I love this bakery! It's my favourite, and it's so close to where I live. Everything is just amazing: bread, desserts, sandwiches, etc. I have a few favourites: baguette with sun dried tomatoes, mushroom sandwich and chicken sandwich. Must try items! So happy they're open again! And they are doing a really good job of maintaining the distance between people and following the covid protocols. Only two customers allowed inside at a time.

There are lots of bakeries in Montreal and the competition is very high when it comes to good quality of products while maintaining competitive prices. L'Amour du pain opened few months ago in that area, and I would recommend it. I tried all their croissants and my favorite are the almond and chocolatine. In my opinion, a good bakery will make you come back for their croissant nature/plain. This isn't the case. They do not have a proper coffee machine. So don't expect a good fresh coffee. I once tried a tarte au citron, wasn't my favorite. They also sell pizza dough, but you will need to order it ahead of time as quantities are limited. The bakery is neat and service is good.

    Thick bread with citrusy notes.

The bakery is located in downtown. They have great and tasty bread with reasonable prices. I would say that their staff was very polite to me even though I don't speak French, they helped me choose and decide on what bread I would take home, so thank to the staff! In fact, the packaging is stylish and definitely differs from other boulangeries-bakeries! There is nothing else to say, come try yourself!

Love this bakery, we have to stop by every time we visit Montreal. They have so many varieties of breads, desserts, sausages, pâté, spreads, cheeses and sandwiches. Their almonds croissants, chocolate croissants , butter croissants , baguettes, Pate and sandwiches to die for. Crispy but soft inside. We even got so many snacks for our road trip. Love their friendly and helpful staffs. Place just got remodeled so nice and clean. I highly recommend this place.

So delish. Sandwiches and sweets. Coffee. Wifi. Outlets. Air conditioning on a hot day. What more do you need?

The bread is really good and fresh. I've never eaten in there, but the ambiance is great. Only drawback is that the menu is small.

I was intrigued, and since I can always go for some carbs I decided to head in and check this place out. Unlike most bakeries I visited, Boulangerie Guillaume has a much more modern look, and is larger than a standard bakery. Walking in, I was immediately greeted by stairs which led up to the main production area. All of the bakes were arranged on the back-wall perimeter of the space separated from the pedestrians by a glass wall. The color scheme was mostly black to contrast the bright yellow of the bags and signage. The arrangement of the bakes, combined with the color scheme and modern aesthetics, resulted in a stunning, visually striking presentation. I wasn't too hungry, but I can always go for some sweets and their date square looked good. I went with that, along with a cappuccino. The square was delicious - the dates were high quality, and the crust underneath was moist while maintaining its integrity. The cappuccino was also good, a great complement to the bake. Service was efficient, and overall I had a great experience at Boulangerie Guillaume. I definitely want to return to explore more of their menu - I noticed they had some savory items so perhaps for some lunch. Definitely one of the best bakeries I visited in Montreal.

The Long Version: So I had never heard of Rossetti before. They didn't exist when I was living in Montreal (the 2000s) and after I left, my husband (who was still my boyfriend at the beginning) and I would return often (at least a few times a year until 2019) and I'm pretty sure they weren't around then. We took a few years hiatus from visiting Montreal and then when we returned in 2024, boom, Rossetti had 4 different locations in the downtown core! What's their origin story? I have no idea. Their website has no "About Us" section. All I know is they opened sometime between 2020 and 2024, lol. I tried their caramel eclair ($5.50). The caramel icing was really tasty, but I found the choux pastry and the custard filling a bit dry. They have cannoli, amaretti, financiers, croissants and tarts. They also have sandwiches and pizza. I was disappointed that they didn't have sfogliatella, my favourite Italian pastry. Oh, they also have coffees and teas. The interior is nice with seating to dine in. Service was neutral. I may return to try another item. Maybe at one of their other locations. Review #16 (2025)

While in Miami last year, my husband, mother-in-law and I became big fans of the Rosetta on lower Collins Ave and then once they opened the one by Lincoln Center in NYC, we began to visit that one often since it's walking distance. After climbing to the Kondiaronk Belvedere on Mont Royal, we decided we needed sustenance on our way back down and we spied Rosetti as we were walking back to our hotel. Since it looked very similar to Rosetta, we decided to stop in and grab a bite. The sandwiches and pastries were on full display and we knew we made a good choice. I had a Pizza Margherita which was huge...I could have shared it. I also had a caramel tart for a sweet treat afterwards. Others in the group had sandwiches and other sweets which they all enjoyed. There are some stools at a counter downstairs and a little more seating upstairs with a few low tables along with some high tops and counters. The ladies who worked there were very nice. We enjoyed our food and think it's a great place for a quick bite that's a bit elevated from traditional fast food.
