-1 star (This is a bit lengthy) I would NEVER TRUST these guys again, not even with a fuel filter! I had these guys check out a noise coming from my car.......[long story short] I've been dealing with them for 4 days with the issue. 1st they had be buy and replace a part I DIDN'T need because my car was still making the noise 2nd they didn't know what part the was called that I needed! Which lead to me buying 3 wrong parts! 3rd after finally getting the part, I was told the job will take 3hrs, after 5 hrs of waiting, they told me it'll take all day, which lead to the mechanic COULD NOT do the job AT ALL! They messed with my car to only waste time and money! I've learned that this place is for basic oil changes only if that! None of these men are certified technicians they only change filters! P.S. the "sales tax" starts at $6 and up Good luck, I sure do need it! read more

As soon as I started taking my BMW here my car instantly started having problems left and right. The last time I took my car in they told me they want to put in a "better oil" for my bmw. 2 days later... my car started completely fuc*ing up. Now WHOLE engine needs to be replaced. I went on my neighborhood app and apparently.... this has happen to MANY people!!!! Never again. My car is completely paid off and now I have to drop so much money from whatever they did. I wish I could give no stars! But I took a pristine car in for an inspection and 20 minutes later it comes out oily inside/outside! Not only to have oil all around the car the guy sits in the car and messed with the car changing my personal settings on the dash. It has taken me longer to change everything back than it was worth. Even after all this I paid them to do this to my car. This is my only 2nd and last time to go to these clowns! There are too many places around to go to that will treat the customer and their car as they should. If anyone that reads this values their car...save yourself a headache and go elsewhere. read more

Took my car in because my belts were squealing. The mechanic said it was my power steering pulley attached to the powet steering pump and it all had to be replaced for $368. That didn't sound right to me and I took my car to Firestone. It was a $25 fan belt adjustment. I won't even get my oil changed thrte any more. read more

Came here to get my oil change and car inspected since it was close to my house. They changed the oil and said they needed to change the air filter as well. Which I agree to. They also told me I needed to drive the car 60-80 before it would pass the inspection. Which they charged me for. Confused I left he station only to discover my A/C was now making a terrible noise. So I took it back and was informed thy put the filter in wrong and didn't check it before returning to me. Then I returned the next day after driving 60 miles like instructed only to be told I needed to drive it more and come back. Fine I drive it more and come back again for the 3rd time. This time the attended ignored me for 20 minutes and tried to help other customers that arrived after I did. After one pointed out I was there first they finally talked to me. Saying they knew I had come back for a reinspection. The attended informed me he believed the machine wasn't working but he would check. Then he walked away and left me sitting there for another 20 minutes. Eventual I got tired of waiting and went around back to where the attended disappeared to only to find him smoking in his car parked around back. By far the worst place I've ever been to have an oil change and inspection done. On top of this I don't think they'll actually replaced the fluids like they said so I'm gonna have to go some place else. So in essence I paid $75 for nothing but a huge hassle read more

Woman to woman, I strongly advise against going here for any services. I went to Kwik Kar for an oil change because it is conveniently close to my house. I pulled into the REGULAR oil change lane, and specifically* asked for the most basic oil change (I am a broke college student, y'all). They went ahead and did the synthetic oil (much more expensive) without informing me prior that that is what I would be paying for. When I asked for an explanation, I was told the manager was too busy on his lunch break to speak with me. As someone who works in customer service, I am appalled at the way they handled this situation. I will not be back, and I hope this discourages you from going here too. I brought my car in because it had trouble starting. It took several tries before the engine would come on They figured it was the battery because it was failing. Battery was replaced along with the power steering pump. My steering wheel was hard to turn or even leave because of a plastic cap they put along with the power steering fluid. Later that day, my car wouldn't start again, so I had to take it back to them so they could change the fuel filters. Next week, I promise the very next Friday, my car had to be towed to another mechanic because it wouldn't start at all. My timing belt, radiator, water pump, AND fuel filter had to be replaced for my car to be running again. Thank you, Joey's Mobile Repair. I will never be returning to Kwik Kar again. read more

Got here at 7:40 to be first in line for an inspection and oil change. Was greeted by manager at 8 saying I would get serviced when his "guys" showed up. 8:15, finally pulled my car in. Kwik only if they show up? Millennials. In what f'ing world is this kind of service acceptable? Now one of them is running out for donut holes. Arghhh! This a very unreliable place to get your auto serviced. I went in for a simple tire patch and left the location within 5 minutes on flat again just minutes for that location. I try pumping the tire back up with my handheld tire pump and it would not even hold the air as the device pumped. I am still unsure how a simple patch job turned in to me being stranded on side the road with a flat after getting my tire patched minutes earlier. My tire indicator still shows there is something wrong with that tire so I will have to take it to another repair shop to get the issue resolved. Poor service at this location. Disappointing experience at this location so be advised. Read the reviews before using this location for business. read more

If I could not give it a star I would. Most of the time when you go to get a oil change anywhere else they check all your fluids as a curtesy but these people are different. I just wanted an oil change which I assume would come with the curtesy check on all fluids. Imagine my surprise when I got the receipt to see that no fluids with the exception of the windshield wiper reservoir was checked. What kind of place is this where curtesy has flown out the window. I will never take my car to this place again. The only reason I took it there in the first place was it was down the street. I'd rather go further out than to deal with these lazy people again. I hope not all the Kwik Kar places are like this. read more

This place changed its name to "10 Minute Oil Change" but it should be called 50 Minute Oil Change. There were ZERO customers there when I arrived so I had high hopes it would be fast. Ten minutes later, they were not done yet, and a bunch of other customers arrived. Instead of finishing my job, they started working on all the other cars, so mine took way too long. Then when they finaly finished they tried to charge alot extra for an oil filter that should have been included, and they would not honor a digital coupon I had for $8 off (from their own website). When I questioned these things, they did not budge at first, but the manager ended up deciding to to not charge me anything for the oil change at all. One star review for service and unclear pricing, but I am grateful I was not charged, so two stars. read more

RIP OFF. They are taking guesses on the problem with your vehicle. i took in my car for a check light and they ran a test on their computer, which showed a misfire on cylinder 6. you would think they would check that cylinder, but no, instead kept saying its this and that. made me pay for services i didnt need. told me everything would be fine, i drove 2 miles, check light came back on, took it back in, and they made more guesses, and said i needed to change this and that again, one guy said I may need a new catylic convertor and to go to a muffler shop... so i did. The guy at the muffler shop did the same test on his computer which showed a misfire on cylinder 6. He opened up the engine compartment to look at cylinder 6. turned out to be a burned out spark plug wire that cost me $6. I called back to get a refund on the service they performed and they said they would not refund any of it because what they did was maintenance to keep further issues from happening. I asked them if they saw it was a misfire on cylinder 6, why didnt they check that first like the guy at the muffler shop? his response was "that mechanic is different from my mechanic" he must mean "honest" Place is a joke, i knew I shouldnt have gone here after my mom showed me her $246 oil change bill from them a few weeks prior. no wonder this place is always empty read more
