My husband and I love this place! They do awesome jean tapering, make great repairs on ripped jeans, and are generally just awesome.

Scott was the man behind the marking and pinning and everything was very accurate and I am very very happy with the end result.

You definitely won't walk out looking like everyone else. With limited quantities and carefully selected designs from brands like Adidas, Nike, and Converse, you're sure to find something unique that speaks to your personal style. I also love that they have Marshall Amplification represented in their stores--it adds another layer of cool and makes the space feel like more than just a boutique. It's fashion, music, culture, and creativity all under one roof. What really makes Likelihood stand out, though, is the staff. The employees are genuinely kind, helpful, and welcoming. They make you feel comfortable from the moment you walk through the door--never pressured, never ignored, and always willing to help you find exactly what you're looking for. Their warmth and knowledge make the experience even better. Great style is one thing, but great people are what make you want to come back. Likelihood is definitely a Seattle gem!

Bought some items online…read more Disappointed with my first online purchase from likelihood. Ordered adidas samba's and a stussy tee. Somehow domestic standard shipping came out to $35? I hope everything goes well! Package came in, and realized that the tee wasn't in there. It was later noted that my tee would be coming in later on the physical receipt, with no tracking number... Ok that's fine. Open the shoe box, and samba's are a tried on pair with dirty insoles, retied laces, no paper and creasing. That's not cool, I'm paying full retail price for a new pair. Receipt says final sale on full retail priced items. Was not notified during check out online. Customer care replied saying that the reason why domestic shipping is so expensive is because they have to ship from another likelihood store. So I'm paying double shipping? Why was I not told about this? Final sale was because I used a 10% code. Again, was NOT notified online. They did not want to at LEAST give me a partial refund for the samba's, and said they would waive the final sale so that I could return them. After all that terrible service, I would even have to pay for shipping to return a dirty pair of shoes. Disappointing. The worst customer service I've had to deal with. Sad. Will never come back here again. EDIT: the owner, Daniel, reached out and gave me a full refund as well as a gift card. He was very polite and understanding. Thank you Daniel!

I had a truly terrible experience at this store that still bothers me to this day…read more I liked this store because it was basically on my doorstep, and it had a good selection of cards. After patronizing this place for a while, I was asked not to come back to this store. Naturally I was curious as to why they would do this to a repeat customer. I was told that I had made an employee uncomfortable- by flirting with them!! I was gobsmacked as to why anyone would think that. I'm a talker- I talk to everyone I meet the same way, but this person thought I was flirting with them. Perhaps they have too much main character energy to think that. Perhaps they found my chattiness annoying- not everyone is going to be delighted by me- but why, WHY would they not just tell me they were busy and couldn't talk? Did they feel they were being held hostage? I saw Standard Goods as a neighborhood spot. Keep in mind I wasn't camping out at the store; I'd say my average visit was -20 minutes, and I wasn't there frequently. This just doesn't make any sense to me. I'm forced to consider the possibility they felt ill at ease around me due to my disablity- I'm legally blind and my eyes look different, some people aren't comfortable with that that's their problem. Even if that's not the case, it still really hurt when they asked me not to come back. What is this, high school? Yes, I cried. They made me feel like my presence was a nuisanc. It left an impact. question whether people want me around. There were so many other ways they could have dealt with it and at the same time keep in mind that I was a customer with feelings. I get the distinct sense that they don't care about customers or the community. It's good for managers to take their employees' concerns seriously- Just not like this. Maybe they are extremely nonconfrontational, yet there must have been another way to addrss this without banning me from the store.
