    Mango Green Tea
    Gloria L.

The service is really great and quick! I got my order in less than 5 minutes. We got the mango slush with mango jelly and mango green tea with mango jelly. Both were delicious, but for me the mango slush was too sweet. I've been to lots of Kung Fu locations and this is definitely a really nice one

    Rachel S.

Came here for the first time and ordered their matcha green tea slushy with red beans and aloe vera jelly and their taro slushy with oreo. Cost was approximately $11. Received a 10% coupon by checking in on Yelp. What's Hot - Safety and hygiene. The staff are wearing masks and they accept cashless payments. There's a clear plastic partition between the cashier and the customer. They've cleared the inside tables, so customers cannot linger. There are a couple of tables next to their bubble tea making station that are designated for pickup and delivery. There are also no snacks in their snack shelves, which I assume is to prevent customers from lingering indoors. The staff don't wear gloves, though. - Quality. Not bad, but I've had better. My matcha slushy was not overly sweet, which is important. The whole point of matcha green tea is for it not to be too sweet. The red beans and aloe vera jelly were not overly sweet, as well. I like my bubble teas to be sweet, but not too sweet. You can order your level of sweetness preference and ice, too, which is important. - Menu. It's a pretty decent variety- milk teas, yogurt drinks, slashes, etc... You have the option of hot or cold drinks. They have a pretty good selection of flavors, including mango and lychee. - Location. Convenient location in Waltham, near other shops and restaurants. Convenient to walk to, as well. - Yelp coupon. That I received a 10% coupon by checking in on Yelp is a plus. I appreciate businesses that utilize technology to promote their business and make it accessible to the public. - Rewards app. They have a rewards app, where you get a free drink on your 3rd visit. Pretty cool! In addition to the Yelp coupon, it's pretty cool that they provide an incentive. What's Not - Menu. There's only a drinks menu and no snacks. Call me old school, which I am, but every good bubble tea cafe I've been to in any other part of the country always has a small snacks menu. Whether it's popcorn chicken, crepes, fried calamari, fried fish balls, etc... It would be nice to have a snacks menu to go with the bubble tea, especially cuz bubble tea is a dessert/snack drink. Their drinks menu is also somewhat limited. For example, I didn't see any lychee jelly, but they had aloe vera jelly. - Consistency/quality. Both our slushies had several ice chunks on the bottom, which I'm not a fan of and it took away from the flavor and consistency of the slushy. It's totally possible for them to stir the slushie once or twice with a spoon before serving it. Or shake the blender a little to move the slushie contents around to get a smoother consistency? - Price. That the price of a drink doesn't automatically include boba is not cool. That certain mix-ins may cost extra makes sense. But that a fundamental part of your boba tea is an extra charge is not cool. - Service. The cashier did not ask us for our level of preferred sweetness. They're also slow. To be fair, there were only 2 staffers, but bubble tea takes time to make. They don't seem adequately staffed to handle their orders. If you only have 1 cashier and 1 person making the orders, it's going to take time. My point? Be prepared to wait. Final Answer Willing to come back again. It's good, but not on the list of the best bubble tea cafes we've been to.

Place is new and clean. Large selections of teas and drinks. Lots of seating area. Only problem I had was the crew could have been a little happier and polite.

    Strawberry lemonade green tea
    Stephanie L.

My friends and I came here during a quick break we had and were impressed! They have a vast menu with lots of options, including different jellies and boba options. My friends enjoyed their milk tea with boba and I myself had a strawberry lemonade green tea. It took no time at all to get our orders and everything was delicious! The price is pretty average and they were accepting credit cards and cash when we went. All in all, a nice addition to this Waltham strip; we'll be back!

One of the better bubble tea chains. This location is organized, clean, and consistently has soft warm bubbled.

I've heard different things on the internet and wanted to confirm. Are the milk teas lactose free? I've heard they use lactaid milk or milk powder.

I tried calling and eventually left a message asking what was up. The second message I left was asking for a refund. When I did not receive a refund I tried calling later that week to see if I could just get the order fulfilled and nobody picked up. I tried calling the following week and nobody picked up. Not sure but I'm not convinced they're doing anything but taking money.

Then it says "see below for additional pricing on items". There was nothing listed below with additional pricing. The menu was so confusing to navigate in the store that I resorted to looking up their menu online. Then the limited menu items left little to be desired. Their "base" salad starts at $10.50 and that only includes 3 veggies, none of which were standard salad vegetables - peppers, onions, tomatoes, and cucumenbers. In fact, none of those vegetables were even offered on the menu. I'm all for experimenting with roasted broccoli and pickled beets on a salad, but I was surprised that these were the only options (among other odd "veggies") to put on a salad. Then they mark avocado as a protein and charge as much as the grilled chicken. Avocado is not a protein and their price gouging should be noted by any potential new customers. Their lackluster limited menu, non-existent customer service (wasn't even greeted or asked when I walked in if I could be helped), and overpriced items leave little left to be desired. I was really excited to try this place, but there was nothing appealing to order. Except for maybe the Pesto Chicken Melt on ciabatta bread. I was ready to order that and then heard the lady tell someone over the phone that they were out of ciabatta bread. You literally only have 3 sandwiches on your menu - how can you be out of bread? After that, I just decided that they weren't worth the hassle of settling for something that I really didn't want and paying a ridiculous amount for it. I ended up leaving. Finally, being closed on the weekends is super inconvenient. Healthy salads and sandwiches sound great, but this place missed the mark entirely.

As soon as you walk in, you are in the battle of the drums between the Kumasi and the Djembe. So loud I couldn't think . I did ask to turn it down a few times, in the middle of my meal the Chef said I could eat outside. On that note I ordered way too much. The fried chicken was delicious !! Not greasy at all. But huge, sorry today I ordered two thighs that were the size of one large breast. A little condiment of shaved coconut and chive was on the side. Any sides were à la carte. I did try the " Cabbage Salad" that had a nice flavor, but was overdressed and is mostly iceberg lettuce, and rice with surprisingly sticky rice , so it was kind of yummy. The chicken came with one sauce I got the curry. It was divine.. & my friend got the chicken bites and some kind of mayo. I was going to leave a five star review because the food was that good however, on the receipt they charged $.92 for the containers and eating utensils. I'm disheartened because if they offered an alternative like a plate and regular silverware, I could see not adding it into their cost. If I refuse to pay for the containers, how would I eat it on that note the chef was nice enough to me to have me try a couple of items that I didn't have to pay for. Which I greatly appreciated and that is why I'm leaving such a nice review. I do recommend eating here, but take it home. Or call for delivery, they have their own AP. PS great smoothie's !!!

I decided to order Spam Musubi (rice and spam), a Byte (mini fried chicken), and tapioca tea! My girl went into the store and had the food ready within 3 minutes, which is really awesome as we were in a hurry. However, we were really disappointed by what was inside that bag, as none of them were as good as we expected. 1) Spam Musubi's rice was lost in texture itself. It tasted like old rice. Yet spam was well not bad. We ate all of them. 2) bytes( mini fried chicken) they were overcooked. I attach the picture of it. So hard to chew and meat was nothing there. And I requested mayo but it was not there. But spicy sauce was with them instead in the box. The kids were complaining it was too spicy for mayo. 3) boba tea, I ordered with boba with extra fee. But it was not there just milk tea with brown suger. Later my girl who went to there to pick up, told me the server continued to speak to her even though my girl told to write down as she was deaf. Can't lipreading. Quite disappointed with the service and food.
