0 OUT OF 5 STARS BUT THATS NOT AN OPTION SO HE GETS 1 STAR. DO NOT AND I REPEAT DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH HIM . . Kyron kept my truck hostage & he never returned my calls or texts for me to pick it back up because it was never finished. I paid for parts that I did not ever receive . He took parts off of my car and is holding them hostage. My tail gate , my hood and my brackets were missing. I hired an attorney to get my vehicle back . He does terrible business. He did not finish my paint job, left streaks, left his painting tape on , he did not finish painting the whole vehicle which I paid him in advance to do. He is hanging on to my parts and will not give them back . He took my money, and it took 2 years to even give my vehicle back . It sat in the back of his shop for so long that my vehicle registration expired . All he did was take my money and spend it on his own bills . Never do business with this man . He will rip you off with no hesitation. He blew the speakers on my vehicle from listening to music in his shop while working on other vehicles while he just left mine . He had no business taking my stereo out . It was a bad job over all . . I am not his first victim and I am just spreading the word of what a piece of shit this man is . No morals . I will put a lean on his business and sue him for everything he did not fix and I will go somewhere else for someone else to finish what he never started. I am writing this on behalf of my father, who this man messed with the wrong one

They would not call me to let me know what was going on! I dropped by the next monday since its my day off and as soon as the guy (long hair) saw me he said " I was just about to call you" in my head i was like why didn't you call me any other day during the week to let me know whats going on! Anyways he told me they were still waiting for the map sensor to come in! I left my bike at the shop for a little over a month and same thing they would not call me or anything! I would stop by every monday and same answer " I was just about to call you" BS. A month went by and i was like F this, im gonna get my bike out of there, went to harley in Vacaville they did not have the map sensor but told me that Harley in Pacheco had it! Went there, picked it up and came to the shop to get my bike out! Got to the shop and told them i was getting my bike out of there and the dude looked upset, he said "my guy took the bike apart and its in pieces right now" and his guy had actually called in sick so he couldn't put the bike together! He asked me to give him another day so his guy could put it back together! Three days went by and he actually started calling me at the end of the day to let me know his guy kept calling in sick! At least he was calling me now! Anyways another week went by and i finally got it out of there the following monday! After 5 weeks there the bike was running worse than when I first brought it to them! What a nightmare! I have now sold the bike as is for way less than i paid for the bike! Overall i would not recommend this shop to anyone! Bringing it there was the worse thing that's happened to me lately

I recently brought my 2015 Yamaha R3--my first bike--to this shop, and the whole experience meant a…read morelot to me. As a new rider, I was careful about where I took it, so I called around for quotes first. From that very first call, they were patient, transparent, and fair with their pricing, which gave me real confidence. When I brought the bike in, they exceeded everything I had heard. You can tell these aren't just mechanics--they truly understand all types of bikes at a high level. Learning that they have racing experience made it clear why their attention to detail and precision stands out so much. I had them do a full service, including front and rear tires, a chain realignment, and an oil change. They also helped me get a few other parts and accessories I needed, all at very reasonable prices. Everything was handled with care and professionalism. What impressed me most was how much they genuinely cared--not just about the bike, but about me as a rider. They took the time to explain things, made sure everything was done right, and sent me off feeling confident. After their work, the bike feels smoother, more responsive, and most importantly, safer. That peace of mind is huge for my first bike. It's rare to find people who take this much pride in their work and treat customers with real honesty and respect. I'm beyond happy with the results, and I'll definitely be bringing my bike back here after future trips as well. If you're in the Bay Area and need work on any type of bike, I strongly recommend checking them out--they truly care, and it shows.

I seriously regret not reading the reviews before bringing my boat to GT Boats in Cordelia. This…read moreplace is a joke. The entire experience was a disaster, characterized by zero communication, complete disregard for customer service, and blatant unprofessionalism. When I first met Lou, he seemed friendly, but then I was hit with a cloud of marijuana smoke following him out of his office. Fine, I don't judge, but it's hard to trust someone who can't stay sober enough to run a business. When my boat trailer was towed to GT Boats, Lou had promised to move my boat and trailer to the back of the shop within 30 minutes and find a place for it. I left it in his hands and awaited for his update. However after a few days with no updates, no returned calls, and no communication whatsoever, I got suspicious. I stopped by at 6 a.m. to find my boat still sitting on the street--4 days later. I immediately called Lou from my cell phone, but it went straight to voicemail. When I called from my work phone, he picked up right away. I asked why I hadn't received any updates and why my boat was still on the street. He gave me the excuse that he was still looking for parts and claimed he'd move my boat at once. I told him I was worried about my gear being stolen, and he assured me not to worry. At that point, I realized I couldn't trust this guy to do the work he promised. Three days later, my boat was still sitting on the street 1 full week after dropping it off, so I called a tow company to take it away. Lou's either scamming people or too busy getting high to actually run a business. Do yourself a favor and avoid this place at all costs.

Lou was the best!! I took my bass boat in and he got it running fast. I recommend this place!!!!read more

Shops in San Francisco quoted me over $5,000 and required a special order. When I called Mack 1, the sales team informed me that Husqvarna owns KTM and that the bike I was seeking, the KTM SXE2, was in stock and identical to the EE 2. Not only did they have it available, but it was also much cheaper than what was quoted in San Francisco. I drove to Vallejo, which took just 30 minutes, and quickly returned home with the bike. Although the dealership isn't fancy and requires a bit of a drive, the fair pricing and the friendly, down-to-earth staff made the experience exceptional. I will definitely return to this dealership for my future bike needs.

Up to recently I sold my CTX-1300 to them as I didn't need the bike to commute anymore and, yet again, super simple and no pressure situation. They offered a fair price. Perfectly explained my options on if I were to sell it private party what I could ask for and also finished by saying I had time to think about it as the offer was good for a few days (forgot exactly, maybe a week I'm not sure). I've had a couple bikes serviced from them as well and, same - easy and low pressure. There's been plenty other examples of extra gestures that sets them apart from just a motorcycle dealer/shop to a well operated welcoming place you know you're not getting screwed over which is what Mach 1 is - purely top notch Next bike I buy I will be stopping into Mach 1 before anywhere else, without question.
