UPDATE # 2: Went in for my complimentary classic mani/pedi. They were right on it: no waiting, right to business. Both the mani and pedi went well. I did have to ask for a drying machine for my mani, just to be sure it would dry. I'm grateful they offered me this service for free and I feel better about it all. They care and really tried. I left a big tip for both technicians and I will consider coming back again. I should ask for specific people if I do go back. I think it matters.

As a well-established business, this level of scheduling inconsistency should be better managed. While I consistently have positive experiences with Rachel and Delancy, my experiences with several other technicians have been unacceptable. There have been multiple instances of bleeding, uneven nail cutting, and poor polish application. I'm sharing this feedback because I've been a loyal customer for years and expect a higher and more consistent standard of service.

I requested a gel French pedicure, and I had Henry as my technician. He was super rough to the point where I had to pull my leg back so he would stop filing my hyponychium. He only applied one coat of the French, so you can still see my toe nail underneath. The French lines were also uneven - some are straight across while others are rounded.
