Really cool spot for amazing hand pulled noodles made to order in 5 different forms! You can watch the cooks make the noodles by hand in the closed but see through windows at the bar. Way cool to see them work. The space inside is long and narrow and seats maybe 50. Lunch rush is busy! Many take out orders going on at the same time so the kitchen does get slammed and since all orders made on the spot, it can only go so fast. Plan for some added time if dining in or call ahead and order pick up. The steamed buns and dumplings are spectacular options. Filled with veg and pork. Better to go in to the restaurant. My Door dash driver sat at the restaurant for about 7 min. When my food arrived it was like-warm/cool (1.4 miles away). The vegetable fried rice was good...even cool. The ramen was mostly noodles and bean sprouts. You do get a boiled egg and 2 slices of pork, flavorful broth. The egg rolls were egg rolls, nothing special. I think if I'd gone to the restaurant and eaten my food hot, this would be a different review. read more

The inside is really pretty but that is the only thing I liked about this place. This happened a little while ago, but I guess I am still pretty torn up about the experience and just need to get it out. My boyfriend and I both ordered ramen and two sets of dumplings to share, along with fruit tea. He ordered jelly in his and I ordered boba in mine, and neither drink arrived with anything in them. When our ramen came there were a couple small bugs in mine, so I couldn't eat much after fishing them out. Only one set of dumplings came, the shrimp dumplings. My boyfriend is not one to dislike any kind of dumpling but he tried one and it made him gag and feel sick, so he lost his appetite. The server rarely came to our table and never checked in to see how anything was, so we just decided to ask for the check the next time we could catch him. We asked if he would take off the second set of dumplings because we never received them (even though we felt we shouldn't be paying for anything because there wasn't one thing that came correctly or that we liked), and he just went and got his manager. She came to the table and said they're coming out in a few minutes (mind you this is already after we'd gotten our ramen 30 minutes prior, the dumplings come as an appetizer). We said no that's okay, we just want them taken off so we can go, and she insisted that we were getting them. So alas, we waited another 10 minutes for dumplings in a to-go box that we weren't going to eat, just so the manager didn't have to take the price off our receipt. In reality, she should have looked at our table and saw we ate nothing, asked us how it was, and offered a refund. We are not the type to complain but there were just so many problems it left us feeling hungry and disappointed. It felt very greedy of them to have us pay $50 for a meal that was incomplete, had bugs in it, and that we did not eat. A restaurant will not improve if management does not care about the issues that go in in their kitchen. Accountability is important. Will not be returning. read more

This place was awesome! I ordered the beef and shrimp combination udon and was not disappointed. Also tried a bunch of yummy appetizers, my favorite was the steamed pork dumplings. Horrible, I'm sad to write this because I rarely leave negative reviews or any review at all. The beef broth was so bland, it tasted like dish water. The egg was not marinated and cold. I wanted to like this and was craving fresh noodles and soup but we just couldn't even finish it or get through half of it. Chef needs to work on his soup base. The dumplings weren't great either the shrimp dumplings tasted really fishy and the fried pork ones tasted like they were fried in old oil. read more

Especially this place which had really nice service and great food. Anything made with dough is made from scratch and it's delicious! I have the black garlic oil tonkatsu ramen. It had robust flavor hitting where I love, garlic! I also had the ever so delicious pan fried pork "buns" (gyoza really). I have only two complaints about the food and place (and I'm really just bitching, the flavor is excellent still!). The first is the noodles could use a little more variety of veggies, it only had some onion and bean sprouts from what I could tell. Ordered takeout from here because I was getting home later than expected but I will say this, I was not disappointed with my meal. I ordered their 6 piece Cheese Wantons, Egg rolls (you get 4), and the Seafood Kung Fu Fried Rice, which comes with shrimp, scallop, crab, and squid. It also comes with a sweet dipping sauce and a spicy one, which I really liked. They said 10-15 minutes for pick up but it was done before that which was nice because I was nearby. The food was fresh and tasted great even after driving it home. I will say that next time I will be dining in because it will be even better right out the wok. read more

My husband and I had ordered the Tonkotsu Ramen, Cheese Wontons, and a milk tea. The flavor of the tonkostu ramen broth was good, however the meat was chewy and lacked flavor. The cheese wontons were shockingly very sweet and we didn't like the sauce that came with it at all either. Not to mention, i bit into a piece of plastic in one of my wontons. My milk tea was extremely bland but the tapioca pearls were pretty good...they're just too big to fit through the straw. I've order takeout from here twice now. I have had both a fried rice dish and a noodle dish, but have not yet tried the ramen. It is nice that they give you options on what type of noodles you get when you order a stir fry noodle dish. Friendly service at the front, they finish food in the time they state, they offer whatever sort of utensils or sauces you need. Food is better than most asian joints in the are, but not amazing (though the sesame balls are quite delish). I was greatly distracted from enjoying my meal, because of a former or current employee! I believe that this person should have taken his disgruntlement up with the management! Awful! If you don't have taste then this is the place to go. Everything was bad. The signature beef noodle dish tasted rotten. The steam buns were over steamed and the dumplings were not good. The only thing that was good were the egg rolls and even those were not the best I've had. Save time and money and go somewhere else. read more

Food is very good and the wait staff are very pleasant and helpful. The noodle dishes come out quickly but they have a back kitchen that does the other food and it is slow, so allow for extra time for that.
