The gentlemen that run this dry cleaners are top notch. They now have a customer for life with me. My husband had picked up the dry cleaning for me while I was traveling and I could not locate several very expensive cashmere sweaters that had been sent in to Kwik Dry Clean following a shopping spree in Europe. I thought perhaps my order got separated. So I went in to the Dry Cleaners to retrace our steps. Not only did the 2 gentleman in charge look through each item on the overhead rack of dry cleaning, but they were able to go to their computer to the date range in which I advised when we had likely dropped off & picked up and they pulled up video footage that showed the 8 sweaters in the order brought out to my husbands car. The entire time they were helpful, kind, and understanding and not once did any of them look at me or treat me like I was a crazy cashmere sweater lady. If you have not used this dry cleaner, I highly recommend you do so - you will not be disappointed. I'm very fastidious & persnickety about my clothing and they have done consistently extraordinary work. They have also given me great, solid advice on some bespoke pieces in my wardrobe in terms of the best way to clean or treat them. read more

Like other commenters, they lost one of my husband's shirts and denied it, claiming "according to our records, you received shirt". Initially went in and received 5 of another customer's shirts. Brought those back, they gave me 7 of my 8. Tried to go in a couple times, the girl behind counter looked for shirt, said she'd have manager call me. Never got the call, although of course they claim they did. Last time I went in, they flat out denied losing the shirt. read more

Love this place! Can't believe they have only 1 Star. They're super quick and always nice. On the day of my son's rehearsal dinner I decided I hated the dress I had planned on wearing. I had another dress that I'd had shipped from Nordstrom that had shipping wrinkles. I came over and asked them to steam it for me--they did it while I waited and didn't even charge me. read more

ZERO STARS, THEY DAMAGE YOUR CLOTHES AND CLAIM NO RESPONSIBILITY This place damages clothes, and completly does not own up to the fact. DO NOT BRING ANYTHING YOU VALUE HERE !!!! I brought in a brand new Tommy Bahama shirt for a test, and discussed with the bad complexion gay guy that this was a test regarding the quality of his service. He reassured me that their service was excellent, so I gave them a try. The shirt came out acceptable, so I brought in 6 brand new Tommy Bahama shirts at over $100 cost each. When returned to me, one had a whole in it that they admitted to, another had a bleach stain in the back. The bad complexion gay guy told me the bleach stain was not their fault, and he also accused me that particular shirt he saw me wearing when I came in to pick up the 6 shirts. (Basically accused me of lying). He was unawhere that I purchsed two of each color. Imagine you take your Harley into DFW Harley Davidson to get the oil changed and the next day you pick up your bike, there is a hole in the gas tank. You point this out to the service manager and he admits to it, and offers you to fix it. You would simply ask for a new gas tank and he would get you one. Their fix for the hole was to sew it. Anybody knows you can't sew a hole in the front of a silk shirt and have it not noticeable. When are we as Colleyville/Southlake/Grapevine residents going to put our foot down and not let businesses operate with illegal work staff that are turning our quality of work and culture into El Salvador? This is the 2nd time that i've come to this location and they are not open during their posted hours. Ok, the first time i can kind of overlook. But if your hours say that you will be open at 6:30 am then you are to be open at that time. My start time at work is 7am and they are trying to have me arrive late to work like them. The 2nd time I thought this is ridiculous and obviously is a trend. They really should do better about their time management or hire someone that is reliable as the opening cashier. read more

I have always overlooked the broken buttons, spots they left on clothes and then charged to re-do... but when they have lost another item of my clothes and told me I was wrong and they have not made a mistake because their computer is always right I feel it is time to give another cleaner a chance. read more

I used to come to this dry cleaners and have had issues but during the past 6 months the new owner has done an incredible job. It's now a pleasure to go to this establishment and their quality is definitely very good but their pricing is the best. Good product, great pricing, and the most fun people to deal with. If I could give it a zero I would have. We have been pleased with the work and service for the year we have lived in Colleyville. My last visit was a deal breaker and I will never go back if the same management is there. As the owner of two retail stores, I know and expect good service. We had left some clothes there and prepaid. We also left a wool coat with a broken zipper. They were yo call us when they determined a cost. We received no calls and no messages do I went in. The young man then took twelve minutes looking around and serviced others and talked on the phone. He never said a word to me. I just stood there like a statue waiting. He then came out and Sid he'd been waiting to hear from us, he said he'd called and left messages. No, no , at that point he should have ppologized, but. Instead he just smirked and sucked me what I wanted to do. At this point lol I wanted was to get out and never go back and I wont.
