So heartbroken! They are successfully gentrifying everything and unfortunately the prices here went up tremendously. I used to get 3 items for under $30 and I went the other day and it was $29 for 2 items. I still tipped of course. Service at least has always been ok and is located close by my house. Ambiance does not match the price, especially now. I have always ordered to go. I can understand a SMALL price increase because everything is going up, but the food should still be amazing right? Wrong, the food today is what really broke my heart. The won tons still tasted the same at least, but my beloved combination chow mein tasted sooo different and I've been coming for years. Food is great The portions for the amount of money they charge should be against the law . I spent almost $70 dollars $68 to be exact and the entire meal was 70% white rice. They put super small portions in foil and wrap it up so u dont see it until u get home and when u get home u have like three or 4 shrimp and all rice and vegetables. I ordered brocolli beef and it had super small portions of beef and some of the pieces were fat end pieces not even meat. Its really shameful how people take advantage of hard working people and then short them on product. This was in no way $70 dollars worth of food I paid for At least $50 dollars of it was for rice. I started with the Fried Chicken Wontons. My curiosity was sparked after receiving beautiful treatment from Nissa on June 9th. I needed the restroom and noticed a sign that stated "Restrooms for customers only". Well seeing that it was an extreme emergency for me I was willing to buy anything just to be able to use the restroom. Nissa seeing my obvious rocking to hold my relief allowed me access. After doing so I honestly wanted to buy something but couldn't figure out what I wanted to purchase because I never had Thai food before. Maybe this was obvious to Nissa and they were about to close so she excused me. I appreciated the way she treated me so I made it a point to look at the menu through Yelp to find and item I wanted to try. Thus the Fried Chicken Wontons. They were crispy and entertaining to my tastebuds along with the sauce. I assuming good service comes along with your purchase because on this visit (June 10th) I had my order taken by Sariya. She was polite and very welcoming just as Nissa was. I'm definitely coming back because I love orange chicken and noticed it on their menu.
