My wife took me my sister and my mom out for our birthdays! One of the reasons we pick Logan's was…read morethe fact that we had a $50 gift card. The beginning of our meal started promisingly. Our server was friendly and professional. After ordering a round of beverages we also ordered two appetizers onion rings and the spinach dip. The onion rings were well presented and delicious. The spinach dip looked a little bit more pedestrian, but had some good flavors. I ordered their grilled chicken salad while my wife, sister, and mom all ordered variations of the sirloin tip lunch special. Our meals came out relatively quickly. Personally, I thought the sirloin tip lunch special presentations could've have been better. My salad was good looking and delicious! They're near the end of the meal. Our servers was seem to be spending a lot of time with another person while we were waiting on our bill. It seemed to take longer than necessary. That is primarily why this is a three star review by a four star review. I think this is probably the second time we've ever ate at Logan's. Not sure if we'll be going back anytime soon.

Server started off good but she really faded as the meal went on.. no refills, forgot croutons (& said she'd look to see if there were any left as we saw table next to us all had em). Took way long for check & we had to ask another server for boxes since she disappeared. Everyone mostly liked their sides like salads (tho croutons were burnt), sweet potatoes (tho mine was 2x the size of wife's), fries (tho my portion was real wimpy), etc. My chicken sandwich was tasty but couldn't get a side of mayo. It was nice that the OTHER server got us some To-go cups for our drink refills since our server was AWOL. Fairly clean & decent crowd & big TVs.

My home TR is Ashland, Ky with Marysville, Oh and Polaris, Oh, closely behind. This time it worked out better to try the Mansfield location and it did not disappoint. It was absolutely packed when we got there at 11:45am. They told us it could be a 20+ minute wait but actually seated us and the entire waiting area within 5-7 minutes. We could hear the great country music and enjoy the birthday singing but still hear each other talking because the noise level was kept in check. We ordered an appetizer and it arrived within a few minutes of our drinks. The rest of the meal came out just as we finished each serving. All of our steaks were delicious and cooked to perfection. The waitress had a table of 12 and a table of 8 in our area by herself, yet she made our table of 5 seem like the only table she had. She did that with the other tables too. I would definitely make a point to stop in Texas Roadhouse if you are in the mood for a delicious steak. The time before this that we we fees there, my husband got the salmon and it was delicious, too. If you like fish, this is also a great place for salmon.

They provide customized menus as a special touch. As there are three selections on four on the courses, the dishes do not appear to be as customized for those with dietary issues. Jamie was our primary server providing a friendly and professional service. For my order, Three of us started with the Crostini while my wife had the Pave. I really liked the flavors of the Crostini, scrumptious! I had a bite of my wife's Pave and thought the texture and tastes superb! Preparing for the second and further courses was my a put off! We were asked to keep our utensils for the future courses! Nothing like dirty silverware sitting on the table dirtying up the area! At this price point, used silverware should be taken and replaced with new! That is the reason for my 4 of 5 stars. We experienced the same during our first visit two years ago and had hope it was resolved after mentioning to staff. That said, it was the only put off of our experience. For the second course my sister and I decided on the Scallop Arancini while my wife and mom went for the Zuppa Toscano. Again, the Scallop Arancini was amazing and scrumptious! The flavors were terrific! I tried a few spoonfuls of the Zuppa Toscano and thought it missing seasoning. The third found 3 of us ordering the Salmon Oscar while my wife ordered the Grilled Cheese. The salmon was rare, which I particularly like but the crab was cold. My preference would have been warm war with a bit of the béarnaise on top. My wife's Grilled Cheese was very tasty with the preserves but looked lonely sitting on the plate. For the last course three of us decided on the Pumpkin Crepe and my wife the Apple Spice Cake. I thought the Pumpkin Crepe to be a lovey presentation and very tasty and my wife enjoyed the spice cake. All in all a lovely experience overall! Thank you!

First two courses were excellent. Elk tartare was incredible, pave and lobster roll were very good. Zuppa toscano (soup) and shrimp & grits were nicely done. Cons: The meal quality started off great and went down with each course. With steak and salmon as other options, I thought a restaurant that would put a grilled cheese sandwich on a $100 meal must have an innovative sandwich. I was wrong. It was burnt and had no taste at all. An eight year old could have done better with a slice of Kraft. My Madeline dessert was four pieces of dry something, though the chocolate s'mores cake was significantly better.
