, while I was in Salem, New Hampshire, I discovered Kashmir Indian Cuisine, and it turned out to be one of the best dining experiences I've ever had. I visited the restaurant with a group of friends, and we thoroughly enjoyed the tandoori specialties. The Chicken Tikka, Chicken Seekh Kabab, Tandoori Chicken, Garlic Naan, and Tandoori Roti were all cooked to perfection. We also tried the Haddock Pakora as an appetizer, which was absolutely delicious. Other favorites included the Chicken Saag, Chicken Tikka Masala, and Aloo Gobi. Every dish was fresh, flavorful, and prepared with authentic North Indian spices. What made the experience even more enjoyable was the warm hospitality. The owner and the entire staff were incredibly friendly, attentive, and genuinely cared about making every guest feel welcome. I was so impressed that I later hired Kashmir Indian Cuisine to cater my daughter's engagement celebration. The food was exceptional, and every guest complimented the quality, taste, and beautiful presentation. Their catering helped make our special occasion even more memorable. If you truly enjoy authentic North Indian cuisine, I highly recommend giving Kashmir Indian Cuisine a try. Make the drive just once, and I'm confident you'll enjoy the experience as much as I did. It was a very intimate experience dining among two other couples ( with three tables inside, Valentine's Day was fully booked! ) Here is what we enjoyed: - Roasted beet, radish, cucumber and snap peas crudites with a fava pate and malawach - Creamy and crispy potato puffs with spicy zchug - A bright and dreamy wedge salad with mushroom bacon and fried shallot - A savory tomato sunchoke soup with artichoke heart - A surprise ravioli and with a warming cream sauce - And choice of dessert, I had a bright lemon tart cake with and my husband had the amaro blonde sundae Dan @rhinokey, the @gossamerdram bar room operator, is a master with his cocktails, sourcing from, supporting local and small businesses where possible. This is what we got: - Grape leaves: Delicious stuffed grape leave paired with heart of palm and blood orange. Perfect way to start a delicious dinner. - Vegetable creme soup: I think that was one of the best soups I had in a while. It was super flavorful and light. The crispy brussel sprouts on the top provided some crispiness to the plate. - Chickpea tofu: The combination of the chickpea tofu with the delicata squash was just delightful. I wouldn't even know how to improve the plate if I was asked to... - Pot pie: Perfect bite for a winter. It makes you warm up immediately. The flavors were on point. You only need to be patient with this one, since it takes a while until it cools down and you can really enjoy it as it deserves. - Sweets: The description of this plate was only "cherry, blueberry, strawberry, pear" so we didn't really know what to expect. Well, we were served with a delicious piece of cake. Every bite made you come back for more. If I was asked about something to improve, my only recommendation would be to make sure the waitress describes the plate when served. At least the time we were there, that was not the case. Looking forward to coming back soon!
