The food was good I had the Tokyo shio. Servers were great. We sat at one of the honeycomb booths and it was very very hot. We wanted dessert but couldn't take the heat anymore. My legs were sweaty I wore shorts and I regretted it. They had two fans directly pointing at the top booths for the honeycomb but none of the bottom ones. When we left the restaurant was so much cooler than the booths. It was clean but not sure if they wipe the chairs in those booths. read more

I know this place is new, but I was not expecting to wait an hour on a Sunday night. We ended up ordering some snacks at the boba shop next door to hold the kids over but since they share the same kitchen, it took almost half an hour for the popcorn chicken to come out which tasted just okay. We finally got seated in a semi-private room but they only brought us 3 waters when there were 7 of us. When we asked for more water 10 minutes later, the server said they had to "prepare it." Confused and thinking they were out of water glasses, we asked to just fill the cups we had, but she still said that they had to "prepare the water." We called another server/manager who brought us waters right away. Sadly, the worst part was the food. The spicy ramens we ordered (spicy miso, spicy tonkotsu) tasted like hot pot soup with the Szechuan peppercorns! We were so confused. The non-spicy tonkotsu was more traditional Japanese ramen flavors but the kids did not like it. Also ordered the curry ramen with donkatsu which was also just okay. To be fair, nothing tasted bad and the ingredients (egg, chashu) were done well, but this is not a traditional Japanese ramen spot (and maybe they don't want to be, but at least be transparent about it). None of us (and half of us were Chinese/Taiwanese) enjoyed the experience and would not go back. read more

To start with, I rate this place a 2/5 stars. My reason being, the place is very visually appealing and the bathrooms were clean so that gives it the extra star. I have went to this restaurant with a friend of mine and we decided to share one bowl of the Tokyo Tonkatsu Shouyu Ramen with Extra Noodles and Extra Broth. We asked for the extra broth but was received nothing but milky, unflilted water. It tasted HORRIBLE! Without knowing, we added it into our bowls since we were sharing one ramen and did not realize why it tasted so rancid. We then tasted the extra broth we had requested for and we then found out what was the culprit. We believe it was a horrible mistake. To add to that, we have also ordered the Omurice which tasted very very bland. I can add that the Popcorn Chicken was appetizing. I have no idea what was in that milky broth but no one should ever consume that again. Yes you may say we could've complained and asked for another bowl of ramen-but we lost our entire appetite. Overall i'm very disappointed as i heard from others that this was such a nice place. Maybe just a bad bad mistake, I just hope it won't happen again. :( read more

I saw this on Tik Tok and immediately wanted to try. Got the opportunity to try it finally! We ordered the #1 Tokyo Tonkatsu Shouyou Ramen with Wgite Garlic combo. The combo included a Lemonade and Pork Bao Bun. The bun was very soft and subtly sweet. I really liked it. The ramen broth was delicious and I enjoyed all of the ingredients, especially the egg. Also ordered Popcorn Chicken and they gave us a large portion than I expected. It was very good. Lastly I loved the interior. The wooden theme is a nice touch, and the famous honeycomb seating area was my favorite. Even the little robots that come deliver your drinks are too cute! All in all the overall experience was great. The staff were diligent, the food came within 20 mins of us ordering, and the ambiance was nice. This is definitely somewhere you can have a nice date, coworker, team, or family outing I'd say. The prices weren't too bad either. Highly recommend. read more

It was ok. Ambience was nice. We were seated right away. My family got ramen. They said it was fine. Not as good as Jinya. I thought the seafood one tasted too fishy. Not in a good way. I had the teriyaki beef rice burger, which I had been wanting to try for some time. My burger really lacked flavor and could have used more sauce, definitely some teriyaki sauce and sriracha would have helped. The rice also had a bit of a plastic flavor. Popcorn Chicken was ok, flavor was good but could have been more crispy. I got a drink from the tea shop next door and it had hair in it. I left a review on their site. My friends wanted to sit in one of those hives, but was told only party of 2 would be accommodated in upper hives. I personally didn't care or pay attention much, but my friends later pointed out that there were 3-4 persons in those hives.again, I didn't care much, but my friends were not happy. They did not disappoint! They said the wait would be around 40 minutes and we were seated in 15 :) we got boba tea from the bar area while we we waited which was an amazing option! My best friend and I have been wanting to try this spot since Samurai closed& there aren't too many options here in Gwinnett. First, the place is absolutely gorgeous perfect for photo ops/Instagram aesthetic. We sat at the bar since it was pretty busy, and our server Tran's service was absolutely impeccable. He made sure we were well informed with the menu considering it was our first time there. The Ramen was very tasty as well as the appetizers. There's this sauerkraut pepper that is sooo good I wanted to take the jar home lol We also tried the takoyaki octopus balls. I was so excited Ramen place open near my house. I waited in line about 15 minutes. People who were working there were very nice. We ordered for appetizers through Ramen and Ramen came out first and then the appetizer came out. They forgot one of my friends Ramen and she didn't get to eat. Ramen was not as good as jinya or umaido. Pork bun was disgusting, they put the whole pork with the fat in it and it made it disgusting. Place look beautiful they polite they put lotta money into it. Bubble tea was water down and again I felt I waste of money. I don't think I'll be visiting this location again this is making me very sad because I was really excited. read more

The interior is to die for, the little stairway booths were a little hard to get into. The drinks they serve are super good, especially the Thai tea. They get served to you by a little robot. The Takoyaki I ordered was hot and super tasty. The only reason why I would give this place a 5 star review is how some of the servers are, a little clumsy with everything but I assume it's their first serving job.
