Only saw my waitress once when she placed our order and disappeared from our section for the rest of our dining. Placed a combination B for my husband and I. Requested Tonkotsu for both our ramens. When the order arrived, we got 1 of each, Tonkotsu and a Miso ramen. We let one of the staff know about the mix up. However, I was explained by the wait staff that you couldn't choose the same ramen broth. Which doesn't make sense if two people are eating 2 separate bowls of ramen. No exchanged offer. Needless to say. I took 2-3 bites and that was more then enough. The drinks that came with the combination was good. The dessert was beautifully displayed but okay. Beautiful ambiance. But I enjoy good food over nice decor. Overall experience just wasn't memorable and worth raving about. I may give them another try in a few months when I'm in the area if I feel like ramen.. read more

Whoever did the promotional videos for this restaurant needs a raise. They did a great job describing and showing how great this restaurant is. Our family came here two weeks after it was open and we didn't had a good experience. Not until we went back the second time and it was much better. The service was marvelous and the food came out so fast. I really wanted to go onto the little pods but hubby says I'll break it even if I step one leg on it. our family always sat at the same table looking at couples enjoying themselves at the pods area and us sitting at this boring table. We tried some of their combos and we loved it. The only complaints that I have is the omurice. We got attracted to this place due to the omurice looking straight out of anime jk. I had omurice like this before in Japan and never found a restaurant in the states that does the same that is as good, so this place was mediocre to me. Some servers was new so they accidentally put someone togo orders on our tabs; whoever got the togo get a free meal I guess. We paid then realized we paid for someone else's food. The process to get our money back was a pain. It took them over 30 minutes to do the refunds. Other than that, everything was great. Oh yea, I forgot to mentioned their drinks. my family and I (party of 8) came here a week ago and had an below average experience. for one, there was barely anything on the menu available. two, you can't customize your order at all which is strange. three, we all thought the broth tasted funky. we love ramen so you can imagine our disappointment. the place was nice to look at but the food wasn't good. read more

Don't even bother. While the ambience is nice, it's definitely going to grow old fast. The ramen base has a really strange taste and the noodles are just the same as any other packaged version. Trust me and don't waste your time on overpriced ramen and make it yourself. read more

Great food Interesting vibe from seating in the honeycomb to to robotic waiter that delivered drinks to the table.

Walked in for lunch on a weekday and was sat right away. The interior is definitely Instagram worthy with their wall of honeycomb seating. Got the tonkatsu curry ramen which was phenomenal. Might even top the ramen at nearby Umaido. Deserving of 5 stars, but definitely on the pricier side for ramen. Will definitely be back though. read more

This place is Awesome! It has great food, delicious drinks and wondeful service! We were 2 adults and 3 kids, and waited so we could enjoy sitting in one of the honeycomb tables! Only gave four stars because we had to wait such a long time just for us to pay. Waited liked 30 minutes for a server to come check on us after we pressed the pay wall button several times.Busy day I understand but they need to be more organized in my opinion.There was a long line of people waiting for a table, which I felt bad because if only we could've paid fast and got out fast for others to have the table we were at . Come Hungry AND Early because this place it the spot to go to when you're craving the best noodles and entree's around. The atmosphere is really cool and the broth is really hot! The service was good, vibe was cool and nice but I got the chicken ramen bowl and it didn't have much flavor. You can tell they don't season the chicken. I had to add more seasoning. Also when we were leaving we saw the open kitchen area and the chef was scorching the chicken with a torch. Like a handheld torch to make it have that blackened look like it was grilled! I was shocked because he could have just put it on the grill. That was super weird and a lazy way to make it have a grilled look. Not sure if I'd come back. read more

Food is average and pricey for ramen compared to other places. Staff came to check twice to see if we got our entrees which we had not received yet. When she came back the the third time they stated the order did not go through to the kitchen and we had to order again. When it came to paying we asked if the bill could be split since there was a group of us. She said she would be unable to split it more than 3 ways because the manger was already upset at other people splitting bills. Then we asked for a discount for since we had to wait a while for our food. She came back to tell us the manager would only give us 5% off the entire bill which was about $1 per person. Before we left the manger did come back and give us a free dessert but unfortunately they did not taste very good. The texture was off. The one thing I did like was the aesthetics of the restaurant.
