This was my very first time coming here, and I can honestly say Jenny exceeded every expectation. She did such a beautiful job on my nails they came out absolutely perfect! They look so elegant, classy, and effortlessly polished. I couldn't stop admiring them the whole day. On top of her incredible skill, [[HIGHLIGHT]]Jenny has the kindest, most genuine energy. She made me feel so comfortable and cared for from the moment I sat down.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] [[HIGHLIGHT]]You can tell she really loves what she does, and it shows in both her work and the way she treats people.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] Anyone would be so lucky to get their nails done by her. I have been eyeing this nail shop for a few months. Bookmarked it since there was a recently new boba shop, Boil Tea, opened 2 doors down (which is pretty good!). I called the day before because of an urgent nail crack due to my very overgrown dip manicure done at another spot ! I know, I shouldn't have waited 5 weeks to get a new set... Anyway, [[HIGHLIGHT]]Jenny was happily to take me in the next morning when she opened at 9:30am![[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] This is my first time here. Let me say Jenny was so fast and efficient. She knows how to take care of her clients. I am so happy to have stopped by her shop. She took care of my broken nail and gave me a STUNNING new set. I am a huge fan of cat eye designs. She had sooo many colors to choose from. Even cat eye that gives you that glassy effect! Just look at how cute my new set is!!! [[HIGHLIGHT]]She was so fast and spot on, making sure and checking in with me with length, thickness, and color. Just making sure I was happy![[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] [[HIGHLIGHT]]She is super sweet and professional.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] Swear she finished my manicure under 1.5hrs (removal + cateye + design)! I got a pedicure and full acrylic set - I showed Jenny the design I wanted and she did it perfectly! She was very attentive to detail and made sure I felt relaxed the whole time. They didn't rush through the service and paid attention to every detail. The massages were amazing and very relaxing as well. I also got an eyebrow wax, and it came out perfect not too thin and not too thick, just the right shape for my face. I was super excited for my mani-pedi appointment before my maternity photoshoot, but unfortunately, the experience was disappointing. [[HIGHLIGHT]]I booked a mani-pedi appointment with Jenny a week in advance.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] [[HIGHLIGHT]]On the day of the appointment, I received a call asking if I wanted to come in earlier since the salon wasn't busy.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] When I arrived, I started with the pedicure while Jenny was still working on another client. The cleaning was done by a young gentleman who was very careful and gentle throughout the service, which I really appreciated. I showed them photos of the nail style and color I wanted, and we decided on a chrome cat-eye color they had available. [[HIGHLIGHT]]The experience started off friendly and welcoming.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] After Jenny filed and shaped my nails, she applied two coats of cat-eye polish without using a magnet to create the cat-eye effect and then applied pearl powder on top. I thought that was unusual. [[HIGHLIGHT]]When she asked if I liked the color, I mentioned that the powder looked too pink. She suggested sticking with just the cat-eye color, and I agreed.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] However, I pointed out that the magnet had never been used and that I could clearly see uneven brush strokes. Jenny told me that the cat-eye effect naturally looks that way when it shines, but that wasn't the issue--it looked patchy and uneven. She then told me it was too late to fix it and said another worker would remove it for me. After that, she started working on a walk-in customer. I sat there waiting for about 30 minutes before someone asked if I wanted the polish removed so I could go somewhere else because they didn't have the color I wanted. Mind you I BOOKED AN APPOINTMENT. I explained that the color was not the problem. I simply wanted the uneven, patchy application corrected. After Jenny finished with the walk-in customer, she removed the polish and redid the cat-eye manicure properly, this time using the magnet and making sure I was satisfied with the result. She also offered to discount my pedicure. However, she informed me that she would no longer be doing my manicure because she had "tried her best" and I was not happy with her work. The issue was never about being impossible to please. It was about the fact that Jenny seemed to rush through my service once a walk-in customer arrived. As a customer who booked an appointment in advance, I expected the service to be done properly from the beginning. [[HIGHLIGHT]]Instead, it felt like my concerns were dismissed until I pointed out the problem and insisted that it be corrected.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] Only then was the pedicure redone properly. I don't believe this was a matter of me being unhappy with her best effort. It was a matter of wanting the quality of service that I had scheduled and paid for. read more

Came here with my girls since they never had a manicure and pedicure before. I was just going to watch and pay afterwards since it's not my thing but got convinced in getting one too. Lol. [[HIGHLIGHT]]They offer us drinks and we decided to get mimosa's while we're getting serviced.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] It was a relaxing and interesting for me since i don't get pedicures. My 5yo that doesn't sit still got her fingernails and toenails painted. Will definitely come back as the service was top notch and decent prices. read more

Apparently they changed ownership a few months ago so disregard any of the reviews from before 2025. The space is really clean and organized and service was great. Jenny did a great job on my pedicure and was very thorough. I will definitely be coming back. They also have a loyalty stamp card for 10% off after 10 visits. A great addition to the neighborhood read more

So glad I found this little gem of a nail salon in my neighborhood! GREAT selection of colors (they have jelly, chrome and cats eye gels), clean space and tools, and very meticulous in doing my nails. The woman who did my nails was really careful in taking off my previous gel with the dremel thing (I've had bad experiences before at other salons where they weakened my nail by shaving too much, but my nails feel strong and sturdy still after going here), and was really detailed and careful in painting the nails. Pricing was definitely reasonable. Will be returning again! read more

They even offered refills! Got seated pretty quickly. Jenny did my nails and she absolutely killed it! It turned out better than the inspo picture. Truly a gem. They have moved to 5315 mission, half a block up from their old place. Called on a Friday to schedule 2 manipedis for the next day. Mimi is very responsive and such an outgoing person. All our nail techs were talented as well. Spent about an hour and a half for a pedicure for my mom and a mani pedi for me. Plenty of street parking but also accessible by muni. They took care of my calluses without me having to ask to scrub extra lol. Nice massage chairs. Will be back! read more

Please do not ever come here for a wax. Mimi and her sister are experts but they recently sold the place. This person gave me the worst, messiest, most painful Brazilian wax of my life. I've been going to various nail salons for Brazilians once a month for 5 years. Her hands were covered in wax, sticking all over my body, she took over 20 mins (this is the longest time I've ever been waxed) and kept waxing the same areas over and over so my skin is now tender/irritated. I went to stand up and my legs and butt--NOT areas that were waxed-- were sticky with residue. My privates were also covered with residue and white paper when I got changed. I have never experienced this in my life. read more

The place was nice and everything felt relatively clean. I asked for a basic gel and the nails were shaped poorly and the tech cut into my cuticle on two fingers making them bleed. Unfortunately I can't recommend this place because of that.. I went home after and shaped my nails myself. Staff seems limited so if you show up and all the techs are busy, it seems to be about an hour wait per person waiting in the room. (E.g two ppl in front of you, two hour wait) However there does seem to be a stream of regulars who get their nails done here and it's possible the acrylics are good. Also, I brought my therapy dog with me and they were completely fine with it, which I really appreciated. For my pedicure, her mom took care of me and she was so gentle, especially with a toe hangnail that had been bothering me. She handled it carefully and made sure I wasn't in pain. It felt like actual care because she kept checking in with me without trying to get rid of all the cuticles willy nilly without consideration for breaking skin or cutting me at some other places i've been to, not just rushing through a service. After my toes, Mia got started on my Gel X set and had me in and out of the chair in about an hour, which is kind of insane for the work she produced. I showed her my inspo photos and she put together such a cute design, but also kept checking in with me throughout to make sure I liked everything. I never felt rushed or ignored. The pricing is very fair and you can tell Mia is really dedicated to her craft and knowledgeable about what she's doing. I'm so happy I found a nail tech I can go to whenever I'm back visiting the Bay. They're located across from SOTA High School and there's plenty of residential and retail parking across the salon, which makes it easy. Definitely coming back.

FYI a gel manicure with design and gems/pearls (self provided) was $65 pre tip, which is more than they list on the site. They prefer cash but venmo is also accepted. Very peaceful vibe inside, with a restroom and water provided. They don't rush you at all which is nice :)

I got a full set with gel with designs on each finger. I called in at 5 pm and the owners son got to fit me in for the day. The owner, Jenny was sooooo friendly and passionate about her job. She asked me what I want and had so much patience. She always made it clear that what mattered to her was that her customers leave happy.
