The tub liners, the gloves, individual sanitation bagged utensils, and they remove the water filters from each tub after every use for a quick clean. No razors! HOORAY! The pedi chairs are comfortable and the massage actually feels like a massage. The techs are friendly but you do need to speak to them first. 3 levels of Pedicures: $25 ("basic" pedi) $35 ("posh" best deal: basic pedi with sugar scrub and callus removal) $50 ("ultra" :everything and a Pariffin wax dip and some kind of foot mask) I got the $35: everything was good except the application of color could have been better. It wasn't horrible just could have been better. I would make an appointment. Most people have one and I have a feeling that had I not been with some one who did, I might have been waiting. read more

I went in on 12\19\20 got a fullset for my sister and I. I paid $65 dollars for mine tipped 10 and $50 for my sisters. Within 2 hours of getting them done one of my nails broke! I went back and got it fixed. It's now been ONE WEEK AND TWO DAYS after getting them done and I've had THREE nails on my right hand break AND I'M NOT EVEN RIGHT HANDED. And COVID OMG, so they didn't spaces us apart they sat me my sister to my left and then they sat somone else next to my sister not only were we not spaced out but NONE of the nail techs had on gloves, I didn't see them washing hands in between customers or utensils/work area being cleaned in between customer either. Neither my sister or I will come back to get our nails done here again she wasn't happy with her nails either and that was my christmas gift to her from me. So all together I spend over $120 and not only was I not happy about the nails but I wasn't happy that they weren't practicing social distancing either! read more

I decided to try them since they're right next to my neighborhood and others had told me to go there. Big mistake. My nails are misshapen and the acrylic on top is not smooth, its noticeably uneven and bumpy. I have acrylic globs on the underside of my nails and had to pick some off of the top bc it went over my nail and onto my skin. I am highly unsatisfied. Good bye L'Posh Nails! Been @L'posh for over 8 years. Since new ownership: Made appt's, waited 30-1 hour past appt time. Went yesterday with my husband, waited 30 min past appt time to get seated for pedicure. Finally got my feet in to soak, within 5 min of my feet soaking he was already done w/trimming my nails, cuticle and had polish on. Skipped ANY callus remover that I desperately needed, said to come and get it "next time". He did NOT put any lotion on me, or scrub, or stones, or towels or ANYTHING past soaking, nail trim polish and cuticle. Oh ya I paid for LPOSH pedi which included all things I should have received AND he charges me for full pedi...bullshit! I had to put lotion on my feet sitting there like a fool waiting for my husbands pedi to finally start. I was trying so hard not to cry, I HATE confrontation when I get so sad or hurt. She made my husband SOFT feet bleed by scrubbing his toe so hard he bleed for 1 hour after we got home. Had to put neosporin and band aid on read more

I had a pedicure and manicure here last Saturday. I called ahead and made an appointment. It was clean, professional, and orderly. I am happy with my pedicure. I usually just have clear for my manicure, and it already started coming off the next day. I think she only charged me $10 for that, so it's not that big of a deal, but I wish they would have put on a couple more coats or something. My toes look awesome though! read more

This salon is as great as they reviews say! It was very clean and they have a ton of nail polish- both regular and gel. My design looks amazing too! I would recommend this salon for sure. The only negative thing I can say is they don't have appointments available all the time. The person I came to see was recommended to me and I had to make an appointment a week and a half in advance. I go here often as I have one of the nail techs Dena that I love the way she does my nails. Today I was not able to see her as she was booked and I had Sophia do my toes. I had a fancy polka dots and a Mickey head on the toes as we are going to Disney World. She did a great job and was very patient when I messed up one toe with my sandals and then she hit it when she put my sandals back on. I am sure the girls were saying I was a crazy lady, but I appreciate her patience and fixing it twice! read more

The worst pedicure I have ever received. I had a little bit of polish on my nails and he charged me $10 to remove it. I have been getting pedicures for over 20 years and I have NEVER been charged for that. He did not cut my nails properly, did not clean up the sides. The next morning half of one my gel toe nails fell off. So I had a nail that was 1/2 red. He massaged my legs for maybe 5 minutes and for all of this I paid $80. It might have been worth $25, I feel like I was taken advantage of. I don't recommend them. read more

These gals are awesome. They sterilize all of their equipment and put a disposable liner in the foot soaker. The liner is only used once per customer. The staff is amazing. Very professional and friendly. I recommend them to my family and friends. read more

I love this place! Michele and Vincent are my favorite go to's! Michele is amazing at pedis and Vincent is sooo good with acrylics! They are cheap and very friendly. I highly recommend calling ahead to make an apt. They are usually good with walkins unless they are really busy, they have a tendency to under quote their wait time. I typically try to go on their "off hours" like mid day and beginning of the week because they aren't as busy. read more

I stopped in without an appointment and they were able to fit me in right away and do my gel manicure and pedi at the same time which other places sometimes say that can do and then do it separately. My (I'm not sure on the spelling) helped me pick a color and did my mani. Michelle did my toes. They were both super sweet and efficient without skipping any of the perks! After having a bad experiance at the nail salon I had been going to, I decided to try L'Posh because it was close to me, and had good reviews. I'm glad I did. I got the gel polish and my technician did a great job! The polish goes right up to my cuticle which I love! (Some technicians don't do that and it looks like they're grown out immediately after getting them done.) I tried the gel polish with glitter and love it! Since moving here 4 months ago, I have been on the hunt for "my" nail salon. I've been to about 5 different places, not satisfied enough with any of them to return. I will go back to L'Posh!! I had a pedi, gel mani, and eyebrow wax. With a couple nail designs and callus remover, it totaled $80. A regular pedi and gel mani without the designs would have been $25 each. Kim did a great job on my nails and on my heels! The salon was super clean, they put plastic liners inside the tubs, and they have an extensive selection of polishes- gel and regular! I've been a loyal customer here for years, and Kim does a superb job with my gel manicures! Decided to add on a pedicure today in preparation for a special occasion. Wow, was I not only disappointed, but walked out BLEEDING! Two deep cuts from cuticle nippers on my big toes, and bleeding ankle bone area from VERY rough/aggressive filing with metal rasp and buffer, which slipped and shredded my ankle area. My feet aren't calloused enough to warrant that kind of pressure. To add to that, I had to point out to the nail tech twice the bleeding and pain. Not even an apology. When I got home, I found the polish was streaked, uneven, and had big globs on the sides, to boot. Won't be using pedicure services here in future, sadly. read more
