They used my product on my fingers & toes. They used top and bottom coat of mine on my toes when using a different color and I was confused why they did that instead of their own. That wasn't the problem. Pricing didn't seem to add up when paying because I used my own product, really was just paying for service. That was all fine and no issue. Hours later, took a shower, got out and 5 fingers of polish fell off. This had to be a problem of prep. 5 FINGERS OF GEL FELL OFF, WITHIN 6 hours!!! They provide each client with a new unopened package of nail files and scrubber ect for customer safety and sanitation. I liked that. I chose the #3 which was an upgrade option pedicure $35 and the manicure was $15. They also have lower cost versions for the pedicure, if your watching your coins that day. The owner is a very nice gentleman. He did the massage, scrub, hot stones for my pedicure, then had a lady finish it off with filing, cuticle cutting, and polishing. She was not as friendly, but she did a pretty good job. The woman doing my manicure was very nice and friendly. I will definitely be back with family, for sure.

PLEASE READ FULL REVIEW. The shop is located off the freeway and it does not look like your modern shops; however, there is no need to worry. There is a lock on the door and you must be "buzzed" in because there are a lot of solicitors and neighborhood locals that like to stop. New customers are always the individuals that feel unsafe and reference the area as "hood." Walk-ins are welcomed; BUT, everyone KNOWs TO MAKE AN APPOINTMENT. So please don't expect to be waited on immediately. If you make an appointment, it will be rare that the ladies will be behind. It it mainly due to the previous customer running late. The ladies will work nonstop to make sure everyone is taken care of... I've witnessed this on several occasions, especially on weekends and holidays. Most people, including men, will come for pedicures and manicures. Spring & Kim are the BEST and will NOT Rush through your services. I've seen some horrible feet over the years and they put their time in. If you remember the episode of Martin when Myra needed a pedicure yeah it's like that. The vibe felt relaxed. I felt cared for, holding my chair as I sat down, to bringing me a warm towel to wash my hands, so I didn't have to walk to the sink. These kinds of things are greatly appreciated and important to the overall experience. Although a ways from my house, I will come again for the slower less crowded environment. It seemed the nail tech used nails a bit too small for my nail bed so they look super flat which resulted in a big gap underneath which she had to put UV gel underneath which makes my nails feel weird. I'm upset bc I paid $75 for the set. I'm a gel x nail lover so I know clean work. I am picky when it comes to my nails as I should be since I'm paying for a service. FYI this set is 2 days old. I'm going to end up getting them removed and getting a new set from my long distance nail tech. Please see pictures. Pictures do not justice.
