The workers were amazing! This project took several days because I decided to have them also clean my attic and put in good insulation. Angel and Leo were there every day and were extremely kind, courteous, and professional! They did very thorough work and answered all of my questions and even took photos and video to show me the before and after. Very quality people you can trust to do the job right. Our Air Conditioner unit went out. We called a first expert, who told us there was an issue with our Carrier system, and since he's not familiar with this particular thermostat, he couldn't help us. We then called Honorable Air. We called and described the issue, letting the recipient know we needed someone familiar with Carrier systems, and gave them the make/model of our system. They informed us that someone would come out and help us on Monday between 9-12 AM. Jeremy came and helped us out. It turned out to be a condenser pan filled with water. He helped us drain the water and troubleshoot the source, and it only cost us $230 for an hour if time and some minimal labor. Very satisfied with his help!
