I was able to set up a service date the very next day first thing in the morning and they arrived well within the estimated time window. The plumber, Chris, was able to diagnose my system and landed on the fix being a replacement expansion tank, pressure relief valve and a new hot water cutoff valve. Total cost of work was $900+, which fell towards the high side for this range of work, but I decided to proceed due to the job needing to be completed ASAP. The job took approx. 90 minutes to complete and once done, I was beyond satisfied with the quality of work. My previous setup was mostly shark bites and mediocre materials while the work Chris performed consisted of the proper fittings and quality materials. Fast forward a few days and the fix has not leaked a single drop! Overall, I could have shopped this around and gotten cheaper quotes for the same scope of work by a couple hundred bucks, however I don't think the quality of work would have been as nice and with such quick turnaround.

I called and spoke with Jeff Senior and had an appointment for the next day. Jeff Junior arrived and informed me my Backflow Assembly was not testable and since it was installed in 2016 before non-testable Backflow Assembly was banned, I was grandfathered in from requiring yearly testing. However, my Backflow Assembly is required to be replaced every 5 years. Jeff replaced my Backflow Assembly the next day in less than an hour. The quality of the work and replacement Assembly was excellent. Throughout the entire process, both Jeff senior and junior answered all my questions and explained things clearly. I will continue using Anne Arundel Plumbing for all my future needs because of their excellent service, competency and rates.

When things were set (three months later) with Lowe's, their contractor Plumb Cheap had called to make the appointment for the delivery and install. What a great experience I had with Shawn after such a terrible experience with Lowe's. After three months of being disgruntled with Lowes, one might expect that I was quite frustrated with the whole process, and I'm sure when I talked to Shawn to make the deliver appointment my frustration showed. Regardless of my attitude, Shawn has given me an absolutely exceptional customer experience. Shawn had taken me from being totally frustrated to feeling elated as she had taken control, contacted Lowe's and made sure the delivery and install went smooth. It was a pleasure working with Plumb Cheap and I truly feel lucky that they were the contracted plumber. The important piece about this whole situation was, the washer was to be installed by Lowes, but they did not do the install by the time Plumb Cheap came out to install the dryer. Plumb Cheap, rather than keeping the tenant inconvenienced any longer with no washer/dryer went ahead and installed the washer. It can't get any better than this. Tully's plumbers took everything in stride and fixed the problem in half a day without ever complaining. They didn't charge me an arm and a leg either. Problem was in crawl space not my yard!
