Had my Chrysler at the Russell Street location years ago & their "repair" caused an annoying squeak they couldn't figure out. This after I had it there for weeks getting one thing after another looked at. Took it to the dealership & they informed me they had put the part in in the wrong direction.
Against my advice my husband took his Buick there about a month ago. Seems like every time they repair something something else just happens to go wrong. So when he started to have a new, worse, dangerous issue he decided to take it to the Decoursey Ave location that I know used to be Bill's & the owner is usually more present. He doesn't have many vacation days so he used two this time as he was told his car would definitely be looked at first thing Monday (he dropped it off Sunday night & walked home). No communication during the last two days.
So after I got home from work I drove him up there & his car was in the exact same position he had parked it in Sunday night. Ken offered nothing but weak excuses. If things come up & you can't get to it, you owe it to the customer to at least notify them. We are working parents & don't have a spare car just sitting around we can use while a repair shop just holds our car & does absolutely nothing.
Their communication is poor, repairs are questionable & they'll lie to your face. It's a shame you can't find a reliable honest mechanic anymore. read more
