UPDATE # 2: Went in for my complimentary classic mani/pedi. They were right on it: no waiting, right to business. Both the mani and pedi went well. I did have to ask for a drying machine for my mani, just to be sure it would dry. I'm grateful they offered me this service for free and I feel better about it all. They care and really tried. I left a big tip for both technicians and I will consider coming back again. I should ask for specific people if I do go back. I think it matters.

In addition, I have repeatedly booked appointments with specific technicians, only to arrive and be told they are unavailable - sometimes due to booking system issues, and other times because additional services were accepted with other clients. As a well-established business, this level of scheduling inconsistency should be better managed. While I consistently have positive experiences with Rachel and Delancy, my experiences with several other technicians have been unacceptable. There have been multiple instances of bleeding, uneven nail cutting, and poor polish application. I'm sharing this feedback because I've been a loyal customer for years and expect a higher and more consistent standard of service.

It was easy to make an appt, she's very responsive. I only did a pedi this time, and it was good! She was also so sweet and let me try out a few colors to confirm I liked the one I chose.
