They state on their menu that their broth is simmered for 48hrs and without msg. I would say the cinnamon flavor was on the stronger side. This food is amazing, understandably so given their place in Yelp's Top 100. The way that they make Vietnamese and Peruvian food keen to its authenticity is unmatched. A friend brought me here for lunch. I am glad we tried it. It is in a center with a handful of restaurants that seems like recent construction. It is bright and clean inside. We were seated quickly and ordered pho. Mine was with spare ribs. It was great, but the meat was a little hard to separate from the rib. I also added several spoons of chili oil to get more heat. I would go back, but next time I am ordering something else. read more
