I have been a State Farm customer for 35 to 40 years. I have auto, rental homes, an umbrella policy and my personal home covered with State Farm. The great part about Kyle's office is that if you call during normal business hours there are a number of employees that are more than willing to help. If they don't have an answer they will call you back with the correct information, usually that day. For me this is a big plus as my last State Farm Agent only had an answer machine and would call me back, sometimes days later. Appointments had to be made to discuss insurance matters 2, 3 and 4 weeks down the road, but not with Kyle's office you can get same day answers. The downside with State Farm and I guess with all insurance companies is that for the last 5 plus years they no longer insure homes (rental or primary) in Big Bear, CA. and homeowners must use CA. Fair Plan and a wraparound policy at a much higher cost. Some of my neighbors have just had policies cancelled no matter how long they have had with these companies. Kyle and his office are the most unethical and unprofessional people I have ever dealt with in my life. Candice kept insisting that I owned a car that I never did and that I was being charged for a multi car discount removal. The big problem: I NEVER owned more than one vehicle! My mother had told the office that she released her vehicle, which was sold to my father-in-law, and Kyle's office assumed I owned the vehicle. They never confirmed who went on to own the car and assumed that it was me without asking for proof or verification. Now they are expecting me to pay for that "multi car discount " for the car I never owned and now my insurance will get canceled because of Kyle's error. He was unbelievably rude, condescending and insulting and refused to take responsibility for his error. NEVER go through this office if you want to be treated like a human being. read more

Like a good neighbor state farm is not there...This guy is terrible, i advise anyone to be careful when purchasing insurance with statefarm. Kyle gave me a quote for $220 a month but then went and charged $230! And he's nowhere to be found. That's not the biggest issue...it turns out i was supposed to be paying $195 to begin with. What is he trying to pull here? Now i have overdraft fees to worry about and bank issues because i overpaid. My budget is off now. read more

Best decision I could have ever made. I switched over to state farm from another insurance company after talking to Kyle and Liz. They sat down with me and went over EVERYTHING throughly with me and made sure that I was getting every discount I was eligible for. I like that they are very personal people/business and you are in direct contact with the two of them all the time you are never transferred to 10 different people.
