I've heard the classic "don't go to jiffy lube, they forgot to put my oil filter back on story" and the other ones that are as common as the boogie man. About all the jiffy lube stations I know of. I have been going to this location for the past couple years and I have never had a single bad experience. I have even pulled up to ask if they can please put air in my tires. The last time I was there, I did have a guy who was a little shy about smiling which I think even if you are having a bad day, if some goofy girl is talking to you, you should be more personable and acknowledge the customer, I know he heard me and all it takes is a smile. I don't know what kind of day he was having, but I made it a point to go out of my way to communicate with him and make sure he knew I appreciate him and being my goofy self. Good customer service is a plus. Other than that, I have always had positive experiences, positive customer service and I continue to have the oil filter, fluids filled, everything is on and in my car, and no boogie man stories. I definitely recommend this jiffy lube and you can get gas and a carwash and clean out the inside all in the same place!

For a synthetic blend oil change and battery they tried overcharging me , even after I showed them the quote for that location for my vehicle. I was told by Dennis, the manager, " oh yeah boss, the price went up 2 weeks ago". False advertising or extra pocket money for him, not sure which. To try and shut me up he says " we can take it out and you can take your old one back" so I went with it. Snapped a picture and found the same battery online for $187, not the $299 he was looking for. It pays to question them when you go there. He was unable to show me where that amount came from.
