I really like this place. We went looking for a different refrigerator than what we had. Our orig was a top and bottom but I wanted a white side by side. On the first visit I found what I wanted. Although we had issues with the fridge itself the owner and technicians were extremely helpful with everything even bringing out another fridge just like what we had with no extra charge. It is a bit more than we had orig planned on spending but it was worth the investment. They have a 30 day warranty and an extended warranty option. I highly recommend getting BOTH. Do not trust this business. I'm very familiar with appliance repair. I bought several washer and dryers from KWR. I took them home and opened the panels to do a cleanliness inspection. They were not terrible for used appliances, but it was obvious that only the areas that are visible we're cleaned. Meaning there was no evidence that the appliances had been open, inspected, or serviced. This is directly contrary to what I was told and led to believe by their various ads and web offerings. The worst offense was that after installing the most expensive washer I purchased, and trying it out, it could not complete one load. The suspension was shot. I returned the washer for KWR to honor their warranty. And was specifically told by the owner that new suspension parts would be installed. When I returned to pick up the repaired washer (this took 3 round trips moving appliances) I was told again that new parts were installed. (These were face to face conversations). 6 months later the washer suspension came apart. Upon inspection of the parts it was obvious that KWR had used tie wraps and rubber gaskets to cover up the original problem and make a temporary repair instead of replacing the worn out items. I went to the location and had a dryer on hold for me. I was told it would take a couple days for it to be ready but was pleasantly surprised when I got a phone call the next day saying it was ready on A Friday. No weekend hours so I called Monday saying I would b there to pick up on Tues. I was 6 kindsa ticked when I borrowed a truck, took off work and went to go pick it up but was told it had been sold. read more

My husband and I bought a washer and dryer from KWR, and the washing machine broke within a couple of weeks. After almost two weeks of trying to get someone to come to fix it (their agreement, because it was still under their 30 day "warranty") we were being promised that someone would come by multiple times. They never showed up, no reason, no apology. When we called to ask, every time they had a new excuse, like someone was off work, or went to an appointment, etc., but they also acted like they had never spoken to us before. They finally begrudgingly brought us a "loaner" washer that we realized after running a load through it that it was full of mold, even though you couldn't tell by looking inside the drum. Again, after calling them over and over they finally brought us a replacement washer. Now, a few months later, our dryer is dead. Just completely died one day when trying to start a load. The repairman at KWR said he would come by to look at it. He never showed up, then when I called his cell, claimed he had to go out of state for several days. (I called the store while he was supposedly still gone, and a man with the same sounding voice answered. When I asked his name during the call, he hesitated for quite some time, and then gave me what sounded like a made-up name - starting with the same letter as the repairman who supposedly wasn't there.) It's now almost two weeks after he was supposed to get back from his "trip" and he's made no attempt to contact me to come by. read more

I really wish we didn't use this store. We bought a washer and dryer, the washer worked fine for a week or so while the dryer never worked at all. Had to pay $75 for them to come and see the dryer to fix it, even though it wasn't even 3 days after purchase and it NEVER worked to begin with... When the young technician came, he did not fix it and left it a mess without attaching the hose back in. I then had to go to the store to get a new hose, to fix what the technician left for me. What did I pay $75 for? When the dryer still did not work, I was offered a dryer exchange. Now, so far.... the dryer works. The washer however, has some issues and doesn't always start. I went to use our extended warranty that we purchased and it doesn't help due to the appliances already poor, out of date condition. They said it is too costly to fix. To get ahold of the owner is nearly impossible. They never call back. I had to call constantly and drive to the store constantly to get answers and/or help. Please Please Please just don't use this business. I REALLY wish I took time to read reviews instead of just jumping for a quick sale. read more
