*MUST READ** This was the single best experience in a dispensary I've ever had, EVER! I came in Saturday afternoon last week, and was pleasantly surprised by how lively the environment was just walking into the front door. The doorman(Pat) was extremely inviting and laid back. He made me feel comfortable right away and he was just checking IDs. I walked in to check things out and was immediately greeted by another very friendly person, who was more than excited to help me figure out what my options were. When I told him it was my first time in the store, and also my first time in a Seattle dispensary, he took his time to walk me through the entire store, and explain everything as he went, as well as answering any question I had with both confidence and patience! He did not make me feel rushed, or bad for asking questions. When I finally decided what I wanted, after looking at EVERYTHING, he helped me to choose the best option(based on what I wanted in the first place) and was able to give me the most in depth information, so I could make the best choice. Also, the prices are AMAZING. I was so happy at this point, and still in disbelief by everyone's customer service around me, including the young man helping me, that I got lost in my conversation with him and didn't notice I took the wrong 8th of flower from the three choices he provided me. So, he helped me to get checked out, with the 8th as well as a couple joints and some other items. Now, at this point I had already had the best experience of my life in any dispensary, but it's not even the best part!!! I didn't notice I had the wrong bag, until I made it down the street on the way to my next destination, and I pulled the 8th out excited to tear it open and smell it up close and personal! I tore the bag open, took a big ole whiff, and was in heavennnn. I turned the bag over to see the thc content again(this was the main thing that helped me to make the decision in the first place) and only THEN did I realize I grabbed the wrong bag!!! So, I decided "the worst they could say is no", so I turned around and came back to the shop. I approached Pat again, and explained to him what happened. I told him I was already expecting for them to tell me they couldn't do anything for me, but I was hoping they might be able to, so he decided to put in the effort and go talk to his manager to see if there was anything they could do. Well, he came back, and I'm not sure what discussion took place between them, but he went the EXTRA EXTRA MILE and literally decided to buy my 8th from me personally so that I could get the OTHER flower that I originally wanted!!!! This was already more than appreciated, especially because the bag was opened already. Well, he came back out with the other flower a couple minutes later, and just pushed that 8th along with the one I was trying to hand him back towards me, and told me "it's all good, this is for you." My jaw literally dropped, I was in disbelief! I've been back twice since this day, and each time has been one great experience after the last. If I could give this place more than 5 stars, I WOULD! I will 1000% be coming back here every time I visit Seattle!!!! Nate is the name of the man who helped me and provided me with as much information as I could possibly even ask for. EDIT 12/1/18 This place has got their line situation all sorted . Friendly staff, usually real fast service & great prices. Best in the area! Thanks! Walked in today for some product. Noticed right away that they were understaffed. I didn't mind waiting since I can check out the shelves while doing so. I waited patiently for the staff member to help about 3 other customers before me. He then said he would be right with me as soon as he helped the customer in front of me. Between then and him helping the customer another employee came in and clocked on. The original employee then told the newly clocked on employee to help 2 customers that had JUST walked in the door and started looking at product. Meanwhile I'm waiting by the counter to try and purchase some product patiently and get bumped back in line? Was not impressed with the customer service here. It would be one thing if there were a dozen people in the store and a mix up due to a packed place but only being there was a total of 3-4 customers and had just got acknowledged I would be helped next and then just ignored was not how I planned my visit here. I shopped at this store when I first moved to the area, but, I had one negative experience and I stopped going. Tonight, on a whim, I went back. Initially, I was looking for some different strains than I had already tried, different growers, or what have you. I also wanted a new glass piece and I knew the glass place next door had killer prices, so, whatever, right. I go in and I wait a while, and it's kinda crowded and there aren't many bud tenders, which is fine, I wanna look around anyway. So, I finally get a bud tender and this guy is awesome. I'm like, I smoke alot, I like sativas for day, Indica at night, but, I've tried so much, and he immediately starts making suggestions. Meanwhile, he's suggesting ways for me to save money, which i love, and is telling me all about growers and strains and helping me pick grams. Kush 21 is the place you need to go if you want to take your time to find high quality bud for a deal. The service here is exceptional. Every time I come they are patient and make sure I leave satisfied. Tyler was especially helpful the other day. I didn't have enough money to complete my purchase without going to an ATM, and instead of taking a few things off my order like other dispensaries would, he asked for my phone number. He punched it in and it turns out I had a discount code pending. I was able to use the discount and get everything I wanted without withdrawing more money. When I asked why he did this, he replied "I would want someone to do the same for me on the other side of the counter" Tyler isn't alone when it comes to staff who are helpful. after spending $55 on blue dream last week, and getting a headache every time I vaped with this brand from this company KUSH21, I realized it was defective! it didnt even get me stoned in the slightest !!! I proceeded to exchange for one, that would work. I had the receipt, but I was told NO...............they wouldn't even exchange the product for another one. because I was missing the original packaging, they said otherwise how could they be sure it was from their store??? And the moral of the story is, receipts are apparently no longer legitimate or acknowledged for the cash that it was purchased with, the customer is always right! apparently, they don't prescribe to customer service etiquette or making things right. read more

This is good because it gives you the opportunity to get something good even if you don't have a lot of cash at the time... Best selection of pre rolls and oils I have found . The best spot in town for your cannabis needs. The staff is awesome! Prices are worth my travel over 7 miles. I tell everyone I know about this place. Best reward program, you actually save and not capped off at a max. They have great specials, vendor events, etc. I like the fact I never know what to expect. Food trucks, music, one on one with vendors. I like the specials offered. My only suggestion would have "Mommy Hour". I can't always make it between 6-9 but if specials offered during the day maybe 12 to 4 for mom's. Never hurts to ask right?! There is definitely something for everyone. This is one of the best cannabis stores I've been to in the area. The online interface and ability to pre-order and pick up product is intuitive and easy to use. All of the staff I've interacted with are helpful and knowledgeable, Ryan in particular was extremely nice and a pleasure to talk to. Not only are the store and staff great, but the prices are as well. As cannabis stores have become more ubiquitous, I've seen worse and worse prices crop up, this hasn't been a problem at Kush21. There are consistently good deals each day, and their standard prices are far more alluring than many other establishments. read more

Y'all need to teach your employees the difference between customer service and trying to get repeat business and flirting with an ass whooping the girl with the pink hair specifically. Also why is it that every time I go into y'all store on a Friday or Saturday it's only two people in there working and it's a line out the store? Please for the love of it all hire employees who will show up to work and schedule enough people for the customers y'all expect to have in there. Isn't the store 30% off on fridays? Ryan was an amazing help when I ventured into the store the other week. Not only was his personality welcoming and bright, but he possessed the perfect approach and knowledge to really lock down what I enjoy as far as taste, smell & quality of cannabis. Kush 21 is woohoo! As good as it gets! The budtenders are always personable, very knowledgeable, and friendly. I don't live real close to Kush 21, but always stop when I am in the area. Used to like this place, but they're inconsistent. Have been let in more than a few times using my WA state tribal ID and have also been turned away trying to use it. Get everyone on the same page about IDs. (FYI-all WA state tribal IDs are valid. Expiration dates are not required) Have never had any issues getting into other pot shops, but this one always has to make it a big deal acting like they've never seen a tribal ID. read more
