We have stored our trailer at Premier for many years. We've loved the fact we could store indoors…read moreprotecting our trailer. Then, out of the blue, we received a voicemail (not anything in writing per the contract) telling us to be out in one month because they were tearing up our building and when it was rebuilt they were only catering to RVs. Do they have any idea how hard it is to find storage in one month? And indoor or even covered nearby is impossible. After all these years as loyal customers (we even overpaid for repair work there because we were so loyal) they treated us terribly. I know this is what is known as a "1st World Problem," but I am not sure you can trust ownership. I'm sure they don't care about small fry like us - and they'll fill up with million dollar rigs, but they need to know we will express our opinion based on how we were treated. Based on Premiers response, I would change my review to negative one star if I could. Clearly, they don't understand the concept of customer service. Of course they have the right to make a business decision to go in a different direction. But, clearly they knew this months in advance and chose not to tell us until a month out. We have been loyal customers for at least 7 years. A reputable company would have given its customers a heads up months in advance so we could begin the search for somewhere else. Instead, on such short notice, there is little available. We could have been on wait lists. My point to all Yelp readers is, would you trust someone like this?

Told him I didn't care for the colors but for the right price I could forgo my color preferences. Offered 250k on a 299k asking price. His respond was "good luck" and "have a nice flight". Then proceeded to tell me they don't sell entegra cornerstone because their quality is junk. Seems pretty laughable that a used dealer that does primarily consignment wouldn't consign one of the top tier brands if someone wanted them too. Especially since entegra is owned by the same company as the Tiffin I was inquiring about (owned by Thor industries and is well known to have major quality/support issues since the buyout from Bob tiffin). I have no heartburn about not being able to come to terms on a deal, especially on a coach I clearly expressed upfront that I wasn't in love with, however the manor in which Louie responded was completely unnecessary and unprofessional. He could've easily said the owner wouldn't accept that offer or even told me about other coaches they have available that I might be interested in where owners were more motivated to sell. Either way, there's a way to reject an offer and he chose to be disrespectful in his response thus losing a customer forever and as someone looking for their 4th coach, I'll definitely be sharing this feedback with everyone I meet along the way. Side note.... Really makes you think about the nice demeanor in their YouTube sales videos must just be the salesman in them not who they truly are. I say buyer beware if you're dealing with them as there's definitely another side you might not see. Final thoughts, my last coach I purchased from Beaver Coach in Bend OR, worked with Travis Tuma who was first class all the way and was my first call when I decided to purchase another, unfortunately he didn't have what I was looking for. Instead of rolling the dice with these jokers, give Travis a call and you won't regret it!

My wife and I bought a relatively inexpensive Cloudbreaker RV from Bish's at the end of April,…read more2026. It took a couple months of preparing it because my wife was buying all sorts of stuff to cram into our 14' long trailer. Right before the trip, when looking at the only compartment bay that it has, we noticed one of the wood supports (the bed is right above the compartment) was broken in half. Over the course of the prep time, my wife had a couple minor things here and there that she wanted addressed, including our door lock that didn't work upon pick-up (the deadbolt did, though - so we could lock the door). She went with the kiddos to try it out for a few days. Once she returned, I got set up with Service quickly. Lance was my Service Advisor. I actually had a couple more things I wanted looked at because I had an unfortunate situation arise with the dumb valve as the black tank valve was entirely closed (there was an internal screw that was blocking it so it was a little bit open). Sounds about as fun as it was, although it was partially my fault because my wife offered me the gloves and I defiantly stated, "I don't need those - I know what I am doing!" (the latter of which will be on my tombstone one day). Anyway, I relayed all my issues to Lance. He knew exactly what could be fixed right away and which item would require warranty approval. He knew exactly what the issue was with the door lock and the fix to get it in perfect running order. We left it there to be worked on. I expected it to take a couple weeks with a potentially warranty approval (and those can take forever if the OEM drags their feet), but Lance called a few days later and said everything was done. I headed over and he walked me through everything. When I had a couple questions, he got the technician so it could be explained fully to me. Best of all, they didn't wait for the warranty approval - they just took care of one of the issues on their own dime. Definitely not expected. Overall, I had a great experience with Bish's RV Service. I didn't go through RVFix, though - I went straight to the Service center and got helped right away. And heck, Lance even washed my car! I thought the bikini was a little much, but he said it was included in the service. I'm not sure yellow is his color, but I appreciated the effort! (Okay, okay, so there was no car wash, but it was one of the most painless service experiences I've come across, so I wanted to a funny way to express that.)

The condition excellent & price perfect for his budget so SOLD!! Process quick & easy and they said we'd have it in a weekish. Then, in the middle of the night the motel they were staying in caught fire, they were safe but now homeless. One call to Kevin & his crew and they had it ready for pickup by the next afternoon and our grandson was able to ride his little bike home to a safe place. In 2016 we were in the market for a Class C RV. We did the JC tour and were not impressed with…read morethe pricing, you could buy a house for that kind of money, so we started looking at pre owned campers. As luck would have it, we went out looking in January and it was raining like crazy.... which was good for us! One dealership we went to had water dripping out of the light fixtures, vents and down the walls of every single camper we looked at. We finally went to Summit and met Ray. It was still raining, but after looking through a few models, not one had a leak. I asked about that and was told that they like to seal the roof and edges for that very reason. We found a nice 23' that had been previously owned and was in good shape. We purchased that unit and enjoyed it for years, now, fast forward to present day.... As needs change, we found it prudent to list this camper for sale and we plan to get another in a couple years, but for now, we have other goals. We took the camper back to Summit and discussed doing a consignment sale with them. They made it so easy as we owned the camper free and clear AND we kept a folder of all the add ons and maintenance work we had done. We simply gave them a price that we wanted to get for it and that was it! After they ran through their quality and mechanical assessments and listed it on their web site, I received a call a few days ago that it had been sold and they have a check waiting for me! A little over two weeks and it was done! Ray and Jerry made buying AND selling through them so easy and painless that I can't imagine going anywhere else in the future! It seems that the smaller lots charge less than the larger lots due to overhead. Thank you Ray and Jerry, we will be back when we are ready for the van conversion!
