KFT in Albuquerque! Never expected this day to come. After having had KFT in other cities (and falling in love with the perfectly textured boba), I'm glad they've expanded here. I like that they allow for more customization of their drinks, including levels of sweetness and amount of ice. Their traditional teas tend to be my favorite, especially their milk teas, so I haven't really branched out to any other flavors, but it's nice to have the option for smoothies and slushees. YUMMMMMM! It's about time we got a Kung Fu Tea here in Albuquerque! I've always loved their original milk tea with boba. Today we ordered a large Oreo Wow Milk with boba and a Thai Tea with boba. Both were excellent! You have the option of choosing your sweetness and ice level, but when I ordered, the employee didn't ask me for my preferences, so I assume that they have a default serving. The Oreo Wow Milk was SO good. The legitimate crushed up oreo bits gave the drink such an awesome texture along side the boba. Thai Tea, of course, is a staple at every boba joint, but you can tell if the great places from the so-so places by their Thai Tea. Their Thai Tea here is just the right amount of sugar with the right amount of tea. Also, the boba here is always sweet and has the perfect chewy texture. The staff was incredibly friendly and the place itself was very clean. I received my order promptly. I live on the east side of Albuquerque, and this location is on the west side, so I unfortunately have to drive almost 20-25 minutes to get here. However, it's location on the west side is great. It's off a major street and is in a fairly new center. Will definitely be making the trek over here for some great beverages! read more

This place is my favorite boba place in town. They have so many great flavors. The staff is ultra friendly and give great customer service. The place is very clean. The boba is not too hard and not too soft. I also really love that they have lactose free options. I always have that problem with other boba places in town. So far I've liked everything I tried. The wait is over! Kung Fu tea is finally open! Out of all of the boba places in Southern California, Kung Fu tea is one of the best! Can't believe there is a Kung Fu tea in ABQ! This location has a more modern hip decor. I am so impressed with this brand new location, although still in the soft opening stage, they are running everything quite smoothly! The boba is on point, you can taste the perfect sugar ratio in each bite. The texture is also just right, not too chewy, not too soft! The drinks are delicious, great variety! Finally a decent boba teas shop on the westside. This place reminds me of the ones in DC/Maryland area. They have a wide selection and you can pick from two different size. They also have an arrangement of different "jellies" to put in your tea and not just the bubbles. What was disappointing was the plan boba or bubbles were an upcharge rather than part of the drink. The shop is fairly small, what you would expect. The decor is nice and the tables were all clean. I wish they had more coffee style selection as most were fruity drinks. read more

Been here since the day it opened. My favorite drink that I usually get is the winter melon milk tea, but today I tried the oolong milk tea and it was delicious! I love the interior. It's always clean and the staff always greets me. The owner is a nice guy who always says hi and ask me how I have. Super nice! It's been a while since I've gone and I was surprised that he remembered me. I always get yummy drinks there and feel welcome when I go. There are also a variety of board games to play. We could not wait for this place to open and were so happy when it finally did. It is such a cute place with very friendly staff and tons of choices! My personal favorite is the basic iced green tea and I like to add the mango jelly (which is similar to the nunu that Boba Tea Company has). This place is great. The staff is friendly and the environment is very modern. The tea selection is great and it's nice to be able to customize the sugar levels. Also, one of the only places you can get lactose free milk options. The orange yogurt is amazing and apparently, they squeeze the oranges and grapefruits fresh which is great! The prices are pretty unbeatable as well. Much cheaper than Boba Tea Company and Rustic. They even have games you can play with friends while you're drinking your tea. And if you don't feel like boba they have slush drinks too, passion fruit is one I'd recommend. During covid this business is taking all the measures that I as a customer appreciate, not only to keep staff members safe but customers safe too. Boba tea company has unfortunately gotten outrageously expensive for low quality bubble tea drinks, however, this is a great alternative if you're looking for bubble tea in the Albuquerque area. Drinks are very affordable and delicious! I like the iced taro milk tea the most, although I have tried quite a few different drinks as well. Good atmosphere and although they are usually always busy, they are good at making the drinks quickly without sacrificing quality. The only downside is the location. When i visited this store I wanted to get the Taro slush with Oreo it's posted on the door under top 10 the worker told me I could get it taro or the Oreo not the taro slush with with Oreo POSTED on their door .Driving from the east I am very disappointed by just ordering.And honestly not impressed with the taro slush I got or the Thai tea.Other local chains even poki poki has better bubble tea than here the boba even tastes like soap.Probably won't visit again . read more

I'm almost ashamed of how excited I was for this place to open! Finally a good bubble tea place on this side of town. First of all, the customer service is excellent. The staff are all extremely friendly and helpful to those who are less familiar with the experience. During the soft opening, I did notice the boba was a little tough for my liking, but once they had their grand opening the staff seemed to have perfected them. The wait is a little longer then I would like, but it's more of my impatience than anything else. Regretfully they did say the Thai tea will be limited for about the next month, but this place is perfect for the coming summer months. It's hot here so this place will be great. Best boba place in town. We only had the one in the mall and the one by Flix but I prefer and recommend Kung Fu Tea! All their drinks are delicious and consistent every time we go to get one. I had seen this place for a little while each time I go to Sprouts and decided to try it. First time there and loved how friendly everyone was. They were good at explaining how everything worked too. I ordered an iced green tea with grapefruit and I thought the grapefruit was only going to be like syrup or something but it was actual real grapefruit so that was pleasantly surprising.
