next to impossible to get your RV serviced here. I'm sure the Staff is great, but good luck reaching anyone that actually works at the location. Here is the one week and counting bureaucracy: (1) fill out service request on their website because calling is worthless (2) an "Ai" assistant responds to you. (3) the inquiry is outsourced and you talk to someone in another state to explain exactly what you already put on their online form. (4) someone calls you back a day later to ask you the situation again and tries to troubleshoot over the phone ... what!? (5) you are told someone will call you to set up an appointment which they either do so in a week or not at all. I decided to take my RV 125 miles away in Bend because a human from the dealership immediately answers the phone and sets up the appointment (5 minutes versus over 5 days "and counting". sorry to complain, but I tried Bish's twice, never again. We bought a 22 forest river heritage glen 5th wheel BRAND NEW, in less than 2 years the slides were falling apart with interior and exterior cracking. Took it back to them just out of manufacturer warranty. Ok, they "work" with manufacturer to have it repaired. Take it home and on one road trip it again cracks in the same spot they "fixed" take it back, now it needs frame repair and slide repairs and to the tune of 38,000.00. Bish's tell us they will not repair it, the manufacturer will not repair it and we need to do an insurance claim. The insurance adjusters are saying the repairs should be about $5000.00 Now when I look at the pictures of our unit the thing is destroyed, not even driveable. We are taking it in the @&&. And you will too. BEWARE DO NOT GO NEAR THIS TERRIBLE PLACE!!! read more

Bought a new unit from Guaranty, this is what they sold me, then had Bish's tell me after giving them $700 to diagnose there's no problem.

Today my husband took our RV in to have the door replaced. They put the new door in but it needs adjusted because it's not meeting the frame and the molding is out of place. They did not follow the instructions from lipert (who manufactures the doors) they said it didn't need any caulking or anything. They refused to adjust it, said that would cost extra and take several days!!!!!!! They do not warranty their own work so expect it to be done wrong and for them to not cover anything. I do not recommend! Don't waste your time here they obviously don't know what they are doing. Josh was the Advisor and he was not only disrespectful but obviously doesn't care about his job. read more

01/19/2026, 1334hrs or so, I've been researching online for my next MH, I'm researching 28 - 32 ft Class A's. I've read far too many horror stories of people being straight out screwed/ crapped on during the initial walk about, finance knifing, and finally the signed on the line business has no idea of the 5 W's. I went into Bish's was met by a young guy nice and friendly, after I explained my background and of the research I've conducted, he was kind enough told me he was fairly new to the business, not an issue he was being honest. we found the 2017 Winnebago Vista LX I've researched. as I was inspecting the interior I found a water leak in the bathroom on the wall above the window. ok,ok I told him I had to inspect the entire roof for other leaks, he wasn't sure if I could, so he went back to the office to ask. he returned unfortunately the company rug sales old guy came out talk from his butt having absolutely no idea about anything other than trying to get me to commit. This boatride bag of rice sales dummy wanted me to place a deposit down before I could inspect the roof,,,. all I have to say after wasting my time with that $18.00 thrift store suit wearing BS'r Bish's I cant recommend you to any of my fellow USA Veterans or fellow LEO's. Stop the scamming, why would anyone pay you to inspect a leaking roof to determine how far the damage is, Oooo yea RV'rs make sure and check every wall outlet, the passenger side wall had an outlet with water swollen cutout piece of fake wood holding the outlet cover which wasn't secure, imagine what arching problem that would cause. J needed 2 bearings replaced on the slide out on my Sprinter van. It is a rare vehicle. I ordered parts to be delivered to service dept ahead of my appt. I gave the service writer, Lance, the schematic drawings from the manufacturer, and explained the process to access the mechanism easily. The technician did not understand instructions given when HE called Winnebago. The tech then removed the exterior trim on the slide and gave up and proceeded to insert the bearings from the interior below the open slide. The labor time was 2.8 hours! The job could have been completed in 1 hour at most. With a labor rate of$239.00 you should get a competent, knowledgeable, technician. After paying my bill and going to my van, I saw that the trim panel was not on properly, I returned to reception to have someone fix it properly. After a Supervisor came out he asked if I could wait while he sent it back to the tech. I waited about 2 hours before my van was returned. I submitted a longer review to Bish in their follow up e mail. I cannot find it with the Bish reviews, and no one responded. I hope folks will read this and remember the saying " CAVEAT EMPTOR " I thought I had made it clear what should be done. I guess when you are charging $239.00 an hour you can charge for learning time when a tech does not have a clue. Poor repair service and poor customer service and follow up. Obviously, I DO NOT RECOMMEND service. My van is a Mercedes Benz and I had my scheduled maintenance service done the following week at a lower labor rate! read more

Tow bracket came loose on freeway. Obviously wasn't torqued correctly. Bish's response was 'prove it'. The service manager whose department installed the tow system when we purchased our motor home acted like they'd stand behind their work but his boss over ruled him. He kept speculating that someone probably tried to steel the bracket. Truck has never been left unattended for any considerable length of time. read more

If I could give zero stars, I would. Be warned and Be very careful dealing with this dealership they will stick you in the back faster than they will sell you A unit!!! Make sure you spend at least a day or two goin through everything on the unit you are thinking of buying from these people. They sold us $100,000 unit claiming it had gone through many inspections and everything was ready to go 100% !! Which was an out and out lie!! they fixed the couple things we were able to find on the walk-through but anything that was wrong that we didn't catch that they had to have known about, based on the obvious inspections they do when they get the units. They're now running through our Warranty. I feel sorry for you if you didn't buy an extended warranty because you'll probably have to pay for all of that out-of-pocket their service department deceived me when I drop the unit off telling me that they would test the AC on a hot day the text I just got from the states they tested the AC on a 75 degree day claiming the AC is working properly but when you put the AC in 100° temperature, it won't even cool below 90°. City water inlet was leaking on first use which means it was leaking and bad when we picked up the unit but because we didn't catch it on the walk-through which how could we when it wasn't hooked up they're now running it through our warranty, so they make sure they get paid for this work instead of doing it prior to selling the unit like they should've with this and many other issues. We will never buy another unit from Bish's RV we are very disappointed and dissatisfied with what we did purchase from them. I don't think they realize word-of-mouth is a powerful tool which I intend to use to make sure everybody I meet knows this company will rip you off faster than they'll sell you a unit. read more

We brought our RV to get fixed here and didn't have the problems that others here have had. We had an awning added, a hose fixed, wheel bearing packed, and a door replaced. There was a problem with the hose repair, but they resolved that right away. I will come back here again. read more

The Bish website has an online form to request a service appointment through which you can provide detail on the things you want taken care of. After pressing the submit button, you quickly receive an email message thanking you for contacting them and assuring you that a service advisor will soon follow-up. Just one problem--the service request that you just submitted goes into a black hole and nobody ever sees it. Thus, no call back and the information that you just provided online will have to be repeated after you finally call them yourself. This has been problem for months and at least one person in the Bish service department finds it hilarious. read more

The Service Department Associate, Amanda Holmes and Mechanic Technician, Ted Watson are both well trained and followed our repairs/replacements to completion. Amanda is an outstanding customer advocate working closely with Ted who is a crackerjack mechanic and problem solver. During our stay, they both provided updated information eliminating our anxiety and elevated our trust that our Mountain Aire was being throughly inspected and repaired. We believe BISH is very fortunate to have these two fine people on their staff. This is the fourth time we have used the services of BISH in Junction City, Oregon. What we thought would be great turned out to be, well, NOT SO MUCH! We bought a 2023 Thor Tranquility, Class B motorhome fresh from the factory. Bish' had our new coach for a week before we did our walk through. We arrived at 11 as scheduled only to be dragged from one building to another in the cold and rain only to be sent back to the first building we started. Really? You can't afford a few golf carts? PLEASE! After 20 minutes of wandering around in the rain and cold we found the rig and met with our specialist and began what turned out to be just shy of 4 hours. WOW there is a lot to know about our new digs!! He was very through and seemed to be over the top educated on the rig.. We did learn a lot, but I would suggest taking a break after a couple hours.... It's just too much to take it all in.. After the walk through and education we headed over to the "other" building, again, in the cold and rain.. How many times is this going to happen we wondered! After our 5th walk of the entire property, we met with the finance guy, you know, that salesman that you just what to deal with after your 4-hour van tour, NOT! So, after the exhausting day at Bish's we drove our new pride and joy home. It was a smooth and wonderful drive. We parked her behind the gates and let her rest until the next day. We were preparing for a trip to NorCal but before we departed, we wanted to take photos, so we pulled her out and extended the awning at which time we found out that the awning would NOT retract!!! Yes, that's right!! a SIX FIGURE RV that we have had less than 24 hours had a major malfunction. Here is how things went with Bish's: We called; were told they have a "Skelton Crew" and they did not know when someone would be able to get back to me, but "should be today" I explained that ONE, we were scheduled to leave town and TWO the van was now blocking the driveway and garage so we could not even get a car out! We received a call from the tech that did our walkthrough who asked me to do a couple things to try... THEY DID NOT WORK Awning still retracted. Then he proceeds to tell me that we can manually crank it in manually crank in an awning on a SIX FIGURE 2023 RV.. Is there a hidden camera waiting to see my head pop off. First off he never went over this as an option, in fact, he never addressed the awning at all. He then told me he did not think too much about it because "No one has ever had a problem with that" Well, I am here to tell you that there was NO device in the rig to manually reel it in.. So along with our 4 neighbors and some YouTube videos we were able to get it to retract. We spoke with 4 people (All Men) none of them offered any help. I was told by one manager that it would not be in the best interest to send a tech. REALLY????? not even 24 hours later and this is how they respond? WOW! I admit I lost it and started to scream at the last lazy manager that took my call he stated that we had "poor" communication and that he was going to have another manager reach out to us that was 30 hours ago and guess what??? Still waiting for that call that never came! So now we are driving our new rig back to the place where no one gives a damn about the trouble you are having aka Bish's. Oh, and to be clear, it took four friends, YouTube videos and a cocktail to retract the awning of a $115,000 RV that we had for less than 24 hours while the crew at Bish's could care less. Final Note: The tech stated that no one ever has an issue with the awning. HA! FYI Bish's there is this thing called GOOGLE. where there are many, many, many complaints about the awning on the Thor motor coaches and they ALL had the sa me issue as ours!! They love you when luring you in for the big buy and then tell you to put your head between your knees and kiss your A** goodby and all your money too! BE EDUCATED! It's obvious that they do not do a complete check of your new digs.. Save yourself and shop elsewhere. read more

We purchased our new Rv from Bish''s Junction City. Our salesperson was Lindsey. He is very knowledgeable and personable and answered all the questions we had. Our walk thru tech Sierra was amazing. Extremely thorough and didn't hesitate to address any concerns we had whether it was finish or technical. She even installed and reinstalled our weight distribution/trailer hitch when hubby decided the hitch needed to be lower. (Forgot to give her the key to the hitch so no fault of hers). Never made us feel as if we were asking too much of her. Sierra, we appreciate your patience! Sean also helped with that (it was getting late) and was very knowledgeable and helpful answering questions for us. Incompetent and unhelpful. We bought a Winnebago Boldt from these folks back in 2020, and the awning was not installed. It took them 5 months to get the parts in for it, we had to take it back again after that because it would not operate, and then eventually, on a trip to the coast, the whole awning slid back four inches. Once we got done with the lengthy wait for an appointment, they determined that they had neglected to screw the awning to the chassis! And, when they fixed it , the handed us a $400 bill for repairs. We argued with them, stating that this should have been covered under warranty even though we were more than one year out from the initial purchase, because the awning wasn't installed until 5 months after they bought it. They refused to budge, because we bought it from them when their name was Guaranty, and they would not honor any implied warranties from the previous owner. (Bear in mind this was mostly the same set of people in the service department.) Las summer on our trip to Alaska, the awning stuck and refused to budge. Disgusted, we did not look at it again until a few days ago.... and we realized that they had used the wrong screws, and they stuck out so far that the knuckles for the arms were jammed against the screws and were partly bent. If you are forced to use them for repair, make sure you thoroughly inspect and test everything they do, and be prepared to leave your vehicle for further work if you are not satisfied. read more

This is the worst RV service we've ever had. They have had our RV for a month and said they are "still waiting" for authorization to fix warranty work!! Then they say they have to order part's after that. They knew when we made the appointment for repairs over a month ago that we were moving into our RV for a VERY long trip but when we called to check on our repair work, they refused to contact anyone to get everything taken care of in a timely manner. We decided to take further steps ourselves, we contacted the manufacturer to see what the holdup was in authorizing the repairs, they don't even have a record of request for the warranty work which means Bish's never even sent the repair request in! We have lost deposits and booking fees on several locations we had to cancel because of this and now we will now be homeless in a week with a $500 rv payment that's going towards??? Considering contacting a lawyer to see what they can do about untimely (intentionally delaying) warranty repair work. Bishs says we can take the rv back but then the warranty work will never be done. read more

First time....last time. Drove my 2015 Itasca Camrbria 30J from North Bend to Junction City (208 miles RT) to 1. Have the bad converter replaced with one that would handle lithium batteries, 2. Check seals and repair/replace as needed and 3. Routine service on the 3 slide outs. FOUR WEEKS LATER I get the call saying it's done. Final bill was $8,600!!! Holy shit Batman! Then I see...and it's my bad for not asking before....that their shop rate is $185/hr!! Holy Rip Off Robin. So the wife and I drive back to Junction City, pay the tab and head home. Got home and discovered that the new Inverter/Charger did not work. I also find out that they charged me over $1000 for a inverter/charger that was in stock and available direct from the manufacturer for $675.....a 32.5% MARKUP! Called them up and was told to bring it back ASAP. Waited a day and drove the 108 miles BACK to Junction City and dropped it off AGAIN. Turns out the Comm. cable between the unit and the control panel was bad. Also learned that they used the old cable rather than the new one that came the unit. The only reason we came this far was the fact they are a certified Winnebago Service Center. If you're planning to have them service your RV make sure you bring a family size jar of KY Jelly. We're still waiting to create final review. We went onto Guaranty RV lot, and purchased a brand new Rockwood pop up tent trailer. Mary McConnell, our salesperson went to bat for us and walked us through every step in the process of choosing the camper and getting financing. I'd recommend Mary so highly. The purchase experience was awesome. After that, things went drastically downhill. Our camper had been in for over three weeks for warranty repairs. Tiny ones. We were following up to find out when, if ever, service was going to fix our camper, when we discovered that the coupler unit on the trailer had been torqued somehow and was so damaged it would have to be replaced. Yikes! And, now we were dealing with Bish RV. At no point had anyone informed us of the transition. We wouldn't have purchased from Bish. The GM suggested it was probably vandals but that he'd be "willing" to support fixing our trailer. Continual back and forth since. They didn't come forward and say, "We need to make this right. Let's fix your camper and make sure your warranty is good." We're still "negotiating." It feels as though GM set up an adversarial relationship when he didn't need to. We just expected honesty and loyalty. We're waiting to see his next move. We've nearly missed out on summer camping, and i can't imagine repairs will be done anytime soon, at this point. read more

Bought a brand-new toy hauler from them. We just picked it up 2 weeks ago on Fri, used it that weekend, came home and one of the seams are coming apart. Contacted them regarding it. I live 2.5 hrs away and they won't even help with arranging getting it back and forth. I've sent them pictures of the issue and they can't even have a tech guestimate how long they will need it for. Overall, I am so disgusted with the service we've received from Bish's. From the salesman to this warranty issue, it has been a huge disappointment. If you want to feel like the service ends with the sale. then by all means purchase from them. However, if you'd rather support a company that actually values their customers then I would suggest purchasing elsewhere. I will never refer anyone to them! read more

Working with Bish's has been awful. We purchased a Heartland Toy Hauler (don't get one) that has been broken since purchase. We turned it in for maintenance and they had our trailer for months. When we completed the walkthrough the majority of the repairs weren't completed. ON my second trip back to get the fuel gauge installed (since it hadn't been done in the previous months) I had to argue with them to fix the stripped tire stud. I was told they already had (they hadn't) and that they would not cover it since they had fixed it once. The service advisor then continued to lie and try to cover up about things they had and had not fixed. I had to contact Heartland about the claims they had and had not turned in. It seems that all the items on my page service list that hadn't been repaired and not even had claims submitted. Even after 3 trips back to have the repairs completed they did not fix the leak on the slide out or the broken lock. The installed the wrong backup camera and charged me for labor they weren't supposed to. If you can avoid this place I would at all costs. Their customer service is deceptive and their service department doesn't seem to know what they are doing. read more

We purchased a used motor home from Bish's. The salesman was great as well as the staff until the transaction was final. A day after, it would not start. I will say the salesman did come to our house to see if he could figure out what was wrong. We did discover the issue & let them know. Almost 2 weeks later, we have heard absolutely nothing from Bish's. They got their money & is obviously our problem that it won't start correctly. We will take it someplace else to have it fixed but for the amount we paid for this RV, it should run correctly. Customer service after the sale is non existent. Management. I bought a New trailer from Bish's at there first sales event in Eugene Oregon. They made a deal and when paperwork was ready to be signed they changed the deal. Which then made them re-work the contract. I bought all the extra contracts on trailer like Diamond Club, Service contract, Monster Seal, Ultimar Environmental Protection. The Forest River even has a Emergency Roadside assistance program. More than $10,000 worth. My trailer has not been moved from delivery and the second time we opened the sliders one broke. It wouldn't go all the way in or all the way out. I called all the Emergency Roadside asst. As well as the Diamond Club and they had no one to come out and service my trailer and they couldn't be towed with slider out. So I have a $70,000 trailer that cannot be moved or used. I called Bish's sales office because I wanted a refund on on my extra services and wanted to return the trailer to Bish's. I was waiting for a return call back from Mr. Kline a finance mgr which called days later and left me a msg he was leaving in 15 minutes to catch him. I missed him. I never received another call back. There is so much more issues with dealership to detail here. The Customer service Mandy had to be the worse customer relations rep ever. She didn't even know who the Jenkins were! Btw The Jenkins own Bish's. Why that matters is my name is Jenkins. read more

I really don't like bashing a company but these guys are horrible. we had a scheduled service appointment and they acted like we were from the planet Jupiter. We got sent back and forth to so many buildings and offices and redirected to service writers, and that was early in the morning and nothing had even been done yet. I turned to my wife and said maybe this wasn't a good idea to come here. These guys have such poor communication, they don't call back, they don't let you know the status of issues that you left with them. They left us hanging on a couple issues and it has been 10 months and still no one has gotten back to us after we picked up our coach with the expectation that we were going to have to bring it back in for further work. I will never go back to these guys, they are horrible in every aspect of service. read more

We bought our $100,000 plus 5th wheel back in June, while it was still gauranty,and my wife and I both swear we had heard one of the salesmen we were dealing with say that if we sent someone down to them and they also bought they would send us a gift certificate for their store, back in September we sent our son and daughter in-law down and even called our salesman , Corey B., and gave him there name and phone number so he could deal with them directly. They ended up buying a brand new toy hauler but we never heard anything, so about 3 weeks ago we took our 5th wheel down for some warranty work and stopped in the sales department and talked with Corey and he stated that he had never heard of this policy and would have to check with the big boss Terry Muir, they still haven't contacted us so I guess customer service stops after the sale. We are not looking for a free handout, if we are wrong just let us know, it's no big deal, but don't ignore us, after all between us and our son we spent over $170,000 there. Will be buying all our camping supplies elsewhere. We have now found one of Corey BUYSTEDT's business cards with a "refer a friend and receive $99" on the back of the card. read more
