It is a masterpiece for displaying pumpkins and they give such a variety! We loved it and thought it was REALLY cool. I am grateful for the cost to get in because it keeps the crazy out so we had elbow room to get around and take so many cool pictures and take everything in! Thank you! My wife and I had a date night recently at the Thriller Park and found it to be a wonderful evening! We purchased tickets online and made our way over. Parking was busy, but free and we were able to park at a nearby church lot. There is a giant pumpkin area-I wouldn't call it a "patch" where you pick your own, but there were piles of pumpkins everywhere. The soft lighting made for some really great pictures. There's also a barn area with other varieties of pumpkins (white, small gourds, etc.) that are Insta-worthy. On the other side, where the Thriller Park is, you'll find a stage with cool lighting and surprisingly good performances. We saw singers and dancers as well as other costumed staff that kept us entertained. It wasn't too scary. We also walked through a small corn maze and interactive area. It had a few little jump scares, but nothing too bad. I'm not sure I'd take young children here-there didn't seem to be much that would keep them entertained. But older children and adults-especially those wanting some fun fall pictures-will love it! read more

The pumpkin patch was a good size (with a lot of variety), the employees were very nice, and there are plenty of things for children to do. However, I feel like the entrance price was way too steep. I also think they should have more people working at the pumpkin purchasing station (as the line was ridiculously slow and long), and some more food truck options (for the same reason), as well. read more

This is one of the best pumpkin patch around. It's not just a regular pumpkin patch, but they do have a fun section that kids can go in and play. It's definitely a family friendly fun place. I have seen ads for this place before on Facebook, but I had never visited until this year. Stanley is a big Halloween fan, so I suggested we come here since we both had never been. During Covid-19, they had a mask mandate. I don't believe they were putting hardcore social distancing measures, but people weren't really crowding anyways because it is a big place. I suggest purchasing the wristband, I think that is more worth the deal than buying smaller tickets. Once you enter the farm, there is a giant pumpkin patch to your left and 3 very cute pumpkin walls. Stanley and I visited the place right before sunset, so we were able to get cute pictures during the day while fully lit outside and evening pictures with the pumpkin walls lit up with different colors. Other than the pumpkin patch, there are games you can play. We played the zombie paintball game. Even though this was not included in the wristband, it was not a bad deal. There was a skeleton head throwing game. You try to throw 3 skeleton heads into the 2 baskets a giant moving skeleton is holding in its hands. This game is included with the wristband. There is also a haunted house. From the outside it looks like a small indoor haunted house, but once you walk in, it is pretty extensive. There are many scares around the house and then you will step outside into a dark guided corn maze. The employees suggested we wait a little bit until it got dark to try the haunted house out to receive the full experience. I'm glad we did. After purchasing our pumpkins, taking pictures, playing the games, and going around the haunted house, we were hungry. There were a few food trucks located outside the farm. We chose a delicious Asian chicken bowl food truck. I don't remember what it was called, but it did not disappoint. We received our food and went on the other side of the park, to the right, and there was live music, stage games, giant board games, and places to sit and eat. If you're looking for a fun, family-friendly Halloween event, I suggest this place. I agree with another review about not being a place for toddlers. It's very small and not a lot to do unless you go into the thriller park. I've been previous years and this year seemed less organized and nice. The pumpkin were all thrown together, where years before they were organized in designated areas. The prices were decent, not too expensive. However, you have to pay $5 a person to get in. I think that is outrageous when there's nothing to do besides pick a pumpkin. read more

This is my secret garden shop for all of my flower and vegetable needs! I have been going here for years and have always found what I needed. If the Sandy location is out of stock, Alex will always check the Draper location and do what he can to accommodate me. My only concern is how I am seeing price creep. This used to be wonderfully priced as well, but as of late their prices have risen dramatically. We purchased one pallet of sod from Kuwahara. It arrived at around 8am in the morning ready to go. The sod was laid about a week ago and is thriving and looking amazing! The price is pretty decent and it was very easy to purchase and schedule delivery. Definitely recommend their sod. read more

I'm giving this place 2 stars ONLY because they've got a really fun selection of pumpkins and a cute set up of them. The "Thriller Park" they've got going on opposite of their patch is nothing special & we were very disappointed. We decided to visit this fall farm because we (husband, son-8, daughter-4, myself) had never been. Pictures made it look vast and the description of all their activities was enticing! Also, I had a co-worker recommend it. Their pumpkin purchasing line was the same line to get into their park for general admission. It was long and slow. Finally, an employee was walking around asking if anyone was purchasing wristbands. We called out to her and she rang us up, barely speaking to us or making eye contact. After paying $65 for 4 of us (there are no reduced children prices) and entering the park we were almost immediately upset. It's small and there's very little to do. It takes 15 min TOPS to get through everything. We basically paid for 5 bounce houses, the tiniest corn pit you've ever seen, and a very short "corn walk". ‍ But their haunted house is included in general admission, you don't have to buy tickets! It's a straight 23 second walk through a greenhouse. If you've been to ANY OTHER pumpkin patch in Utah, it's probably better than this one. Not to mention the prices are considerably lower. This was boring and way overpriced, for what? We realized later that there was a cheaper "day park" admission price ($8/person, still too much in my opinion for this dumb place) that we weren't aware of and weren't offered when we were buying our bands. She rang us up for the most expensive and after we were told NO REFUNDS. read more

This is a great pumpkin patch. Each kid that buys a pumpkin gets free access to the bounce houses and corn pit. They have large metal wagons that you can load the pumpkins on if you want to get more than a couple. The medium/large pumpkin was just under ten dollars and the small/medium pumpkin was only a few bucks. They are .39 cents per pound. There is a thriller park with more activities like a corn maze, but it costs extra. My kids had fun playing in the free section though. We were there on a Saturday and there were quite a few people, but we were still able to go on all the activities that we wanted to. There was a singing performance in the early afternoon that was also included in the free admission. The gps brought us to a location that is about a mile away but it is owned by the same people so they quickly pointed us in the right direction. read more

So, I just wanted to point out that this place have great customer survive and the employees are professional. Joni Answered all questions and is patient and kind. In terms of products that I ordered, which are four pallets of sod, it all came 5 a.m. in the morning and were freshly cut. I basically got what I ordered on Facebook and everything went smoothly. The price was more than fair, especially when everyone else are selling their pallets of sod for $300 to $450 per pallet of 500 square foot, but Kuwahara sold it $245 per pallet comes with free delivery so long as i ordered 2000 square feet which is 4 pallets. I was short on sod, but thats my fault for assuming that my back yard has the same square footage as the front. Never using my eyes as measuring tape again. All I know is that I am a happy customer. read more

They were the cheapest I could find to deliver SOD.....but I guess you get what you pay for. They delivered on a different day than agreed upon, didn't put the pallets of SOD where we asked them to and stopped answering texts once I pointed out the mistakes. I tried to be reasonable but they had no desire to discuss anything further once it was dropped off. The SOD. Itself also looks like it was cut several days ago when they said it was cut fresh the day before delivery. Would not recommend them to anyone, saving a few bucks does justify the headaches caused. read more

I go to the pumpkin patch every year here and it seems as if the quality for this year (2019) has gone to crap. It's very pretty and there is a lot to see but I would not pay what I did to go here again. I didn't see anywhere that said kids got in free with a purchase of a pumpkin so ‍ It's expensive for a pumpkin patch. $7 if you go M-F before 4 PM. After 4 PM it's $15 and that's for everyone ages 3 and up. I loved the fact that there are a lot of activities for the kids. There was giant sized connect four, cup pong, bounce houses, chess and so forth. Don't watch the magic show(sorry) it was horrible! They told us it was going to start at a certain time but we didn't know there was going to be a 10 minute introduction...how long did they think kids were going to sit still for? The corn maze was cool and it short. It was even prettier at night! They have different themed pumpkin display areas(which is probably why it's so pretty) but it's really just a display this year. You can walk into the themed pumpkin area and there was nothing inside that related to the theme. Zombie paintball was new this year as well as Thriller Mansion. I tried the paintball, shot the zombie in the head(poor guy, if you are reading this I am so sorry). Kids wanted to do face paint but that was an additional cost. They sell food here but we didn't try any of it. If you're looking for pretty and close pumpkin patch this one is for you. But if you're not looking to spend $50 on wristbands for a family of four, go elsewhere. read more

This place was much better last year. They had lots of food vendors, more bounce houses, and way more to do. I don't mind it having less but for my wife, daughter, and I, it was $48.00 to get in. They used to allow kids for free with the purchase of a pumpkin. Not anymore. There's not much for adults to do and I feel it would make more sense to charge just for the kids. So disappointed to head to this after a fun time last year. I could barely swallow the cost last year, and it was twice as large then! I didn't realize the changes until I paid the fee and walked in. The corn maze has been cut in half (height wise) so my child was bored within minutes - we came specifically because he loved their maze so much last year. Half the number of bounce houses and activities. I will qualify that my 4 year old had a nice time still (since he wasn't the one paying ) and the pumpkin patch is still adorable. I so hate to leave a negative review when it's a local business, but I can't see how they can justify these high prices for such a small selection of activities. Kuwahara's is such a great place, standing out as a fine example of what Utah could use more of - the independent farmer's market. During this time of year, Spring/Early Summer, you can get all of your flowers, vegetables, fruit, and herbs bedding plants. They have a nice selection of flowers, ground cover, grasses, and such. Their large collection of vegetable plants is truly impressive, including various types of each in various growth phases. The Kuwahara family members are very nice, and hard working. I'm always impressed when one of their very sharp kids rings me up. They're engaging, very accurate and helpful. I've had them take my cart to my car for me, and unload everything. They always seem like they're having fun. During the late Summer and Harvest season, Kuwahara's carries a beautiful selection of fresh local grown corn, tomatoes, peaches, melons, and other fresh produce. They stock a good amount of grocery-store produce as well, making Kuwahara's a one-stop shop for me when I need fresh produce a couple times a week during the season. On Saturdays, the informal parking lot gets full, and there are no real alternatives like street parking. If it's full when you pull in, go get some Gelato and come back in a half hour. So happy that they're open on Sundays for those of us who love that day for gardening and/or cooking. It doesn't get much better than Kuwahara's. I'm so glad they're in my neighborhood! read more

1st visit for us was for some pumpkins. We were drawn in by the free bounce houses/slide with purchase. We were surprised there was a corn maze also included (off site). The staff was very friendly and polite. The kids really enjoyed the decorations and taking pictures with the pumpkins. Then onto the bounce houses/slide. Our children had a blast. It did get a little crowded on the slide. It was a little smaller than some of the other pumpkin patches we have been to but we enjoyed it. We then went to the corn maze. It was a cute little maze (perfect for my 3 & 4 year olds) with some pumpkins for sale here also. Unlike the other site that had kid friendly music, this site did not! One of the songs that made me cringe the most went like this "Got me feeling drunk and high So high, so high" I assume the other adults picking pumpkins out with their little children didn't notice. Change the music at the corn maze and you would get 5 stars. Overall happy with our first visit. read more

I first came here back in September when they had an abundant selection of fruits and vegetables at reasonable prices. It seems like most customers were interested in purchasing their produce by the case, but I appreciated that it was just as easy for me to walk away with a small selection of fruits and veggies to feed me for a week. I came back here on a Saturday in mid november in search of a Christmas tree, they had a sign advertising them, but was sorely disappointed to find the place closed during their normal hours with no information on when they might be open for business. Unfortunately for them, I found a different supplier for my Christmas tree that day. read more

This year they charged $15 PER person, including for an adult that is clearly not going to be using the bounce houses. Talked to several other moms while there that had the exact same complaint.
