I ordered a cake with a photo on it from them and it was nothing like what we discussed. I'll leave a picture of what I wanted vs what I got. The cake was obscurely expensive for what I received especially considering it was not what was discussed. The photo not being on the cake was a let down and the cake itself was extremely sloppy and appeared rushed. I tried to call the company several times and they never picked up nor called back. Super disappointing. Called and also sent in a picture of a cake and what I wanted. I should have been more clear in what I wanted because what was given to me for $50 was incredibly underwhelming. They ended up printing pictures of the the icons I wanted, putting them on popsicle sticks and putting them on a cake with some bad lettering. I feel like Safeway could have done this. Plus it was brown frosting. Not what a kids first birthday cake should be. The cake was edible. The owner seems very unhappy that someone didn't like his cake :) see below. read more

I don't know that I've had better customer service in my life. The webpage said open 24 hours so I call at 5 AM. James answered the phone and had a cake designed to my specification and walked me through the contract and payment process in less than 15 minutes. Tonight I went in to request a farewell cake for a going away party. Just a general idea in my head for the cake and they were able to really go above and beyond with my idea (an update will be made with a picture of the cake when I pick it up in a few weeks). I love all the options for the flavor of cake, filling and icing types! Walking in, the bakery is small but you get struck with this amazing smell . The staff are so friendly and are happy to assist in bringing your ideas to creation. There is a display case before the register that has cookies and cupcakes for sale that day. And a nice refrigerated display case along the back wall with cakes that have been made for customers for pick up. Fun, cute, and friendly. I liked their wall of funny, sexually themed party favors and the genital cakes. The staff is very friendly and shared stories of the different custom cakes they've made. They also shared a collection of newspaper articles the bakery has been featured in over the years. It's been a quirky staple to Denver for decades. I give mad props to any place that does an equally bang up job creating naughty triple-X rated cakes as well as ones for a kid's birthday party. These guys can pull off just about anything but they made their name with creations featuring butts, boobs, vajayjays and phalluses with or without accompanying bodily fluids. Requested a custom made bachelorette cake from them about 2months or so ahead of time, they offer delivery to the location, so that was perfect since I'm not from the area and didn't rent a car. The delivery guy was a bit early (glad I was home). But it was perfect in every way! Amazing staff that produced an amazing first birthday cake for our daughter. Went in about three weeks prior to the birthday party to see if we could find a cake that my daughter would love. We were enthusiastically greeted by John who asked what we were looking for. We had an idea of a theme but no idea what we wanted to do. John sat us down and asked a few basic questions and we threw out some ideas. Together we came up with an idea we all loved. Fast forward to the day of the party, I went in to pick up the cake and was again enthusiasticly greeted by John. He presented the cake and I was floored. The cake was beautiful, Debbie had done an amazing job. The cake was truly a work of art. The cake was a Rainbow Dash themed cake. Two tier, confetti cake with a layer of Bavarian cream on the top tier and a layer of raspberry cream on the bottom tier. The cake was moist, and the frosting not overly sweet. We had rave reviews and everyone was asking where we had the cake made. John even included a smash cake for my little one. What more can I say. The bakery helped me figure out what kind of design I wanted, they responded quickly and professionally each time.
