The waiter recommended a strong red wine to go with the duck and a lighter, younger chilled red to go with the sausages. He hit it spot on in terms of the pairing. Having stumbled onto this little place on the last day of our week long trip in Paris, we were pleasantly surprised with our wonderful experience at Le Colibri.
