I've come twice now. The first time I was disappointed as our server was not educated on the menu and it was very frustrating, and the food runners didn't seem on point as well. My ramen had the wrong meat and they never brought my extra egg. The second was a complete 180. The server was great, no mistakes with the food. We also got to sit in the fancy wall but I did feel like there was a spotlight on us lol. The omurice is good but I don't get the hype. It's good but it's not amazing like I'm dying to have it again. It just reminded me of loco moco. I thought it could have more umami or savoriness but either way it's good. The ramen is delicious and I love the sauerkraut pepper they have on the side!! Food was delicious. We ordered the tonkotsu ramen combo and the omurice combo. It came with Thai tea, pork bun and matcha pudding dessert. Everything tasted perfect. We arrived around 4pm on Sunday and there's a 25 min wait. Excellent service. Our waiter gave us a good info on the menu. We didn't have to wait too long for our food. We share our foods and asked for extra bowls and utensils, and the waiters brought them to us timely. Since the restaurant is quite new in the area some items on the menu are not available yet. Absolutely superb ramen house! My husband and I came for lunch after our afternoon workouts and despite being quoted a long wait we decided to go ahead and see what the hype was about. We got seated relatively quickly and enjoyed our food at the bar. Jacob was prompt and made sure to take our orders quickly. I asked for the spiciest ramen option and my husband opted for their number one tokyo tonkatsu style. We both added additional protein to the ramen and it all came on the side for us to add to our individual bowls. They were out of some items we wanted to try, but we were definitely happy and satisfied with the entire meal. The ambiance is unique and has a modern vibe with minimal noise for good conversation. We ordered the chilli dumplings and pork bao buns in conjunction with our ramen and it was all quite good. The broth of both ramen stole the show and I can definitely say it was well worth the wait and hype! The queue moves quite quick so if you can spare the time, I would recommend this spot! My partner and I saw this restaurant pop up on our TikTok "For You" page and it caught our eye. We decided to come one night, and it was the best decision ever, for our hearts and stomachs! We walked in and were greeted immediately with warm smiles. It was quite busy, so as we waited, we noticed there was also a boba tea shop inside called "TBAAR" - so we ordered the Brown Sugar Milk Tea and it was great! The black tea came through, and complimented the brown sugar, creating a soothing taste. Shortly after, we were seated by our hostess Valerie. She was kind and hospitable, answering all of our questions. As we looked at the menu, our server Beauty came and helped us out. She was sweet, personable, and an absolute star with helping us learn the menu. We ordered the Kyushu Spicy Tonkotsu Ramen, the Pork Tonkatsu Omurice Combo, the Spicy Chili Smashed Cucumber, and the Pan Fried Vegetable Dumplings. Each item was delectable, offering complex flavor profiles that were each enjoyable. Our favorites though? The Tonkotsu Ramen and the Omurice. The ramen was rich and flavorful, especially with the spiciness. The Omurice was comforting and warm, complimenting the appetizers we had ordered. Lastly, we ordered dessert (which the Omurice came with). We picked the Matcha Pudding with Red Bean and the Japanese Cherry Blossom Jelly. The pudding was silky smoothy, which contrasts greatly to that earthy, matcha flavor. The jelly was extremely refreshing, and a personal favorite. We left with happy, full tummies, and a yearn to come back. We then came a second time, ordered most of the same things, with a few new selections in mind. This time we ordered the Kyuramen Chicken Bao Bun and the Yinyang Bowl. The Bao Bun was savory, smoky, and grilled to perfection. The Yinyang bowl itself is so unique, offering two tastings of Ramen. Such a delicious and wonderful business! I have been seeing so much about this place and I finally had a chance to check it out! While the wait gets to be an hour long (it just opened and theyre getting a lot of buzz!) Luckily I was sat in the cool honeycomb seating area! Came here for the first time. I came at 11:15 am as a table of one and got sat within 5 minutes. Service was fast, I tried to order chicken ramen with pork broth, but they said they couldn't do that, which was a little annoying. I ordered a chicken bao bun and it barely had sauce on it. The flavor was just okay. Nothing special. The ramen was good, nothing extraordinary. Came out a little luke warm as well and broth tasted a little watery . I don't know, maybe I came on an off day. Decided to check this place out on a Wednesday at 6:30pm. It was an hour long, wait, but definitely worth it. My significant other hates to wait but did not complain after our meal. The tea bar next door has this amazing coconut smoothie and snacks to keep you from getting hungry. They have seating doing UP THE WALL, more traditional little ramen cubby rooms, the ramen bar of course, plus regular tables. 4 different areas to sit, all with different vibes! On the far left side there is also Tbaar (boba drinks) that you can order to the table as well! Their menu is huge, but they make it easy for indecisive people like me by offering different combos! I got the combo B, which came with two types of ramen, popcorn chicken, and both types of dessert (Sakura and matcha)! I also ordered the omurice with curry. No complaints about anything at all. The seating arrangement is fairly open with modern but not overly done decor and lighting with perfect ambiance. We were served by Sean and he was great in explaining the differences between the menu items and other questions about the drinks and food. If you have him as a server, he'll make you feel comfortable and I can guarantee you will be in great hands. And our server, omg our server. Every time we asked something he would give us a dismissive "yeah" before we can finish, and say "I got you". No, bro, you don't got me when my ramen is decomposing back there. The appetizers were the only better part of the entire meal. Because that tonkotsu broth was so shockingly bad. It was SO SO BLAND! Ngl it almost tasted like lukewarm dishwater. I could honestly buy an instant ramen with more flavor and depth. It was just perplexing. The prices do not match the quality. A lot of restaurants from Chinatown seem to be opening up in Henderson with limited menus. What you see on the menu on the Internet is not what they serve.. Our waiter was horrific, did not come by once in 2 1/2 hours to offer more water. We had to actually wait a half hour to get our check. Maybe that's acceptable up in Chinatown but it's not acceptable in Henderson at all very disappointed and I am heartbroken to leave a one star review but it is what it is. This location has only been open since December so it's still relatively new and the last time I came there was a pretty long wait to get seated around dinner time (maybe about a month or two ago).
