I had a 3:30 pm service appointment. I called ahead to let them know that the traffic was bad and that I'd arrive around 4. I was told that was fine. However when I arrived at 4pm there was no tech there to check me in. Once he was finally located, he came to the desk and said that his techs were going home at 4. Even though the website and the door says that they are open Mon-Fri until 6pm. So clearly they didn't want to take me. This happened on Juneteenth by the way, so maybe they were trying to leave early . Althoigh I believe I was the only black person in the building. I had one of the worst dealership experiences here with a sales rep named Imran. I had been in contact with him for a few days and even confirmed an appointment an hour before coming in. I specifically asked if the car was still available and he told me yes. I drove 45 minutes in traffic with my four kids, only to arrive and not be greeted by anyone. I had to flag someone down just to get help. When I finally met Imran, he was just as clueless in person as he was over the phone. Anytime I asked about specific features, his response was simply, "I don't know." Not exactly what you expect from a Cadillac sales rep. When we went for a test drive, the gas light was on and he told me we couldn't go very far because the car was almost empty -- even though I had scheduled this appointment two days earlier. They didn't even bother to put gas in the car before showing it. We then sat down to discuss pricing, only to find out the numbers didn't match up at all. The car was listed on CarGurus at $66,024, yet they presented me a higher price in person $73,888. To make it worse, I had even gotten a lower written quote the day before $65,537. When I asked Imran about the pricing of course he said "I don't know". The warranty was another bait and switch: I was quoted $5,200 before, and now suddenly it was $8,888. This price of the car was raised $7,864 and the insurance cost raised $3,688. They tried to scam me of $11,552 !!(Photos attached) The most frustrating part? After wasting over an hour there, the manager casually told me the car had already been sold. Imran was the one who confirmed it was available just an hour before my appointment, yet now I was being told otherwise. To make it worse, the sales manager then tried to push another car from their fleet on me, which made it feel like this bait-and-switch was their plan the entire time. Neither Imran nor the manager took responsibility or even apologized for wasting my time. Overall, this was a complete waste of my time and energy. The lack of professionalism, misleading information, and careless treatment of customers made it clear they do not value honesty or respect. I hate writing 1-star reviews. I truly do. I usually give people the benefit of the doubt. But what I experienced at Fremont Buick GMC, specifically with a salesperson named Mir, was nothing short of predatory -- only accountability I'll take was being a first time buyer and inexperienced while doing months of research and hw to educate myself thinking that would be enough. I can't stay quiet knowing someone else might go through the same nightmare. I came in with my paperwork ready, already pre-approved, and excited about a used vehicle they had listed. I should've felt the immediate red flag when he never greeted me properly, just a firm handshake, I had to break the ice first and asked how his day was while heading out the door about to see the car. I didn't pay no mind because I was excited to take a test drive. The numbers Mir pointed out while I was signing made it seem like everything was adding up. But here's the thing: they never sat me down and walked through the actual final breakdown. My credit score is in the excellent range. We never had a sit down on this total! Only knew it as the $25k on paper when I signed which I never seen again in the contract. Never saw the $52,836.68 total sale price!!! For a used Buick encore GX Sport Touring. They wanted to argue with me that it's new with 2024 miles on it while canceling. Well if they never listed it as USED, I would've never looked that way in the first place. No clear explanation. Just papers to sign with Mir quickly pointing and rushing me through. My fault for not asking but again, i'm inexperienced. They were rushing through the process with tons of paper work. It wasn't until two days later that my brother-in-law looked at the contract and started furiously shaking. The numbers didn't match what I was shown. The incentives I qualified for -- including conquest cash -- were nowhere to be found. It was clear that Mir had tried to pocket them, or reroute them without my awareness. The final contract reflected none of the savings I was promised. I was left shocked and so upset I cried all night and until the next day. This wasn't just a mistake -- this was deliberate. I feel soo humiliated. Let me be clear: I don't believe the entire company operates like this. My husband, brother in law and I went back the next day to cancel the contract, but they seriously need to review their employees and sales practices. Mir's tactics were deceptive, manipulative, and unethical -- and they could easily trap an unsuspecting buyer into years of unnecessary debt over a used car which was a prior rental. This kind of behavior ruins trust in your brand. And to anyone reading this: ask for everything in writing, do not sign anything unless you fully understand the numbers, and bring someone with you to double-check the math. I brought my Buick in due to an intermittent check engine light that had been appearing for several months. Prior to the visit, I used a basic OBD2 scanner--readily available for under $50--which clearly identified two active recalls associated with the issue. Armed with this information, I scheduled an appointment online and explained the situation in detail upon arrival. I was informed that the vehicle would be "checked," but if the issue was determined not to be recall-related, I would be charged a $285 diagnostic fee. This was particularly interesting, given that the cause had already been identified using consumer-grade equipment. After approximately two hours, I was told that the diagnostic confirmed exactly what I had already explained: a P0128 recall issue covered under warranty. Fortunately, I was spared the diagnostic fee, though I was informed that a part would need to be ordered. I scheduled a return appointment, only to receive a call while driving home informing me that the part had already arrived. Apparently, it had arrived within minutes--or more accurately, it had been there all along and simply wasn't identified before I left. One might reasonably assume that the work could have begun during that time, but efficiency does not appear to be a priority here. I returned for my follow-up appointment at 8:30 a.m., promptly at opening. I was advised that the vehicle would be ready around 2:00 p.m.--over six hours later--for a thermostat replacement associated with a service recall. This is a repair that typically takes one to three hours. Despite arriving first thing in the morning, there was no explanation beyond "it takes a long time." Would have been great if they would have told me prior to coming that it would take all day, I would have made arrangements for a ride home. Then when I checked back at 2:30pm, I'm told it'll be a couple more hours. You'd think I brought my car in for a whole new engine. When I asked why it's taking so long all they could say was "I told you it was a big job". My car wasn't damaged, it's a recall repair, there's no way it should take 8 hours, especially at a dealership. The service manager was unable to provide meaningful answers to basic questions. The waiting area itself offered minimal accommodation: a single power outlet for working customers, no proactive updates, and no courtesy transportation--despite this being the nearest Buick dealership and my residence being just over ten miles away. At no point during the day was I contacted with a status update. When I asked, the response was vague and dismissive. At one point, the lights in the waiting area were turned off while I sat alone, as staff moved about elsewhere. Even then, no one thought it necessary to provide an update or acknowledge my presence. It is also worth noting that the cashier station is positioned facing away from the waiting area, which seems fitting given the overall lack of engagement. In short, the experience was disorganized, inefficient, and remarkably indifferent to the customer. For a service center representing a major automotive brand, the absence of communication, urgency, and basic customer consideration was striking. Had to take my truck in for service due to a check engine light and just did a walk-in. The service center was swamped with work but Moe was able to get my trucked looked at the same day. More importantly the issue at hand required a part that wasn't in stock. I was told originally that it's take about a week or so but when I mentioned that I had planned to take the truck camping over the weekend, Miracle Moe sourced a part from another dealership and was able to get my truck serviced the next day! Allowing me to get back on the road for my family's vacation. You pay the price for labor but service wise, I had an outstanding experience. Tried to repost this because I dont want their chipper old reply on my updated review. The TLDR is they messed up the paint twice and used false records to say they arent liable for it the second time: Don't buy from here unless you intend on documenting everything yourself because unfortunately they can't be trusted. I generally try to be forgiving and easy-going so when less than a year after I bought the car and the paint started peeling (even with the $2,000 protection I had purchased), I didn't make a fuss and had them redo the paintwork, free of charge (without any repayment for the obviously wasted protection from before, but whatever). It's important to note that the paintwork was showing erosion along every section except the doors and possibly the bumpers. So the trunk, hood, and roof panels extending from above the door to the rear tire on both sides was all showing erosion. This started showing initially on the roof panels, then spread throughout as time went by, and was by far the worst on the roof of the car. I was doing the protection plan pretty religiously back then so I'm sure they knew they were liable to fix the damage. Which brings us to now, I took the car back as sometime earlier this year, perhaps extending into last year, the paint had starting eroding beginning with the roof panels again. I had intended on taking it in asap, but life and corona happens so here we are. Took it in in mid June and was given more or less the same reaction as the first time; they saw the erosion, they agreed it shouldn't have happened, they took the car in. Another week passed and I heard nothing so I call in myself and they tell me they called twice and left a message, I received no missed calls or messages. Was then told that nothing was done to my car because the paintwork that was done on the car last time wasn't in the same location as it was eroding now and they have an estimate for $2,500 to fix it (Like I said, the roof panels were where it first started eroding). I let them know that they were wrong and need to figure out where that went wrong because that's not my responsibility. I was told I would be called back and once again wasn't. Called back the next day and was told I was called and left a message again, nothing received (My number was correct on the receipt and they've had no problem bombarding me with texts for offers before). I then got into a heated conversation with whoever they have to plant their feet and do the solid lying over there and was told things along the line of "if they did the work there, why wouldn't they say it, why isn't it in the invoice". Like I said, not my responsibility to figure out because the only viable reason I can come to with what I have at my disposal is it's a scam and they are as much crooks as you. Ended that conversation as peacefully as I could with the bonehead I was talking to ("be seeing you in court, ya prick") and hung up. I took my car back and let them know I'll be suing for the cost of the paintwork. I broke a wire that is a $20 part and simply needed them to replace it. They said they would charge $295 for diagnoses, I said I just need the broken wire replaced and even provided GM part number, they said no, we will charge $295 diagnoses. Never ever ever ever deal with this place anymore. Specially, the parts department one of the worst customer service. I really thought they changed from a while ago but I think they inherits the bad customer service. I've been waiting for my part almost a week now and they promised my part will be delivered within one day or two days maximum. So my item was delivered on the 8th July 2025 and nobody notifying me that my item has been delivered today. My 2011 GMC Terrain, has been going back and forth, to Fremont GMC service department since Sept of 2024! I was told by Mo the somewhat advisor, that it would take about 2 weeks to fix the problem, this guy was not good about keeping me updated with the status of my car service! I got my car back after Thanksgiving Going forward my car has been back to their shop 3 or four times after! They performed a engine rebuild in 2025, weeks after it was stalling again and they diagnose a sensor, I had to pay for the part! May 10th 2025 I had to have my car tow to GMC after a light came on saying Engine Power Is Reduced! I get a call from Mo telling, what they found would cost me a $1000 dollars! I dismissed the call. After calming down, I put a call into the GMC customercare, it's been two weeks with no car, and customercare is investigating what is going with my car! This dealership has the worst customer service I have ever experienced. If I could give it zero stars I would. I purchased a new 2024 GMC Sierra truck from the dealership in August 2024. I paid over $75,000 for the truck. My brother also purchased a truck at the same time for the same amount. From day one, my stereo has been terrible. Any time someone rides in my truck, the first thing they ask is what's wrong with my stereo. I've brought it into the dealership at least 3 times now and they say nothing is wrong with it. In addition, they do not respond to my calls. I have left numerous messages (voicemail and live operators) with no call back. I even left a message directly with the general manager (Admir Besic) with no response. In addition, the last time they looked at my truck, they left their testing equipment plugged into my electrical system and hanging from underneath my dashboard. I regret purchasing a GMC vehicle and certainly regret using this dealership. If you do plan on purchasing a GMC vehicle, I would highly suggest using different dealership. Based on many of the reviews I have read, it looks like I'm certainly not the only one with very negative experiences with this dealership. read more

He's super chill, he knows our car so well that he just tells us what's needed right away and what we can hold off on.
