    From the minute we arrived Essa took care of us. Answered every question we had. He made sure the truck we wanted came home with us. I highly recommend to go to him he will take care of you. He was patient and nothing was rushed.

    A BIG thank you to Christian and Essa for they're help, we called Essa looking for this specific SUV as my new mom car. We wanted upfront prices and most importantly, they're true honesty. These 2 men delivered exactly that, this was possibly the most SMOOTH car purchase experience I have ever gone through. They were honest, kind, gave us they're true opinions and didn't push us into something we didn't want to. I am over the moon with my new car and cannot thank Christian and Essa enough.

    I purchased a new Silverado Trailboss from this dealership yesterday and I couldn't be happier with my purchase, Sahib made everything so easy, straight to the point, no sales tactics, no hassling, got me an amazing price for my trade and got everything done before I even got there, I came in from Windsor which was about a 2 hour drive so that was greatly appreciated. Once there I was a little surprised of how great I was treated by all the employees, I had forgotten what a good experience feels like at a dealership, these guys reminded me of what great customer service looks like! I'd highly recommend this dealership to anyone! If I could give 10 stars I would. I'd also like to say how great it was to work with Luke in finance and Emal Kazai who was taking care of the deal was very attentive to my family. THANK YOU GUYS!

    6 months later and after 5 cat cleaners and a brand new battery...check engine light still coming on. . Passenger door still jammed while opening after cleaning sticky stuff thoroughly. Found holes in the passenger seat and back seat also. Had to buy car seat covers. Tears in the passenger floor and trunk of the car didn't notice till recently while washing upholstery. Will definitely need a new catalytic converter.

We walked in yesterday with zero intention of buying anything -- we were just planning to look at a car and leave. To my surprise, we ended up buying a car... and I still can't believe it myself. The reason is Michael, our salesperson. He completely changed my perspective of this dealership. He was friendly, patient, and genuinely easy to talk to. He gave us honest comparisons, explained the deals clearly, and never once made us feel pressured -- which is very different from what we experienced here in the past. Michael made sure our budget and needs were respected, and he helped us find exactly what worked for us. His professionalism and sincerity made the entire process smooth and comfortable. Because of him, I now see Toyota Fremont in a completely different light. Thank you, Michael, for restoring our trust and making this a positive experience.

I declined the recommended service but noticed that they indicated that there were minor damages found (scratched and dings) on my vehicle. I immediately contacted Belal and brought this to his attention. This truck was meticulously taken cared off. There are no scratches or dings on this vehicle. I asked Belal what damages did they find that is indicated on the report. He said when you pick up the vehicle we will take a closer look. After 2 hours i received a notification that my vehicle is ready for pick up. I went to see Belal and asked him again, what damages is the report referring to. He said that he took a closer look at the vehicle and he found none. And that this is the message that is put out by the system by default because my car is considered used and not brand new. He also said that when you brought your truck in on its 10k mile service we already put the same report. This is bad practice on Fremont Toyota. This clearly indicates how much they don't care about customers vehicles. No time is taken to actually inspect the vehicle rather any car that is brought over will have " minor damages found" by default. This made me lose faith on this establishment. I'm not confident that they are doing what they promised to your vehicle. Granted my service only involved tire rotation and inspection. They definitely took the time to point that that my cabin filter needs changing for $200. I will find another Toyota service dept to bring my vehicle.

Sale felt rushed- if you want the traditional dealership experience when buying a nicer vehicle go elsewhere. Do not trade in-they will offer you too little- I traded in on carvana for 2K more. They move quite slowly here. I had to come twice to remove the decal that they put on the car as they had no one available the first time. Make sure to ask them to remove the carmax decal they put on your car before buying it.

They are unprofessional, uninformed, and not transparent. Save yourself the frustration and take your business elsewhere. I had one of the worst dealership experiences here with a sales rep named Imran. I had been in contact with him for a few days and even confirmed an appointment an hour before coming in. I specifically asked if the car was still available and he told me yes. I drove 45 minutes in traffic with my four kids, only to arrive and not be greeted by anyone. I had to flag someone down just to get help. When I finally met Imran, he was just as clueless in person as he was over the phone. Anytime I asked about specific features, his response was simply, "I don't know." Not exactly what you expect from a Cadillac sales rep. When we went for a test drive, the gas light was on and he told me we couldn't go very far because the car was almost empty -- even though I had scheduled this appointment two days earlier. They didn't even bother to put gas in the car before showing it. We then sat down to discuss pricing, only to find out the numbers didn't match up at all. The car was listed on CarGurus at $66,024, yet they presented me a higher price in person $73,888. To make it worse, I had even gotten a lower written quote the day before $65,537. When I asked Imran about the pricing of course he said "I don't know". The warranty was another bait and switch: I was quoted $5,200 before, and now suddenly it was $8,888. This price of the car was raised $7,864 and the insurance cost raised $3,688. They tried to scam me of $11,552 !!(Photos attached) The most frustrating part? After wasting over an hour there, the manager casually told me the car had already been sold. Imran was the one who confirmed it was available just an hour before my appointment, yet now I was being told otherwise. To make it worse, the sales manager then tried to push another car from their fleet on me, which made it feel like this bait-and-switch was their plan the entire time. Neither Imran nor the manager took responsibility or even apologized for wasting my time. Overall, this was a complete waste of my time and energy. The lack of professionalism, misleading information, and careless treatment of customers made it clear they do not value honesty or respect. I am not the first customer that almost got taken advantage of, read the other 1 star reviews. I left feeling frustrated and disappointed, and I would strongly recommend looking elsewhere if you want a fair and trustworthy car-buying experience.

The next day I got a call before 9 am from Devon in the Service dept. He explained what they could do to get my car running and back to me. PSF had the car all day and Devon kept me posted of status. I really wanted to get my car back because I live in SJ and did not want to take an UBER home for a 2nd night. By end of day, my car repair was complete. I picked up my car and got to meet Devon my service liaison and he was so kind and gave me thorough explanation of work done. I had my car back and the repair did not pinch my pocket book too much and I was back on the road. I appreciate and thankful for the service center's commitment to get me back on the road.

The last time I went they didn't even tell us my car was ready for pickup after sitting for 2 hours...
