She coordinated the home service to come measure and assess installation; she gave us the date of delivery. Everything went so smooth. A new subzero certainly is a large unexpected expense but we love our new refrigerator. Here's the bonus: a month later I receive an email from Diane telling us about a $1000 rebate which we qualified for. She had attached all the necessary receipts to make it so easy.
