Busy shifts happen. Customers can understand that. What is unacceptable is being treated disrespectfully and then having management act like they couldn't care less when you bring it to their attention. I left feeling completely dismissed and disappointed. Customer service starts with basic respect, and unfortunately, I didn't receive that from either the employee or management. I also want to add, I ordered a lot of food because it was for a work thing and I have never been more humiliated because I heard the little scrawny girls, plus the short Hispanic girl who, herself isn't very skinny calling me a big back and a fatty for ordering a bunch of sandwiches??
