I took the car out for a spin, came back, and instantly started the paperwork. Austin was very easy-going and very helpful with the paperwork process. Although there were a lot of documents to fill because that was the standard, he was very helpful in explaining in-depth what each document was for and what we were to focus on in the specific document. Austin was also very efficient on his end to make sure that the whole process was not only easy, but super fast. He worked quickly on his end to ensure that everything would be done sooner and I really liked that. After the paperwork had been finished, we were good to go. We packed our things into the new car, thanked the team, and drove back to Sacramento. What gained my appreciation for KS Motor Group the most was the service they provided to me even after we had finalized paperwork and they had sold me the car. They were able to answer questions about the car after I had purchased it, as well as help me find a financing firm that was going to benefit my monthly payments even better than what we had initially agreed on. Similar to others that have left reviews of this place, I had a wonderful experience with Austin and KS Motor Group. I had been in the market for a Lexus CT 200h for a couple months just waiting for one to come along at the right price. I inquired about the one they had available and Austin was quick to text me back and give me as much additional info as I needed, and we set up an appointment. The day before I saw this car, I went to a "Sonic Automotive" dealership and frankly had an awful time. They were very pushy and the experience was quite negative. Then met Austin for my appointment at KS Motor the next day and it couldn't have been more different. He was incredibly knowledgeable and not pushy at all, let my wife and I test drive the car for a good 30 minutes without him to really get a feel for it. I deliberated for quite a while since it was such a large purchase, and Austin was so patient and empathetic. Settled on a very fair price, and even got to drive home the car to SF before officially making payment as my checkbook was back at my house.
