Cost less than $25 The custard danish is quite strange. The custard isn't smooth, more of a ricotta texture and feel. The danish is rather heavy to me. Not so yummy to me. The garlic cheese and bacon bun is an open sandwich and is extremely greasy. The almond cookies are okay. The garlic hotdog is what it says, it's so-so. Coffee and pastries were all underwhelming.

What stood out is the prices for pretty much everything are quite high. Individual items started about four dollars so, if you decide to get a bunch of stuff, it would be cost prohibitive. The person at the counter was pleasant enough. I noticed that the person working was the only one who was customer facing. I did not see any other employees. This can become an issue when that particular one person is making a coffee drink for somebody and it does take a long time to get back to the people in line. But really let's just get down to it how was the cake because that's what I went there for. I got this lemon berry cream cake and it was actually pretty good. Not like European bakery good but a decently good piece of refreshing fruity summer cake if you want one. The other thing chocolate peanut butter was too dense and too sugary and I didn't really enjoy it. If you happen to be ordering pizza then I would say these desserts are decent but if you're just looking for a premium quality bakery I would say this place does not meet the mark.

Although it was a little pricey for one dozen paczkis it was worth every penny. I called a day ahead and they had my order ready at 6:30 AM. It's such an old fashion bakery.
