I consigned my motorhome to Summit RV and they had it sold in under 30 days! They followed through with every detail.

We live in the PNW and while trying to find our first travel trailer in Washington, we couldn't…read morelocate it anywhere locally. We finally located it at Bish's RV in Salt Lake City! I called the sales department at Bish's RV in Junction City, OR (they have many locations, but this was the closest to us) and spoke with their salesman, Chris Buystedt. He arranged for the RV to be transported to Junction City, worked with us on getting all paperwork in order prior to our arrival, had extra accessories we requested installed on the trailer before we arrived and was MOST pleasant, professional and helpful each and every time we talked on the phone! Arriving at Bish's RV in Junction City was a breeze! Chris immediately met us at the door with a broad smile, excited to see us as we were to see him!. He handed us some apparel from Bish's and we chatted for a bit. Then he walked us over to the Service Department where we could see our trailer for the first time (all we had seen were pictures up to this point)! We were like proud parents! There, the sales team took over, walked us through an orientation on our trailer, answered any questions we had, and then we proceeded over to the main showroom to sign the final paperwork. Upon entering the showroom, we were greeted with an array of sandwiches, chips and waters!! All for customers and potential customers of Bish's! Who does that?? BISH'S DOES! We met with Will in Finance to sign our docs and then proceeded back to Service to pick up our trailer to bring it home. Saw Chris one last time and thanked him profusely for making our purchase at Bish's a memorable one! We won't go anywhere else!! Thank you!

Buyer beware- they do not honor their paperwork nor warranty…read more Their service department tried multiple times to charge 50. For "free" winterization. We were supposed to get a discount on parts and labor due to diamond membership-did not happen. We bought a new Jayco trailer from them and have had problems with the slide out EVERY single time we have used the trailer. Their rv fix technicians taught us how to override the system. The in house technicians did not believe the phone technicians. Their own employee told us that they do not respect warranty policies. We have had the trailer in their shop three times to fix the slide out motor, then the controller and then all of the cables- still does not work correctly. Do not buy from this dealership! They are not worth the hassle.

Sept 2016: I have been a loyal Marathon Coach service department customer for 6 years now. I have been blessed to have had two prior Marathon Coach's that I have purchased via private party. We recently decided to buy a new / preowned bus from Marathon Coach sales department. The overall sales experience was a great one. There where a few things we wanted changed, a few upgrades and a few things that need fixed and repaired. Marathon Coach literally made our new /preowned bus look flawless and in brand new condition when we took delivery. They also made sure that it was in perfect mechanical condition and fully serviced as well. Since taking delivery we did experience a few small issues that Marathon immediately took care of under warranty. I would never buy a bus from anyone else other than Marathon Coach. You can definitely buy with confidence knowing Marathon Coach stands behind their bus's. They will make sure you have a true Marathon Experience. Feb 2017: Another great service experience at Marathon Coach. They continue to keep raising the bar higher than even I can believe. Whether you have a Prevost or a Class A motorhome know one does it better than Marathon Coach. Nov 2017: I have always been able to share my incredible service experiences with Marathon Coach over the years. Today I am able to share my recent experience with the Sales Department. I would like to thank Rick Mount and Steve Irvin for a incredible deal and exceptional customer service that has exceeded my highest expectations. Whether you are shopping for a new or preowned bus Rick Mount can make your dream become a reality. Feb 2018: What can I say but another great service experience at Marathon Coach. A special thanks to Chris Welch and his entire service staff for a top notch service experience. Have a Blessed Day

When we sold that coach, it was better than when we originally purchased it. The Marathon Service department made maintaining our coach easy. The coach was kept working extremely well. And they were timely. We got service when we needed service. On the road with a problem? They will overnight the parts you need. Or help find a service shop near you. The person buying our 20 year old coach got a bargain. It worked perfectly when we sold it. And it still looked like new (They do paint touch ups also.) We sold it because the new coach they offered had compelling new features. Marathon Coach fully deserves their 5 star service rating.

Said somebody had broken into their lot and stole my battery. They replaced that but they acted like they didn't know why my paint was all torn up on the rear cap. Turns out it was from the people who stole it, slinging gravel in a flatbed. Made them pay for it Ridiculous that an RV would have 44 defects in it brand new. Even more ridiculous that these idiots would keep it a year trying to figure it out. I'm not talking to anything major or structural.. When I pick the unit up, they had a fat bill attached to it. What's that about? It's under warranty. Incompetent rip off artists Stay away Edit: in response to the "business owners" comments. Yes sir, are covering your rear, as I could not forget such a circumstance. If you're at 2400 W. 7th Ave., in Eugene, that's you. I don't care if you have records of a break in or not, your insurance paid for it. Before I pick up my unit, I had to call out the big guns of your dealership to administrate the mess and pare down the stupid bill to something more reasonable for the few items Warranty didn't cover. One guy got fired over it. Another one of the GS family members who served as an advocate to sort out the BS got demoted afterward (well that's what he told me ) because his decisions were viewed as losing money. You may not work on Keystone anymore, but you sure the hell did then. You guys even called and tried to get me to accept cheap interstate batteries after my two expensive Centennial 6 V golf cart batteries were stolen. Snakes. Paint repair and fiberglass repair on my rear cap work was done by the business adjacent (practically inside the fence) to your back parking lot . Oh, it was you alright. I would keep quiet if I were you because anything you say further is simply a lie of convenience and CYA. What responsibility or credibility is built upon. Something woefully lacking in the RV Repair business.
