Had the brunch buffet on the weekend with my mom. I had a nice experience overall. The restaurant is clean and beautiful. There are four sections of food placed at different areas in the restaurant- one is with breakfast items and vegetarian items, an eggs and pancake station, and a lunch items row. The breakfast row had orange juice, apple juice, and water, cereal, fruits, cheese, a lot of sweet items like donuts and cupcakes, which I didn't try but looks beautiful, a wok size halwa, and 4 vegetarian dishes including the channa, daal, aloo, and bhindi. The lunch row had two beef dishes which I didn't get, chicken biryani and rice which were decent, the chicken nuggets and fries, and chicken tikka, chicken malai boti, and the chicken pershawari. The egg and pancake section, the omelette is made fresh with choice of toppings. There is also some ready made sliced egg omelettes and pancake. There was also a chai and dessert area in the corner, and I quite enjoyed the chai. We were also given naan and fried puri. The staff also made a fresh, hot puri for a refill. My favorite were the chicken malai boti, the fried puri, the chai, the channa, and the halwa. The channa was very tasty. Staff was really nice and kept on coming to clear the table. I was very full at the end, and there were many things I didn't try. I did enjoy the food and overall experience, and I will visit again in the future! read more

They forgot our Garlic Naan orders multiple times, and got confused about how many of each dish we ordered. The restaurant is big and has plenty of seatings. There is a Lantern Banquet Hall in the restaurant too. The restaurant is located in front of a big parking lot and parking is free. The restaurant has a simple but pretty decor too. They offer a simple lunch menu which I ordered a Vegetable Thali from. There was sweet rice kinda, chickpea curry, okra, spinach with tofu, matar paneer (maybe), a small amount of basmati rice, a plain naan, and a crispy papad. The small dishes of vegetables were flavorful. I don't really like the naan though because I could taste a little flour on it. I also had the vegetable samosa which had good filling but the skin was a little too thick. I also had the mint lemonade drink which was very refreshing. I highly recommend it. I received great service today. The staff were very friendly and attentive. I would visit the restaurant again to try other dishes. read more

If you expect to compete with the likes of Aga's and other Indo-Pak restaurants in the greater Houston area, the owners or management of this establishment need to read this clearly, two times. Elite, please hire servers that know how to execute the job description. I shouldn't have to flag my waitress down to order basic items like drinks for the table. It's common sense to check on a table that is sitting. Also when we tell you we are ready to order, don't tell us to hold on and proceed to disappear for 10 minutes. Yes waitress in the Hijab, I'm talking to you. On a busy Mother's Day dinner night; why are there so many people cleaning and so little amount of servers? It makes no sense. Also please teach your staff to not wear the same gloves to serve food, clean dirty tables and get to-go boxes for customers. Those gloves are 100% cross contaminated and I feel like that is food safety 101. I never let service affect my ratings but I am waiving my white flag and surrendering to the atrocities I experienced today along with my family. Even on my way out, I thanked our waitress to be polite and she didn't even acknowledge us. Yes, waitress in the Hijab, I'm talking to you. The owners or management of this place are either entirely clueless or severely impaired. The food was mediocre at best. The goat karahi tasted as if they burnt the tomato sauce. Their lassi isn't even a lassi, it's like a mango shake. A majority of the meats in the mixed grill were either overcooked or just plain bad. I'm not hating. I promise. I'm calling it as I see it. I didn't know what to expect in coming here, but I was pleasantly surprised. I went for brunch on a Sunday and did their brunch buffet. The pricing was super affordable for a buffet line (around $17/person) and they had a decent spread. They literally had a row for breakfast items and a row of lunch items - put them together and you get brunch! I would suggest getting there early, around 11:30am or so since it can get crowded really quickly. It's nice to get there early and have first pick at the fresh food as well. It definitely gets super packed around 12 or 12:30, so if you're hungry, I would go early, or go later. The food was pretty good. They had some American breakfast foods, like pancakes and cereal, but of course, what they excel in is the Indo-Pak foods. Their lunch was mainly Indo-Pak items and it was delicious. There's a good variety of items in the lunch line and it was enough to get you full for sure. Also, don't skip out on the Chai! It was so good, and a great way to warm you up! read more

You know its a pretty solid place when it gets packed before noon time. Indo Pak brunch was the main fare when I attended on Sunday morning and they had a decent spread. However I would say for the more familiar, their spread may not be as impressive as my initial reaction. Their breakfast items still consisted of mostly egg, bread and typical cereals and if they're trying to capitalize on that as 'Brunch' then I can see why you may feel jipped. They also have a line of lunch items on the other side of the dining hall which I found delicious. Items tend to go out quick and lines are slow, but that is just testament of the good food they have. Overall a good place for some daytime food. Will come back! read more

We were there for Brunch very first time. We entered at 11:30AM and there were only few people but when we were leaving around 2PM it was packed. Food: I am a light eater and enjoyed pata and Nihari although there were many other items but I like to eat only what I love. There were Halva Puri station and a full American Breakfast which I have not seen anywhere else. Very nice ambiance and very clean and modern restrooms. The restaurant boasts a beautiful ambiance and excellent service. The waitresses were friendly and took the time to explain the various dishes and gave us recommendations, which we appreciated. We tried the masala fries, butter chicken, hara masala karahi, elite chicken karahi, zeera rice, and garlic naan. While the hara masala karahi stood out as my favorite, it was a bit too salty. The other dishes, were too mild and lacked rich flavors I've experienced at other Indo-Pak restaurants. Party of two, arrived on Saturday evening with reservations for 6:45, well ahead of the dinner rush. Seated promptly. Table service was slow, but eventually arrived. Waitress was really patient with me when I couldn't make up my mind with ordering. Chicken tikka boti was really good although the portion size was surprisingly small. Mango lassi was amazing. Goat biryani never even arrived at the table. Waitress checked by twice, apologizing and saying "two more minutes." The third time, she said something about the kitchen burned it, and would I like the chicken biryani instead? We arrived and there was noone there, but we're told to wait as they were setting up for reservations. When they seated us, the booth was so tight that we couldn't fit in it and asked for another booth. We were told that nothing was available even though only two other parties had been seated. Anyone who has ever worked in a restaurant knows you only seat a certain number of people at each time slot, and unless someone specifically asks for a certain table or location, you don't make reservations by table numbers. Some of the bad reviews are so strange. I've been to elite 5 times so far and it's been fantastic each time. The food 5/5: Chicken handi, elite Karahi, chicken biryani, mixed platter are all very delicious and flavorful. Service 5/5: I've been here with a group of 10 and often with just my kids. Each time the service is timely and very professional. All the servers I've dealt with go above and beyond and do a great job. Ambiance 5/5: I love how spacious and nice the interior is. Had been thinking of trying this place for long since it opened but it is 30 minutes away. Anyhow I called & was told it closed on Saturday at 11pm. Yelp & their website said same, so we rushed & reached there at 10:10 & were told the kitchen closes at 10:30, so in a way refused service. That was strange, it was empty literally on a Saturday. It still had almost 45 minutes to serve but did not. I've been wanting to check out this place since it was opened. Beautiful spacious place with friendly staff who were very attentive. Every table got a sanitizer and bottled water. Big menu so much to choose from. Staff was helpful with recommendations. Everything we had was delicious, serving bigger than most Indian places we've been to. They even gave us free ice cream WITH WHIP CREAM & SPRINKLES. The only downfall was no alcohol-- the mojito is virgin. We didn't realize that till we ordered and take a sip. Elite has become my family's favorite weekend restaurant. Their buffet has everything you want and more. They have some of the best paaya that I constantly find myself craving during the week. Their nihari, choley, and puri are also some of our faves. The food is fresh and plentiful and you get to top it off with yummy gulab jamun, kheer, and chai!! Service and ambiance are also lovely. I feel inclined to dress up and enjoy seeing other big families comes together for weekend brunch. Great new addition to the Sugar Land area. Located in the Imperial area, we had a good Sunday lunch. The decor is very tastefully done and with the large windows, it is a very airy ambiance. We were one of 2-3 tables initially but when we left, there was a good 10 tablets filled with people. Looking over their menu, they had the usual dishes that you would find in an Indo-Pak restaurant and also a few extra additions. We started out with the Kashmiri chai which was flavorful. For appetizers, the masala fries were a hit with us as they were crispy and not soggy due to the seasoning. For our main meal, we had garlic rice (never seen this before but it helped elevated the dishes especially if you love garlic), naan (some of the softest naan I have had!), palak paneer (SUPER good with a creamy base), balti daal (very cute presentation but also great smoky taste) and lamb chops (slightly underwhelming, cooked a bit too much so the meat was a bit tougher). The service was very attentive and made sure we were comfortable the entire time. They have a great lunch menu which is very reasonably priced so I plan on coming back again for that. In town from LA and my family wanted to come here for the lunch buffet. I was skeptical due to the reviews, but this place is so delicious!!! They have such a big variety of dishes. We loved the Malai Boti!! Could not stop eating. The food is on the spicer side, so be sure to get some yogurt if you are sensitive. They also had chicken nuggets and French fries for my picky toddler! Really impressed with that. The chai and Kheer were a perfect end to our meal. Excellent food and great service. Please note they are very busy in the late evening so please be patient. I went with my family around 6pm where we got the booth seating immediately. After pressing the order button on the table the waitress showed up and took our order. Ordered Goat Chop (just WOW better than Aga's in my opinion) tikka boti and some kadahi...all taste very nice and fresh. The manager stop by and made sure everything is good and per our satisfaction. I highly recommend this place to anyone who is looking for an authentic Pakistani/Indian food. Great Taste and love the overall vide of the restaurant. Called in to order. Customer service was AWFUL. The lady was rude, and it honestly felt like it was a bother that we called to place an order. Since it was Christmas, our options were limited so I stuck through. We asked for extra condiments and were met with "you'll get whatever we give". Um. Okay. She proceeds to ask for credit card info, indicating they won't take a phone order without it. I order take out a lot and have yet to come across someone else with this rule. Fine, cc number was given. $90 later, we have 2 small containers of the red sauce and 2 small of the green. Really? My husband and I tried Elite for dinner tonight. It did not disappoint! Really fantastic! We ordered the Butter Chicken, beef kabobs, nan and rice. All were flavorful and very generous portions. We ordered the vegetable fried rice to take home for a child. Huge amount for just a few dollars. The service was spot on with the waiter making recommendations for the spice level.
