I've used Kuckelman Pump Services twice. The first visit was from Steve Kuckleman who came to inspect the well prior to purchase. Steve was prompt, professional, and thorough. His inspection revealed that the well needed a new pressure regulator tank, so I decided to use Kuckleman's to replace it. To replace the tank Kuckleman's sent Robert and Cruz, both of whom were prompt, professional, and accommodating. I highly recommend Kuckleman's Pump Service and will definitely use them again in the future without hesitation. Five stars! read more

I have used Kuckelman's for many years to service my 3 wells. They repaired one a year ago, but it began leaking at the same place the repair was made, so they were called out to inspect the well and the leak. They were supposed to be here between 9:00 am and 9:30 am. I was at the well site at 9:00 am and unlocked the vault and the electrical panel. I waited outside until 9:50 am when they finally arrived. I told them they were late and the driver immediately called me "rude" and a "prick". He said he was busy running errands as his excuse for being late. I told him I was leaving and showed him where the well was. At that, he chose to turn around and leave. He never got out of their truck and was belligerent, angry, and having a bad day. It was very uncomfortable for me to be spoken to that way and I will never hire this company again. Hence the one-star rating. read more

Woke up to zero water pressure. Called them and within 45 minutes I had a service tech here. He did a full check of the well control system found the problem and fixed it. I live south of town and their bill also reflected travel time but for $207, I'm not complaining. The problem was a little tricky to identify but the repair was simple and parts were cheap. Total time from first call to fully repaired was about two hours. Based on what I saw first hand, i'll highly recommend KPS for pump or well service needs. read more

I agree with previous review Steve (service technician) was good but the secretary Angie was extremely rude. They replaced my pump at an exorbitant price. I regret having used them. I have since learned , they have a reputation around town for being extremely overpriced. read more

We had a stand out experience with Kuckelman. They were professional and kept to their quote price. They are excellent at what they do.

Still waiting and hoping that Kuckelman Pump Service follows through and does the right thing. They went out to troubleshoot a low pressure issue in which I asked that they call me ahead of time and I would help them get there. They called me from the property and I did not pick up - busy at the time - and proceeded to leave. I called back ~30 mins later and told them about the problem and where the pump resided. They went back said the pressure on the pump was good and left with a recommendation to check filters inside the house - there are no filters in the house. Then they charged me $288. Very frustrated with the lack of customer service and follow-thru. read more

We have had Kunkleman for years, their work is fine however we have to call them back for intermittent no water within weeks of 6K worth of 'fixes'...they have yet to show after two days of calling. We have recently heard they charge about 2/3 more than anyone else. read more

Unreliable service, subpar customer communications and inflated prices. I left several messages in my attempts to schedule a follow-up service with no response from the folks at Kuckelman. Eventually, I caught an employee and was able to schedule a repair visit for later in the week. Technicians were a no show on that date. I called the office again and spoke with the owner's wife who promised a visit the following week - employees failed to show up for the second time with no explanation. Emergencies happen and I understand that they take priority. However, a courtesy phone call would have been appropriate in light of the fact that I had rearranged my work schedule to be at the house for the repair. Kuckelman technicians did appear for the following appointment and the problem was fixed at that time. The actual work appears to be satisfactory but the bill is significantly higher than what other pump service companies in the area charge for a similar job. I could not recommend this company due to the unexplained delays and lack of accountability/follow-through. read more
