Just dropped off a bunch of pictures to be framed yesterday and I'm impressed. The gentleman who helped me was great about helping me find the right combination of the look I wanted with a reasonable price, even calculating each framing job individually and tweaking details to make the price point right. One of my pieces fit into a premade frame, and they helped me not only put the print in the frame but mounted the hanging hardware for free on the spot. I had a great experience yesterday at L.A. Frames and will definitely be back again with other framing needs. I went in with a drawing that needed a custom mat. The frame and color he recommended were perfect (even though I tried other colors and then came back to his initial suggestion). He even cut the mat while I waited and added the wire hanging hardware to the back. The finished picture looks wonderful. I had a gift certificate that I had won at an art show and even though it turned out to have been from the previous owner he honored the certificate. I was very impressed with this shop and I'm really excited to know of a great place to go in the future.
