Where do I begin? I…read moregot my truck a 2017 Audi Q7 towed to this shop from another shop. Per the other shop they said I needed a new engine. I called and talked to Ogenchi (the shop owner) she is amazing by the way. I told her the previous shop said I needed a new engine, she said have it towed here and we will look over the vehicle and provide you a diagnostics. Just know Prince (the mechanic) is so knowledgeable and hands down the best at his craft. Him and Ogenchi called and talked me through the problems/issues and provided their recommendations. I concurred with their recommendations and just know a few days later I was picking up my truck that was previously struggling when it was towed there from the beginning. Throughout the entire process I became overwhelmed and frustrated because the previous auto shop also messed up a few things on my truck, but Prince and Ogenchi reassured me I was in good hands like Allstate and guess what they stood on all ten feet when it came to fixing my issues. They definitely don't okay about the business they run. They made me so comfortable and removed all my worries and frustration. They even prayed with me that all my issues would be resolved and that I would be happy once they completed the repairs. They are now my new auto mechanic family. No other shop is ever touching my truck again. After all who wouldn't want an honest, trust worthy, reliable company taking care of their pride and joy. I would book here time and time again! Was having fuel pump and other issues with my 2018 VW SUV. Decided to go to this auto repair shop…read moreto see if they could fix it. Spoke to Brian (owner) and Rich (mechanic) and they ensured me (with 30 mins of talking) that they use the latest technology that VW dealers use to diagnose and fix vehicles and I decided that they would be the shop for me to fix my car. The next day, on the way to Mt Washington Autohaus, my truck broke down in middle of street and i had to have it towed there to the shop. Waited 2 hrs for tow truck and got it there. Rich the mechanic and I helped get the truck off tow truck along with the tow truck driver and into their very small vehicle bay. Signed paperwork and left vehicle with Rich. About 1/2 hr later, owner, Brian, called my phone yelling and screaming at me to get my truck out of his shop because it doesn't run and they aren't able to fix it because it won't move. He threatened to get my truck out of his shop Right NOW or he would get it towed away somewhere. I was then informed that the software they use to diagnose cars does not go past the year 2016. This is after Brian told me he uses a $10K OBD2 scanner and he could fix anything. I ended up wasting my free tow from my insurance company and having to quickly call another tow truck to remove my vehicle from Mt Washington Autohaus, which costed me almost $200 after i was told to bring the truck there. I would not recommend that ANYONE go to this auto shop due to the very rude nature of the 70+ year old Men that run it and make nothing but excuses and are unapologetic in the way they handle business with customers. They also have a terrible insect infestation in the front desk area of the shop but dont seem to mind it along with a waiting room/ front desk area that looks like it has not been upgraded since the 1970s. I would not recommend for anyone to use this shop and look for other alternatives. Brian and Rich's deception of my trust in them to repair my vehicle has cost me a lot of extra money and time and they do not seem to care and offered no other solutions to me after they misinformed me about their abilities to repair vehicles. I have never been thru anything like this in my life and hope no one else puts themselves in a position to do so either. 0 of 5 STARS!!!

Just as I arrived in town from out of state, my BMW overheated - something that had never happened…read morehappened to me before. Since I was not from the area, I was not sure where to take my car to have it diagnosed and fixed. I was very concerned that I might be overcharged or that my car would not be fixed properly. Thankfully, Autohaus was recommended to me and I am very grateful that I followed through with that recommendation. Not only did they take in my car the next day, but it was fixed and returned to me in two days. I priced the work with other shops in the area and I was pleasantly surprised to discover that what Autohaus charged me was very reasonable in comparison. The guys at the shop took the time to explain to me what was wrong and how they planned to fix it. I really appreciated how I was treated. The shop is not fancy, but the guys know their stuff. They specialize in European and Asian cars. My car was fixed and I was able to make the six-hour drive home without any problems. I have not had any issues since the repair. Note that they do not take credit cards - only debit cards or cash. I highly recommend them.

I keep coming back despite moving to a different neighborhood because it's the **only** place I've worked with in Baltimore that seems honest and competent. Clark regularly charges literally hundreds less compared to other shops that have given me estimates. They are friendly and practical. They have never tried to upsell me. As a woman, I am so grateful to have a place to take my car where I don't have to worry about being financially taken advantage of because of sexist assumptions that women don't understand cars.
