The driver-side door needed replacement, but they installed a junkyard door while charging me for a brand-new part. My insurance deductible was $250, yet they demanded $650 and refused to release my car unless I paid. After waiting 34 days, I had no choice but to settle for $350 just to get my vehicle back. They do not respond to calls or text messages. The only way I could get them to answer was by calling from an unknown number. Also, after looking at the reviews, I noticed that some positive reviews appear to be from employees, which raises concerns about their credibility. I would not recommend this place to anyone. Quality of work i can say only cheating.

I was a…read moresatisfied customer of Bumper Globe, but ABSOLUTELY CANNOT SAY THE SAME FOR Baltimore Auto Body & Collision Center (now referred to as BABCC). Paint was peeling from the roof of the car and I'd called around to BABCC and had brought my car in for an estimate. The main person I was talking to kept trying to upsell me and repair other paint issues on my car, which was pretty annoying after I said No the first time. Despite this, I agreed to drop off my car while I was out of town for a long weekend. BABCC is conveniently located and I can walk there if necessary. I dropped my car off on Wednesday evening, 7/2. I told them I would be back 7/9 to pick up the car. I wasn't given any indication the work would not be completed by the time I returned. I'd even asked about their workload and was told my car's roof would be repainted in that timeframe. I arrived at BABCC this morning, Wednesday, 7/9 at around 8:45. BABCC was locked up tight despite their website stating they should have opened at 8am. I tried all the doors. Locked. I called the number on their website. No answer. I began leaving VMs and texting the number from the website. I'd used the number before to text with a tech, so I know the number works. I went and looked at my car while I was waiting around and saw THE WORK WASN'T EVEN DONE! The roof of my car looked as bad as ever. I kept calling and texting the number from the website. No response. I ended up having to Lyft home, then I got my spare key and went back to BABCC. Luckily my car was parked in a space on the BABCC lot where I could back it out. So that's what I did. BABCC was still not open when I went by to take my car back. Still, 2 hours later, no one from BABCC has contacted me yet. This is COMPLETELY UNACCEPTABLE AND UNPROFESSIONAL. And MY KEYS are still inside there. But trust me, I WILL get them back. Y'all not about to play in my face this way. Uh uh. The new owners appear to be minorities so I was rooting for them. No longer. They are trash. Do not recommend.

    I paid for two replacement tires and the sales associate, Dan, said that they would likely arrive…read moreby noon the next day but that he would nonetheless call me when they did in fact arrive. Come noon the next day I had not received a phone call from A1-Auto informing me that the tires had arrived. I called the shop several times but no one picked up. I went down to the shop and arrived at 12:30 P.M. Dan stated to me in a very rude fashion: "I told you to be here at 12." I informed him that he did not tell me to be there at 12, but instead that he stated to me that he would call me when the tires arrived and that I should then come to the shop after I received his call. Dan then informed me that the closest appointment for rescheduling was 3 days away which was too long for me to wait. I then asked for a refund which I eventually received but still had to pay a $60 tire restocking fee which I shouldn't have had to pay because it was Dan's fault for not calling me to inform me that the tires had come in, which is what he said he would do when I initially paid for the tires. This place is a ripoff & they steal their customers' money. I instead took my business to Midas of Catonsville and received prompt, courteous & competent service.

We've taken probably at least 8 different cars. Always helped us. Lucky is a hard-working man. We just got brakes and rotors and a oil change. We had all the parts so we just need the labor. One Shop said $400, I went to Lucky and I paid 200. He completely shattered the price in half and it was done in an hour. I respect Lucky.

"Like Very"....as if the guy does not even want people's business. Very arrogant, upsetting even. I was really trying my best with this guy.... They must have weapons behind the counter because; HE TRIES YOU!!. Someone is just not going take their sh** one of these days. I noticed, and experienced he has no problem in just turning people / potential customers away if you ask too many questions about YOUR Vehicle; simple everyday repairs. They are the people playing mechanics, NOT US! This is why we; the spending our hard eared money customers have questions... Everyone there "seems" to be professionals but Lucky Himself...A very obvious and complete douchebag that guy... And that's not even anything personal what so ever. Unfortunately, that has been my experience more times than I'd like to admit. The first shop I called gave me a bad feeling right away based on their customer service, but I still made an appointment. Afterward, I checked their Yelp reviews and was shocked by how many negative ones they had. That didn't sit right with me, so I decided to get a second quote. I already had a good idea of what was wrong with my car based on past experience. When I called this shop, the difference was immediate. They were professional, respectful, and didn't argue with me or try to upsell me on unnecessary repairs. I specifically looked for negative reviews--and there were none. I dropped my car off early that morning, and they gave me a clear time estimate for when it would be ready. They even sent photos of the issue. While I didn't fully understand what I was looking at, the fact that they were transparent enough to share images--knowing I could easily research them--told me everything I needed to know about their honesty. I don't remember the technician's name, but they took great care of my foreign car, Lexi, and I'm beyond relieved not to be driving around with grinding rotors anymore. I truly appreciate their professionalism and the way they treated me as a customer. Every single mother needs a mechanic she can feel safe with--and I'm so grateful I found one. Siwan ensured to explain every step and why certain things were required/recommended. Additionally, he ensured to show me how the cost was calculated (we all know car repairs can be pricey but he also makes sure that you know where your money is going!) I even received videos explaining the work being done on my car as it was done. Finally, the waiting area was very well-designed and comfortable. These added details were the cherry on top of an already amazing experience! Honestly one of the best experiences I have had. I will definitely be taking my car back when additional services are needed!
