She made sure our experience was a great one. She was very efficient in checking us in and made sure things that were unused stayed picked up. They have a tarantula and asked if we wanted her to bring him out to show the kids and was very patient is showing him to us and answering all of our questions. As far as the play place- cute and lots of pretend play so it's good for my younger kids but I probably wouldn't bring my 7 year old. They had lots of activities set up at the tables-ramen sorting, tooth brushing, arts, and crafts/slime (available for purchase). We'll be back soon and hope that we see the gem of an employee, Ruby.

Okay, but it closes early and what if it's rainy or cold? Rock climbing? The little ones need extra help from parents who sometimes they just want to escape kid-free for a few hours! Ditto ice skating, especially for the 5-year-old contingent. Alley Cats is cool, but spendy for a combo-party quantity of kids, and the little ones will be pissed that they can't laser tag. There's a Pump It Up party just two weekends before, and copy-catting is lame. See what I mean? I'm so glad I remembered these guys! 14 kids for 1.5 hours of exhausting, coma-inducing fun starts at just $160; extras are $10 each. My 9-yr-old especially will be very happy to add horseback riding for just $50!! Crazy good bargain. They have a few other add-ons available - zipline, archery, swimming (weather permitting, obviously), indoor rock wall... dood. I SO scored. They even provide all the cups, plates, cutlery, balloons and even soda! I'm bringing Cici's (Taskmaster Aaron even suggested asking Cici's to cut it in 16 pieces instead of 8. Man's got serious experience!) from up the street and a big-ass cake from Costco. Done. When we asked for clarification or video footage, we were told cameras were not working, which made the situation even more frustrating. Communication from administration was unprofessional, and we did not feel that concerns were taken seriously. As a paying family, we expected better accountability and transparency. I would recommend that other parents ask detailed questions about supervision policies, discipline practices, and camera systems before enrolling their child."

Our only complaints, some staff are unable to answer our questions & point us to the website, which wasn't able to answer our question to start with... for example, one of the main reasons we joined, after visiting in person, was the summer camp. We went home to join & register online, as was suggested by staff (versus registering in person at the facility), to find out the summer camps were already full. You can't tell that the camps are full online, until you've already purchased a membership. Staff should have had knowledge of camps being at full capacity & been able to tell us that information during our tour of the facility. A plus for us, the family swim hours, swim lessons, & family changing areas. We also love the indoor walking track.
