I met up with a group of friends at this spot and it was just so adorable. We were seated pretty quickly and got one of the spots by the front, with capacity for the 4 of us in the group. Plenty of parking options in the area and easy to find. They are located by the TBaar and when they you receive your menus, that is one that they offer. They had a few specials advertised on the table and we opted for some of them. I was torn between their regular offerings and their limited options. I ended up getting the Beef Rice Bowl Gyidon. The rest of the group got the Kyushu Spicy Tonnkatsu Ramen, plain ramen and katsu, and Tonkatsu Omurice. The dishes came out pretty quickly and the water was refilled regularly. It didn't seem that busy and the staff was pretty attentive also. The dishes were delicious and not too spicy or anything, just full of flavor. The meats were tender and tasty with presentation being top notch. The desserts looked so good, but sadly we had no extra room for dessert. All in all, everything was phenomenal and wonderful staff members. I'll definitely check out this spot in the future.

We have been searching for a ramen spot on this side of town for a few years and the search is over! We arrived shortly before 4 pm and were immediately greeted. It was on a Thursday and we had our choice of seating. The space is open and the decor is a fun honey comb look. We opted for a 3 top. There were 3 menus provided, the special menu, tea menu and food menu. The menus were clear, colorful and detailed. Since this was our first time, we opted for the chili garlic edamame and #4. Sapporo Miso Ramen spicy. We also asked for a some garlic oil (they had two choice, white and black. We opted for white.) This was my first time having corn in my ramen and it offered a great texture. The pork was sliced thin enough to break up with my chopsticks to enjoy some with every bite. I also felt like there was a decent noodle to broth ratio. All in all, this had become our new ramen spot!

First time at this Kyuramen location, very nice place, large and spacious, with very japanese decorations. A couple of things though. First, when you walk in the door, the hostess station is a bit far away from the door. You have to walk in and go to the left side, there's the hostess. It's not super obvious when you walk in for the very first time. Second, although the restaurant itself is quite spacious, there's a lot of open floor space that is not used. This place is pretty popular, and i can see it getting crowded. They could add more seating, probably at least 6 more tables, but this is just an observation. We ordered miso ramen, the #1 ramen with white garlic, and a omurice with tonkatsu and curry sauce. The food here is very good! But for the price, the ramen portions are small. It's about $18 for a ramen. Very little noodles, the chashu was paper thin, but the soup was really good. I'm a small eater, and i ate it all, and had room for more. Service was really good, no complaints!

Back in May, one of my friends who lives in Henderson took me and another friend to Kyuramen while we were in town for the BTS concert, and it ended up being such a fun stop during the weekend. The space is a lot of fun to take in. Between the lanterns, warm wood, open seating, and those honeycomb-style booths, there's a lot of personality without it feeling gimmicky. We kept noticing little details around the restaurant, including the lucky cat displays, which added to the playful feel. We shared a Steamed Pork Bao Bun to start, and I went with the omurice for my main. The bao was soft and fluffy, and the omurice was exactly the kind of comfort food I was craving. The egg was soft and silky over the rice, and the sauce brought everything together. It was filling without feeling like too much. We also finished with the Matcha Pudding with Red Bean. I liked that the matcha flavor still came through and wasn't overly sweet, and the red bean added a nice contrast. Service was friendly, and the whole meal felt easy and relaxed, which was perfect for catching up before the rest of our BTS weekend. I'd happily come back the next time I'm in Henderson, especially to try more of the menu.

Very cool and modern Japanese style restaurant decor. We were lucky enough to get seated in the center of their "honey comb" seating structure. - neat experience. Service here is excellent - friendly and patient. We ordered a ramen bowl, which had a nice rich broth. Of course I had to order their omurice dish. Got the pork tonkatsu Omurice combo - which also came with a choice of dessert. We got the Cherry Blossom Jelly. Nice presentation of the dish when they bring it to you. Got their Demi glazed sauce for the dish - which had a nice rich flavor that went well with the omurice and the pork to katsu. Cool restaurant with good food.

Dinner last night was fantastic. Tasty ramen, fast friendly service and beautiful ambiance. Pro tip- just learned that if you have a chicken character in the bottom of your bowl, you get a free chicken appetizer on your next visit.

This place is super fun with its layout and fun lights. I'm working my way through the menu. First time was apps and today was oumrice with jelly dessert, boba milk tea and beef chicken ramen. Super fun concept of slurps to find a prize! We had one lucky winner for chicken!

I don't know what the hype was, but it is a brand new restaurant like the layout. The service was great however, the food was overpriced for what you get.

BEST RAMEN I'VE EVER HAD IN VEGAS! My cousin took me, my brother, and our nieces here after a pickleball session. We were seated right away. The place is nothing like i've ever seen before. Their booth pods are so unique and the seating is very widely shaped. The service was great. Our waiter answered any of our questions. I ordered the Curry Ramen with chashu. They brought me out the Curry Ramen with tonkatsu but they were able to bring me another ramen when I told them it was the wrong order, no complaints! My niece got the tonkatsu omurice and the omurice was so good! I hope to go back soon and try more of their delicious looking food!

I loved the modern vibe and stylish Japanese-inspired décor of this restaurant. My family and I came here for dinner and started with a couple of appetizers: Takoyaki Octopus Balls topped with bonito flakes, aonori, mayo, and teriyaki sauce, along with the Yakitori Platter featuring five skewers--Negima (chicken), Gyu Harami (beef), Butabara (pork belly), fried tofu, and zucchini. For our entrées, my hubby ordered the YingYang Bowl with Tonkotsu Shoyu Ramen, Sapporo Miso Ramen, served with Braised Pork, Chashu Pork, Shrimp Tempura, Half Marinated Egg, Bamboo Shoots, Corn, Zucchini, and Scallions. While my daughter and I both had the Mega Ramen with Tonkotsu Shoyu Ramen, Sapporo Miso Ramen, served with Braised Pork, Chashu Pork, Shrimp Tempura, Half Marinated Egg, Bamboo Shoots, Corn, Zucchini, and Scallions. Overall, the appetizers and ramen were flavorful and good. Before we left, my hubby ordered a Coconut Smoothie with Boba to go from Tbaar. The smoothie tasted more like a blend of their milk tea and milk foam drinks rather than a traditional smoothie.

WOW. I'm so glad I made the small mission from the strip to this restaurant. I was in the mood for some ramen originally, but when I realized their menu had Pork Katsu Omurice I immediately changed my mind! I got their yellowtail roll, Thai Tea and Pork Katsu Omurice with Curry sauce as previously stated. Everything was very fresh and came surprisingly quick for how packed it was. I waited more than 30 minutes and I was just one person which was frustrating but ONLY because I was excited to eat. They were super busy and it was a Saturday lol It's so well decorated inside too! I can't wait to come back and try other things!!

If anyone gives this place a bad review I'd be shocked. 5/5, 10/10, 1000/1000!! Every last bite was delectable and the restaurant is ADORABLE!! The service was beyond A+ and every decoration and table setting felt completely authentic. Can't wait to go back!

I'm a big fan of this place! Unique interior, attentive service, and great food! Got there on a Friday at 12:30pm and got seated right away. Tonkatsu omurice combo with matcha pudding (5/5) - generous portion and delicious! Both my friend and I felt like we could use a bit more sauce. We tried both demi glace and curry sauce and I preferred demi glace but they were both good. Tonkatsu was also good. Told our server we'd like our matcha pudding to go and they packed it up nicely. Grapefruit tea with aloe (5/5) - with 25% ice and 50% sugar. It was very refreshing! Can't wait to go back to try other items on the menu!

I was greeted right away by the lovely Jay. She took my drink order and let me look over the menu. Then, I saw it , Tsukemen ramen. My favorite ramen dish ever! I ordered the soft shell crab as an appetizer. It arrived quickly and looked amazing. The soft shell crab was absolutely delicious. The sauces were exactly what I wanted , sweet, creamy and spicy. The Tsukemen flavors were off the charts. The pork chashu was grilled and had an awesome char flavor. The soy 6min egg was so good and the kimchi was fresh , sweet and perfectly spicy. The dipping broth was also beyond good. I wondered if this was the best thing on the menu. I saw other diners looking at my table. This happens a lot, when I eat Tsukemen. Located somewhere in a sprawling Stephanie plaza between Ross and Hobby Lobby, it's somehow managed to survive despite being on hardly anyone's radar. Initially, I had eyes on a salmon app, but I eventually read enough of the menu to notice the Orange Salmon ($13.99), apparently classified as a no-rice roll or something. This is indeed a rendition of a certain famous "new" sashimi-style dish with salmon slices paired with orange slices and an umami dressing. It doesn't super evoke the awe and nostalgia of the original version I had, maybe lacking some orange punch and also using larger but lower quality salmon sashimi cuts. Fortunately, the presence of all the sauces, orange wedges, and microgreens bestows enough flavor to cover for that issue. I also found a more interesting option than a hot bowl of soup in their menu. The Black Garlic Mazemen ($14.99) is a sauced bowl of kale noodles (yep, they're green) with spicy ground pork, chashu, and some sort of mixed greens. It is served hot, so it isn't as much of a relief during the summer, but you can mostly handle it without a spoon. The noodles are coated with that luscious, perhaps under-described sauce that didn't really speak "yuzu" to me. The ground pork doesn't make the whole thing too spicy, and the thin chashu slices are nicely caramelized and tender. I was quite happy with the dish and would order it again as soon as tomorrow. Umai Ramen is really a hidden gem. I can't speak for their regular ramen menu, but I had some very nice dishes here tonight and suggest that anyone else in Henderson who's overlooked them make a stop for either lunch or dinner.

The sushi rolls were equally disappointing. Both the California Roll and the Philly Roll suffered from bland, flavorless rice -- the foundation of any good sushi. The sweetness and tanginess that should come through in well-seasoned sushi rice were completely absent. The Philly Roll was especially let down by the cream cheese, which had virtually no taste and added nothing to the roll. Even the wasabi lacked any real heat or pungency, which honestly surprised me the most. The one bright spot was the service. Our server was working the floor entirely on her own and still managed to be attentive and pleasant throughout. That kind of dedication deserves recognition. Overall, the kitchen needs to revisit its seasoning and flavor profiles across the board. With some attention to the basics properly seasoned rice, quality ingredients, and bold condiments, this place could be so much better. For now, it's hard to recommend.

Hands down one of the best noodle spots I've had in Las Vegas! From the moment we walked in, the…read moreservice was exceptional. Everyone was so friendly, welcoming, and attentive, which made the experience even better. We ordered the Spicy Beef Noodle, Spicy Dan Dan Noodles, a side of dumplings, and the pork belly and every single dish was outstanding. The spicy beef noodle soup had a rich, flavorful broth with tender beef and perfectly chewy handmade noodles. The Dan Dan noodles were packed with bold, savory flavor and just the right amount of spice. The dumplings were juicy and delicious, and the pork belly was melt-in-your-mouth tender with the fresh pulled noodles. The portions are HUGE, so come hungry or plan on taking leftovers home. You definitely get your money's worth. What really sets this place apart is the fresh handmade noodles. You can taste the difference in every bite. Everything was cooked perfectly, full of flavor, and arrived quickly. If you're in Las Vegas and love noodles, Shang Artisan Noodle is an absolute must-visit. Amazing food, generous portions, outstanding service I can't wait to come back!

As our last meal on our Grand Circle trip, we chose Shang Artisan Noodle. We really enjoyed our…read morevisit to the W Flamingo location last year; this one on Maryland was closer to our hotel for the night. We dropped in for a late dinner at 8PM, driving there directly from Zion National Park after hiking Angel's Landing. It was still surprisingly busy inside and we even had to wait a bit for a table! The waitress first brought over some cucumber lemon water, then took our order. The food only took about 10 minutes to arrive. Spicy Beef Noodle, Knife Shaved ($15.97) - Whew that broth. It's like cough city on the first sip, that chili and sichuan peppercorn mixture really gets into the throat. It then transitions into a robustly beefy, salty, and even slightly sweet flavor. It's so beefy it's almost gamey in taste. The heat is actually very balanced, although after sipping on it throughout the meal, I started getting pretty sweaty even with the AC on blast in the building. The beef is great. it's fatty and has connective silverskin still attached; it's like the best part of the tendinous shank. Other than that there's the perfectly cooked, bouncy knife shaved noodles, and a couple of leaves of crunchy blanched bok choy. (5/5) Beef Pancake ($9.75) - I thought these would be dry like shao bing (I have never had 餡餅 before) but construction took us totally by surprised. The beef pancakes are almost like a flatter, beef version of sheng jian bao, complete with juicy beef aspic. The wrapper is chewy and thinner than a typical SJB, but works well here; it's not thin enough to cause holes that leak juice out. The meatball inside is beefy and flavorful, albeit not as tender as a typical pork meatball. The taste of both the juice and beef are very allium forward and full of umami. (5/5) Dan Dan Noodle, Hand Pulled Noodle ($13.97) - The topping is a cold meat and preserved veggie mixture, minced finely until very tender and soft. It's combined with plenty of sesame paste and peanuts, giving an overwhelming nuttiness. The noodles, in this case the hand pulled one, work exceptionally well, being perfectly cooked and staying the same bouncy consistency throughout the meal. My experience with the hand pulled noodles in broth at the other Shang location was that the noodles got too soft only ten or fifteen minutes sitting in the broth. I would definitely get hand pulled only with dry dishes. On the bottom of this dish is a really spicy sauce, both in heat and mala numbness. It's very fragrant and lemony even through there's not much red color. The dish as a whole is far more spicy overall than the Spicy Beef Noodle. (5/5) The portions Shang Artisan Noodle serves are huge. We hiked Angels Landing before eating dinner here and we were only able to finish about half our meal. Shang Artisan Noodle serves some really great noodle dishes. There's a reason we keep coming back for more! Bathrooms - Two individual rooms, one for women, one for men
