These guys are so nice. And they have decent used tires at decent prices. I've been getting my emergency used tires here for about 30 years.

While…read morethere wasn't much to be done to get my time back, the location itself did make an effort to make it right after the fact. I felt I owed it to them to give a good review after that. Bottom line though, if you have an EV, go to the tire discounters EV location about 40 mins north! Overall great experience other than the issues I'd mentioned in a prior review-- where I was told one thing but another happened. But the tires are installed and seem to be working well. Got a decent price compared to others nearby also.

I definitely don't recommend this place. I recently got two flat tires. I called Tire Discounters…read moreto see if they can get me in and they said yes the next day between 8 and 9 AM. So I my car towed there and called the next day at noon and didn't get to my vehicle yet. I have a warranty on my tires. I asked Tire Discounters if they accept Protective and they said yes. So here it is three days later and I still have not gotten my car back. I've been on the phone all morning with a warranty company. They informed me that they did not send over the invoice to get paid, but Tire Discounters is telling me they can't release my car until they get paid. so I've been on the phone getting it taken care of. So if you have a warranty, do not go they will not help you get it paid. Mike, the manager is very rude not only to me but two other customers that was in there if you need your tires fixed, I'd highly recommend Jeff Wyler of Florence.

Question: Do you want to save money? Answer: YES…read moreQuestion: Do you want to save time? Answer: YES Question: Are you scared of this creepy building? Answer: YES, you will be, if you are not already. SOLUTION: Ignore the look of this place (maybe go with a buddy just in case) and walk right up to the house and say I need a tire(s)! My boyfriend and I in our broke college days came here when one of our tires popped and we needed a solution until we could get a new one. Little did we know, the used one was so nice we just kept that one on and have been coming back ever since! The tires start at $16 and seriously, when I say $16... I mean as in like sixteen dollars. You know, the same price you would pay for a sub and a drink at Penn Station, you can get a tire. Anyway- this is the REAL DEAL! I have no idea how they make money, but you save time and money coming here. Before we knew about this place I paid $800 for a new set of tires for my car at the beginning of winter. If you bought four used tires here that would only be $64. You could by 12 used sets of tires before you would get to the price I paid for one at the other place!!! That's insane! But the best part is you wouldn't even have to because these tires are in great condition! Come here. They are friendly, fast and most of all AFFORDABLE!

Learning that four tires for your economy car will be a minimum of $700 is a shock. But that's what…read moreI found out yesterday. I went to a few places and priced around and got quotes from anywhere from $626 to $1,100. This was much more than I ever paid for tires before but couldn't get an explanation why. I drove over to the Wal-mart to see what - if any - deals they'd have. They didn't really have any but the service guy filled me in. He couldn't find the tire in his computer so we went out to my car and he read the tire and said "You're going to hate me in about 5 minutes". I asked why, he said "Cause these aren't going to be cheap. It's ridiculous". I told him I was already past the sticker shock. he gave me a competitive price but not a bargain then he explained why the tires on this particular car were so much. They had the tires in stock and he gave me a time that it'd be done and then gave me some inside scoop on how to care for them. (My b.s. detector wasn't going off). He suggested the road hazard and all that and said if I didn't want to pay I'd be kinda dumb but gave me another tire store he'd suggest. Who does that? After the work was done he suggested I raise heck with the dealer because the tires while looking like the had a few months of life on them from the outside were completely disintegrating on the inside. "Another long trip and these could have really screwed you," he told me. This was after I had the work done. No matter how much you spend (especially when the cost is 2x what you were expecting) you're going to feel screwed over. I didn't hear. I felt like the cost was going to be what it was anywhere I went but this guy gave me a bit extra for my money. Nice. I'll go back to get my oil changes there now.

Robert, who was running the register could not tell us if the tire was a 2ply or 4ply and we had to request to look at the tire so we could find out. Before we could see the tire we asked how long until they could replace the tire on the rim we we're holding. and they told us about 2 hours to start on the tire. There were 12 jobs in front of us. We told him to forget it. He told us there was a Tire Discounters down the road. I had never been so disappointed in a Walmart Tire Center!
